Excellent hotel in Kawasaki”
Have been staying here for my last 3 trips to Tokyo. Location is great. 5mins walk to JR/Keikyu Kawasaki station. Haneda Airport is just 15 mins by Keikyu trains. Room is spacious & clean. Automatic laundry (wash & dry) is only 400 yen per cycle.

I have been used this hotel for business trip from 2011 more than 50times and still use this hotel. several minutes from Kawasaki statioin by walk, 1st floor convenient store, many izakaya, resturants around hotel, reasonable size room, nice breakfast and kind staff. nothing bad. I would like to recommend this hotel from the beginning but I didn't cause I worry about full booking if people knew this hotel. Please, don't use this hotel or spare me 1 room anytime.

Room size is very decent and you can lay open 2 luggages and walk in the room without difficulty. Toilet within the room is very clean too. Hotel is situated right beside a big Family Mart which helps us with stocking up some basic necessities.

My 6th time staying here. Very convenient. Short distance to train station. Lots of eateries, convenience shops & shops selling toiletries nearby. Hotel staffs are friendly. Room is spacious. The Relax Room comes with a top-class massage chair. Really enjoy my stay here.

This is an excellent hotel, very clean and very efficient staff. Even during the Typhoon they were there and very helpful. It was a slightly longer walk to train station than expected, but covered most of the way so well sheltered from rain. I would recommend this place. Thank you. Paul & Roz (UK)

Convenient location”
Relatively near Kawasaki Station but we chose this mainly because of the room size (Hollywood Twin Room) which is larger than usual rooms in Japanese hotels. The surrounding area is nice as well because of the restaurants, konbinis, and shops. If we'll be hanging out around Kawasaki, we'll definitely stay here again. It's also relatively near Haneda airport via Keikyu Kawasaki line.

just minutes walk from Kawasaki station, 30 mins to Tokyo area, just 20 mins bus from Heneda. Kawasaki station has several malls within minutes walk, a lot of local restaurants. Hotel provided free coffee bags, free fiscal masks. High CP value, clean, quiet and friendly.

Good sized room, near Kawasaki station. Staff really friendly and helpful )despite some translation difficulties). 25mins from Haneda airport - about 4000 yen by tax)i. Amazing eating at Azalea underground shopping - 1 minute from hotel (1000s of varieties of food). Plenty of retail outlets.

I have been using this hotel from 2011. Still my favorite hotel in Japan. One minor concern for me is former restaurant is better. new restaurant is also good but I miss former restaurant. One more thing, staffs are change too often. Feel like two or three months stay and move to other hotel.

No good english staff, no onsen”
Its hard to communicate with the reception, we use international language but they poor in english, why no onsen at all, no map area, no more explanation of onsen around hotel, breakfast is also bored, repeat everyday, open too late at 7 guest queing. At least many street food beside hotel, drugstore n family mart ground, but many garbage front street of the hotel. No coffee machine at lobby only the coffee bag. The elevator always opened at 2nd level lobby desk. Not going back, sorry.

Had a nice stay, room was spacious and 5 mins walk to the train station. Only does is the bed is uncomfortable, u can feel the string.. arrive 30mins early but the stuff made us wait til check in time is up. Wtheck. Anyway it was good experience. Thank you
