A Okinawa Tour of 3 big boys”

We paid a group tour(three "big" boys who are over 30yo) to Okinawa for the new year of 2019. The Daiwa Hotel is really a wise choice! The room was clean and bright, the view from our window was quite beautiful, the beach and sea could be saw from our window! I got a warm service from the check in desk and 3 tea packs and 3 bottles of water were given to me as gifts for us. One excellent point is the check out is quite easy, an auto-check-out machine was set on the lobby floor and the check out process did not cost 20 seconds after I inserted our room cards. If I pay a Okinawa Tour in the future again, I will choose here again. Thank you so much for your best service.

Good Stay”

Stayed for 2 nights. Brand new hotel located near Monorail station, DFS and a big shopping mall. Self service concept which works well for us. Like the flexibility to choose between buffet breakfast or lunch. Food was good! The only drawback is no overnight parking provided and parking charges were expensive. I chose to return my rental car earlier to save all the parking associated issues. Otherwise for those not driving, this is a highly recommended hotel to stay.

No doubt about the location. Only 5 minutes from the station and also there are big shopping mall right across the street that you can find some nice local things or some food to eat. Clean and bigger room than I expected. Nice one

Convenient location good for shopping ”

The hotel is convenient located across from shopping malls and restaurants which close at 11pm. There’s also a “FamilyMart” inside the building. The 24-hour supermarket, Uniqlo, Muji, Sports Depo, etc are down the road (about 15-20 mins walk). We were upgraded to a bigger room with open view and a massage chair which is very spacious for us (1 adult with 2 children). Our original plan was to stay for 3 nights and I had fully paid for it. Due to typhoon and flight cancellation, we were not able to check in on the 1st and 2nd nights. The reception staff, Mr Li, was very kind and went out of his way to help us expedite the refund process. He also helped us on other small matters. Credited to him. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Room size is big and location is great. Walkable to the OTS car rental, Naha Main Place and Omoromachi station. Lawson is just downstairs. They provide pyjamas for you to sleep in. Easy check out via machine. They provided mask to female guests as well. A pity not all rates include complimentary water but there is vending machines easily available.

Good value for money”

Location convenient with omoromachi station just minutes away, shopping mall across the street, and various restaurants within walking distance. If you’re traveling to the international street area in a group, it may be cheaper and more convenient to take taxi rather than take the train. The buffet breakfast was good, with good variety and alternating choices every other day. Room was big and clean. Staff English was so so but good enough to understand most general requests.
