The hotel staff was good and helpful by providing direction. Best cheap recommended hotel to stay around Subang Jaya area. Can access PLUS Highway & Puchong as located from 5 min distance from the hotel

THE WIFI SERVICE WAS EXCELLENCE AND ASTRO CHANNEL. THE LED T.V PROVIDES USB SLOTS AS WELL FOR CONNECTING OUR GADGETS. THE LOCATION WAS BEST AS COULD ACCESS THROUGH "SUNWAY AND IOI MALL" USING LRT USJ21. FRIENDLY RECEPTION STAFF AND ROOM ARE CLEAN AND NEAT. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated, located near mall so food is easily available. 15 minutes drive to Sunway and Subang Jaya and could access to the Plus highway and Puchong. Would definitely recommend it to friends.

i would highly recommend as its newly open hotel. easy for LRT access and nearby walking by 2 mins walk to Main Palace mall and easy to find food with many restaurant around by walking. Toiletries are provided which makes easy for travelers and free snack makes makes more nice. the room and toilet are clean and housekeeping well done daily. staff are polite and very helpful. the facilities fulfill needs and strong WiFi. The rooms are well design with natural wallpaper plus architectural. TV has HDMI and USB connection makes easy with variety TV channel.

The room was clean and spacious. New hotel so the amenities are working perfect. Good value for money. Nearby food shops and convenience store like 7-11 and Speedmart. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Quiet and affordable room for a good one night sleep”

Bed & pillow is comfortable. Plenty of power socket to charge any electrical items. Still using a single key to open the room door and room access card to power the room. A walking distance of 300m or 4mins to USJ21 LRT Station and 300m to Main Place Mall. Free parking available infront of the hotel. A refundable deposit of RM10 is require upon check in to obtain 1 AC & 1 TV remote controller at the reception. Small bathroom has stained on the wall and always wet as the water didn't flow out well. Room is bright but has water mark, spider web on the ceiling and some strain of hair on the floor. There is 2 TV channel available to watch (TV3 & HBO only). The room door has double locks but the backdoor of the hotel is not safe or secured to a proper locks. The wall is thin. Disgusted when guest smokes at the backdoor of the hotel and goes into corridor then to room. Upon check out found MPSJ banner sticker with summon surrounded the main entrance of the hotel due to operation license.

Budget Stay”

We were arranged to check in to another nearby hotel of the same owner, even though the hotel has been booked and paid for earlier. Anyway, not a big deal for us as we do not use the nearby LRT.

Very good”

Not bad for budget stay. There is no lift at the hotel. Otherwise, everything is fine, room is quite spacious except for the toilet. Hairdryer upon request. Has basic toiletries such as soap and toilet tissue paper.

cleanliness/ staff ”

The hotel room floor was to slippery with lots of soaps , the cleaner came and mopped yet it was still the same . late night the staffs was to noisy they where talking to loud that was really disturbing our night to sleep.

Budget hotel and cleanliness need to be improve ”

It’s a very budget hotel. Also, it’s does not have lift ! (Be careful of the agoda mention have lift) luckily downstair have double room for parents (they are elder and cannot climb staircase) Mainly for a sleep because it’s doesn’t have any facilities. Inside the room didn’t have any toiletries so you have to prepared urself. Cleanliness of this hotel really need to improve... as I see cockroaches and ants inside my room. Hygiene need to be improve as well. Anyway, stay for 1 nights shd b fine.
