Located very conveniently about an 8 minute walk from Oita station. Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very helpful. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast with local specialities.

The service at the reception is highly recommended as both the trainee and customer service give me details to find local food. Even he doesn't know much English, he used translator effectively to show me. Lastly, the self served drip coffee pack and facial pack is complementary well thought too. I have found the small Walet lost from Beppu, the guest reception help to contact the police station in advance with his habdnote. It's his excellent attitude in small hrs 0200. That's a big diference if u reside other Nikko hotel

A nice hotel, 10 minutes walk from the station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. A convenience store right under the hotel is indeed convenient! A great base for watching the Rugby World Cup matches in Oita.

The Bathroom has big enough space and the Double bed size is bigger than typical Japanese Hotel. ”

Satisfactory stay”
The staff of the hotel are very kind, polite and helpful. Hotel situated along the main road of Oita and near to the shopping mall (10 minutes walk). The size of the room is just right, but not big. The bed was not large enough for a family with 2 adults and 1 child (6 years old), and the pillow is too soft that I needed to request an extra one. There was a massage chair in the room, but it seems old and not satisfied our needs. An important message to all viewers, the hotel's carpark could only house small vehicles and our 7/8 seats vehicle was forced to park in the public parking (need to pay for that, 1100 yen per night).

Close to the central area of Oita. There is a car park at the hotel but it is a multi-storey car park, there is the problem that once the car is parked inside you cannot reach it unless you pay for the parking again (800 yen per day).

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was convenient and plentiful. The room and bathroom were good size for two. The staff was friendly and offer us coffee and free gifts the first day. However, when we asked for more coffee the next day, it was not available.

Just walk around 10 minutes from JR station to this hotel. This hotel is near the 大分城址公園, just walk for 5 minutes. just downstairs had 7-11. The room is clean, tidy-up, the bed is wide for 2 people and can open 2 luggage.
