Good stay for a calm quite couple”

This hotel is good for calm quite stay with very good comfortable room. Breakfast is okay but have not veriaties and not enough for hungry peaple. If you come to visit here for lake tour please be careful to stay here for 2 nights.beacuse that trip took all the day. Overall stay is nice and comfortable.

Warm shower, clean towel, working A/C, breakfast included plus parking space, I wouldn't ask for anything Else. The hotel located near the national forest park, the view from the 4th floor where they serving breakfast in the morning is breathtaking.

Excellent for a short stay”

If you are in this part of Khao Sok National Park and you want a crisp and clean room, with plenty of space, at a very nice price, do yourself a favour and check-in to this hotel. Unlike other hotels at or near the Sok river, this place is mold free and the rooms are bright. Perhaps it is not quite the 'genuine riverside experience' as you might want, but if you wish to retire, after a long trek in the steaming muddy jungle, into a clean location with an excellent shower (and water pressure) and a quite and good airconditioning, then this is the place. They only do the standard american breakfast, and that gets stale after 2 days. But at this price, who cares!

Very clean and pretty room. Also a nice view while having breakfast on the terrace on level 4. Special thanks goes to the sweet young lady at the reception, who always helped us with any enquiries, whether it was booking a tour or organising busses to our next destinations :)

No customer servise”

Stayed for 3 nights. For the price you would think they would clean your room every morning. Make the bed ,New clean towels or fresh water bottles. But no . only after we asked them if they can they did it on the third day. Had to go out and buy water for the room. Plus the room was full off small ants. All over the bathroom sink, the tv stand and in the bed. And the same ants joined us on the 4th floor for breakfast.

Other than being a bit noisy and spotty (but fast) internet everything is to be recommended here.

hit and miss”

Firstly, the rooms are modern and spacious but it's a busy noisy road & unfortunately at the time of our visit there was construction work going on opposite whick has blocked the previous good view. There was a cockeral nearby that really didn't stop crowing.. It started at 5am & didn't stop.. About the same time as mopeds start going up & down. The bed was comfy but the noise ruined a good night's sleep for us. There is no room service as such so towels are not changed. A bit of a shame as we were constantly wanting to shower after hiking etc. There's no room safe or hairdryer (first hotel on our trip without one) and no tea or coffee making facilities (you can purchase these downstairs) The location is good as close to restaurants etc but sadly it was just too noisy for us which us a shame as the rooms are really nice. The breakfast is OK but basic.. Choice of eggs, tea & coffee & juice but they ran out of juice & wouldn't replace it! It was OK for our 2 nights in Khao Sok.

Comfortable, convenient stay”

Staff was polite and helpful throughout the entire stay, helping to book lake tour and to keep our bags safely when we went for the lake tour. Location was good too, short walk to all the food places. Value for money if you want the experience of living within nature but with modern comforts. Only downside was that the TV does not work.

Amazing value for money”

We simply cannot believe how cheap this place is. The room was absolutely stunning, and the location is on the Main Street near Khao Sok National Park. Haven’t really got a bad word to say. I recommend you ask for a third floor room - this meant we had brilliant views off the balocony and less bugs. But there is no lift so be prepared to carry your stuff up the stairs.

Great view and cleanliness”

Great view from room with a great view for breakfast. Shower has terrible pressure but the quality of the place makes up for it, especially when compared to the quality of other hotels in area. Recpetionist could have been more helpful for planning tours.

Good stay before lake trip”

Khao Sok Nature Place was a nice stay for us before our lake trip to the park. It's clean and modern with good wifi and a good breakfast (eggs, toast, sausage, juice, coffee) in the morning. It is more expensive than other places around, but we found it to be a nice stay!

Great place !”

Everything was good .Friendly and helpful staff , no pressure on us to take trips, good position, close to park entrance . Near to restaurants , bars and mini mart . Large clean and comfortable room with balcony. Breakfast was included in the price and free pickup from the highway. Really enjoyed our stay, and will go back

Nice place”

Big room with nice toilet, balcony, actually ... The staff is very friendly, just a few minutes walking from the rest of restaurants, travel agencies and the park entrance. Nice breakfast. I would come again

Nice value for money hotel but they really need to improve their customer service and housekeeping ”

Let me say firstly that this property has so much potential to be great in all aspects of a hotel but it's not Pros:- Room was big, aircon worked well, shower is separated enough from the toilet and other bathroom area, shower gel and shampoo were provided, hot water pressure was good but the pressure did some weird pulsating thing but was fine, bed was quite acceptable for the comfort factor, there's a bench at the base of the bed, lots of plug sockets, mini fridge, small table and chairs in the room, wifi was good, located in a good place you still have to walk down the road maybe 5 minutes or so for more restaurants Cons:-timing for breakfast is early like only between 7am-9am only and you have to go down to the reception to get someone to come up and serve you breakfast because no one was there when we got there, no lifts, the service from the staff was below average - no help to carry the luggage to the room, no daily cleaning of the room, no umbrellas for guests, no hand soap.

Comfortable clean friendly ”

This newer hotel type lodging is on the main road within easy walking distance to numerous restaurants and minimarts. There is a minimart next door. The room was spacious, clean, with a balcony. Wifi was a little slow. Shower separate from the rest of the bathroom. No bugs. Breakfast included served on rooftop area with eggs, toast, juice, tea, instant coffee. Good views of the surrounding area from the rooftop area. This is a family owned and run place and Nanny booked us a lake tour and transport to Krabi at the same prices as at agencies in town. This is not a bungalows in the jungle kind of place but if you are looking for a modern, comfortable place with a/c and no bugs this is probably the best here.

We just stayed for one night but the hotel was a good value for money and we appreciate that it was not pressure to book any tour with them as it happens in other hotels.

Weirdly modern, strangely empty”

There was nobody at this hotel when we arrived, not even staff. After a while a woman turned up and told us they didn't have any computers and therefore could not confirm if we had a booking or not. She gave us a key to a room upstairs anyway, then left. We never saw her again our anyone else for out stay. Obviously, we didn't get the breakfast we'd paid for either. Just weird.
