Stayed 2 nights in this hotel to explore Hamamatsu city. Overall the stay was pleasant. My only displeasure is that there isn't much choices for hotel's breakfast. While it may be great for some people, I had typical Japanese breakfast which consists of rice, salad, miso soup, raw fishes.

We were allowed to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out, free of charge, until our next train.. The breakfast was okay but not as good as other Daiwa Roynet Hotels where we stayed. There is no bar!

Very near to subway n bus terminal”
Hotel room clean, spacious, big bed for 1 person n look very new. Family mart below hotel n mall n lots of food around the area. Hotel practise if you dont do housekeeping for 2 days you get a bottle of water. Will stay in Daiwa Roynet in other cities.

A standard business hotel. Excellent location.”
Everything you can expect from a business hotel and nothing more. Very close to Hamamatsu station. What I don’t like is that the lobby is on 2nd floor, and breakfast at ground floor, so for me the morning routine is a bit tight to have to wait for the elevator a few rounds. I gave up the idea of having breakfast at hotel in the end.

the elevator stops second floor every time whenever you up down. every guests are puzzled with the card key system in the elevator and takes much time to activate the elevator. I do not recomend this hotel. 駅前にほかに昔からのいいホテルたくさんあります。もうここには泊まりません

Coming from Daiwa Roynet Numazu this is a downgrade. Although everything else is satisfactorily but proximity to train station can be noisy depending on the room facing.

Highly recommended”
I would highly recommend this hotel. It's strategically located near JR Hamamatsu station. The room is of reasonable size and very comfortable. Only one pillow was given in single occupancy, however there's a spare pillow in the wardrobe and you can request for extra pillow, should you desire. The reception area for checking in is on the Level 2. Room card is given and needed to access to your floor. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast too, it's served at the restaurant on Level 1. There were selection of Western and Japanese food.

Very near to Hamamatsu Station. 24hrs Convenient store just below hotel. Near to shopping mall and many restaurants nearby. Room is as expected small in Japan but still enough space to move around. It is very clean and most importantly... can rest really comfortably.

Nice middleground”
I’ve stayed at several hotels in the Hamamatsu/ Iwata area. This hotel is the best balance between cost and “niceness”, for a business person on a budget. The staff speak enough English, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is quite good.
