Great stop over ”
We stayed here one night before traveling to the islands. This hotel was really nice and located by a few nice restaurants and lots of 7-elevens. The staff were really helpful and friendly. There’s a washing machine just outside the hotel which only cost 20 baht so that was handy. Very big, clean, nice looking room. (Bus station is walking distance)

They were so great location. Close to everything that we wanted!! Night market, local floating market, local seafood restaurant. Room was clean and modern. They offered easy meal and some snack for complimentary breakfast. However if you prefer dimsum, there is one famous restaurant next to hotel. Also 7/11 so closed.

The location is in the city. In front of the hotel there is 7-11 which is convenience. Hotel is clean. Good staff, they are so friendly and helpful. If we plan to go to Surat for the next we would like to stay in this hotel again.

New hotel with value for money. Recommended! ”
Staff as well as bell boy at check in counter is the first impression. They are very nice, humble, friendly and helpful. The room is new and built-in furniture looks really good. The facility works well. The small breakfast is offered. Also, small snack is served without charge until 10 pm. The location is like 10 step walk to 7-11. Moreover, the price is all the way worth paying and value for money. So, I’ll surely choose this hotel for my next visit to Suratthani. Highly recommended.

The room was clean and comfortable. Very good bathroom. There is everything that you need. Staff was very frendly and helpful. Very good position. Close to the supermarket and 15 minutes on foot from the market. 100% recommended!

Super clean new hotel ”
This hotel is new and extra clean. Staff is excellent and guest are greeted and treated like a 5 star resort . Room is big with balcony . Location is good a 7 eleven nearby also many restaurants and the night market at the riverside . We will definitely go back next time in Surat Thani.

Ultra clean, excellent location,parking,you can rent bikes from X motor bike rental, they will drop and pick up,they let me check out late no charge,and changed the date,as I had made a mistake with the booking. All at no extra charge,staff very friendly, For the money perfect!

- Very good (new) hotel and cheap price. - Located in the centre of Surat Thani. - Staff were helpful and take very good care of customer. -There are a lot of parking lot. - Good view on 6th floor. The room is big and clean. The hotel is new. Location is good, located near the center of downtown. There are free beverage&snacks for guest. Especially, there is free chicken podridge in the morning for free (not a breakfast service). Highly recommended!!!

Very clean transit hotel”
We (family with child and infant) stayed for one night in between ferry trip from Koh Phangan and nighttrain to Bangkok. The room was super clean and comes with a big fridge and free bottled water. The private bathroom was also very clean. There is a complimentary with free rice soup in the morning and free water/juice, coffee and tea + cookies from 7am to 10 pm. A 7eleven is right around the corner. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, so we could leave our luggage for free at the reception, while walking the city the next day. We would stay there again!

Close to the Main Street. Parking is spacious. And complimentary chicken porridge is provided in the morning. The room is spacious. The staff are nice and willing to help. Highly suggested. The massage told by the staff is highly suggested with a reasonable price. The 7-eleven is just at the entrance to the hotel. A little bit of far(1km ) to the night market.

We loved our stay here, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They will go to great lengths to make you feel at home. The location was a very short walk to the night market and all of Sura Thani’s attractions. We would certainly stay here again.

My family stayed in the suite room and it's more than enough for us with a great price. The room has everything we needed and you can get extra tea bags and snacks in the lobby. It's so convenient for getting foods because 7-11 is near the hotel and a lot of food stalls to choose from. We will be back again next time.
