the house is clean with good ventilation. there is iron and hair dryer which i dont have to bring mine. very convenient. very close to the mall and city.

This Apartment is definitely the best. Clean and provide shampoo and soap for your stay. Location is well situated. Furniture are all well furnished, there's water purifier and most importantly well decorated. Cosy. The host is a very nice person, easy to communicate. Very responsive!

Was a bit lacking compared to other apartments we stayed at in JB. However with the price, it still serves its purpose as a place for us to sleep in. The WiFi was not working and theres no aircon in 1 of the bedrooms.

It’s always can be better and do better on the accommodations. Bed wise ok. Bed sheet etc smell ok. Dry kitchen area has ants and cockroaches. Needs to clean up. Perhaps due to Covid shutdown, maybe next time will be better. Overall ok stay.

Pay for cleaning fee, dpt whole house penuh rambut which from the previous people. Pelik, owner bersihkan ala kadar sampai terpaksa sapu sendiri. Owner nak datang bersihkan, tapi mak ayah tgh berehat.

berpuas hati dgn urusan. tidur 1 malam. ruang tamu, bilik tidur utama ada aircond. kolam apartmentnya terbaik. selesa, luas dan tidak byk prosedur utk mandi kolam. pastikan pakaian mandi bersesuaian. yang tak best, masa checkin kena tunggu lif lama sgt dekat parking. asyik penuh. lif yg berfungsi cuma 2 jer masa kami checkin.

第一次住到这样的homestay，住了两天都看到蟑螂，因为6个人不够床位导致需要有人睡在客厅（我到了问房东，她准备了地毯说睡在地上），关完所有灯太暗所以开了厕所的灯有一点灯光可以看到方便长辈。没有想到半夜一点半左右房东信息来说灯没有关，两间厕所也没有准备足够的纸巾，有人在家开灯也不行信息来说从他家可以看的到我们厕所没有关灯。我们现在不是没有付钱免费的住，我明白要省电，但不至于这样吧？如果这么一点灯看着都不舍得 那就不要放出来让其他人住！住了两天收到房东的信息两天！退房4个小时多了 信息看了没有回复也没有消息说押金退了没有 还要我们自己主动信息她 到晚上了才退还押金，如果你是不方便 我觉得交代一声是基本的尊重不是吗？写差评我还真的是第一次！

PERTAMA KALI DPT OWNER RUMAH DIMANA jam 3 ptg kami nak check in .tapi Kami tidak dibenarkan check in sbb bilik BELUM KEMAS???... Jam 2pm saya dah maklumkan kpd owner ketibaan saya dgn family... dan saya tunggu hingga jam 3.. ..jam 3 pun bilik belum ready... 3.40 baru dpt details owner simply said 'Xkn nk bg u al msuk rumh xkms' I want to cancel and request for refund. Owner reply 'Tk xpt'
