Going there was a bit if a walk. At 12nn, but there was no staff. (I was told they come 2pm) Which I later read in the confirmation email (My fault for not reading!) I came back 9pm, and the Staff was nice, his instructions were quick and pretty straightforward. Room has a gloomy feeling (perhaps the dim light is part of the design? It was unexpected to see trash / food containers lying around, On the bright side, they provide clean towel and soap (and perhaps shampoo but i didn’t get one) For the bathroom, The layout of the shower seemed odd. for me. two cubicles were tight. I felt uncomfortable to take shower because I felt that the divider was not long enough for privacy. Also no hooks to hang my bag/clothes. :( Overall, it was okay. My goal was just to have a place to sleep that night, which was achieved. And I paid cheaply. So I might try again, maybe if I’ll stay late somewhere in Darling Harbour. Thank you

Always a pleasant stay here. Have been many times over the last 10 years. Staff are wonderful. Take advantage of the Carpark offer. Only $19 per 24 hours across the road which is cheaper then anywhere else around Darling Harbour. Continental breakfast was great. The manager let my family have breakfast free of charge. Hotel is within walking distance of Darling Harbour, The Star Casino and the Light Rail network. Love this place. Can't wait to come back.

Easy walk to and from Central Station. Easy to find in Dixon Street. Central to everything; Darling Harbour , Paddy's Market and all shopping and eating in Haymarket and George St Sydney. The facilities are well above average for the cost and extremely clean ( despite the appearance of the street level entrance to the building ). The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary toiletries are better than that provided at more expensive establishments. Two bottles of refrigerated mineral water are also complimentary. (I didn't even get a glass of water from the 'luxury suite' I have just returned from in Cairns - they didn't even have the air con on for my arrival ). So comparatively, for the price, Dixon Residences are customer comfort focused and above standard.

Just three apartments in this historic building. Up the stairs we entered our apartment which overlooked the street and Star Casino directly opposite. The apartment is not large, but the Queen bed was extremely comfortable. The leather lounge can be converted for extra persons, the kitchenette more than adequate for a short stay and the bathroom is small, but the shower was lovely with good pressure. The bonus for us was the proximity to all the restaurants in the Casino complex and the pleasant stroll to Darling Harbour. I would stay again.

The hotel is very convenient, located near Darling Harbour and the Market. The studio we had was well equiped: clean with modern furniture, spacious with a king bed, cooking facilities and had a large balcony. This is an ideal hotel if you don't want to pay to much for a nice room in the centre of Sydney. Darling Harbour is just 3 minutes away as well as Chinatown and the Market. So just perfect to discover Sydney!

I love staying at this apartment over the course of 6 days in Sydney. Walking distances to Darling Harbour and Queen Victoria Building & Townhall. Thumbs up for having everything we need; washing machine, dryer, induction hob, toaster, iron + iron board, clothes hangers and last of all, the WiFi. We just wish if there is a TV in the room for relaxing after long day. =) Overall, it's value for money.

i strongly recommend this hotel for those who seek hotel with good location point. seasons darling harbour hotel is a clean studio apartment hotel which is located just opposite chinatown, and it is within a very short walking distance to the famous sydney paddy's market and darling harbour.since it is near chinatown which is open till very late at nite, asian visitors will have no problem in shopping and finding asian food as there are many foodcourts available nearby. on top of its great location, it is a studio apartment with kitchen provided and equipped with very complete kitchen utensils to be used. will definitely stay at this hotel again. thumbs up for seasons darling harbour hotel

We recently booked 2 queen rooms for our stay for NYE. The hotel is conveniently close to Darling Harbour, China Town and the Markets. The beds were comfortable, rooms very clean and a communal area where you can help yourself to tea, coffee, juice, toast or cereal. Down stairs is a sports bar, inside and outside seating for dining. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Check in was fast and easy. Hop on Hop of Bus service located 1 min walk. The price was higher then usual as expected for NYE but very happy with the accommodation.

It's in such a convenient location. Walking distance to the famous darling harbour, Madam Tussauds and great restaurants at Kings street wharf and across the bridge to QVB for shopping, the Barangaroo developments has really transformed the area. I didn't give 4 stars for the facilities because the room we stayed in was tiny. A bit like staying at a hotel in Japan. But for a couple of nights to visit the best of attractions in the world famous harbour city is well worth it.

I stayed at Novotel Sydney Darling Square from 22 to 24 August 2018. I love the location of the hotel, it was near ICC, China town and there were lots of restaurants & shopping nearby. The hotel is newly renovated, beautiful & clean. The staff at the reception were friendly and very helpful. They helped tracked a UPS parcel that I was expecting daily. The breakfast was good too. I will highly recommend Novotel Sydney Darling Square to any travellers who want to be in the darling harbour area.

Holiday Inn Darling Harbour Hotel is located very very near the Paddy's Market and walking distance to Darling Harbour and business buildings which makes the hotel very ideal for both business and leisure and inexpensive shopping. In addition, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. Got also upgrade to family room even without a request which makes the stay more worthwhile and enjoyable. Also, staff are accommodating, my request for weigh in of my luggage was granted with a smile. Also, we were able to check in earlier than the 2pm hotel check in time which enable us to freshen up before we attend to our plans for the day. Choice of buffet breakfast is not much comparable to the other hotel but as it is already included in the room price, it is a very much value for money good breakfast. Only downside is internet is available only for a fee. Overall, Holiday Inn Darling Harbour is a very much good hotel to stay in Sydney.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. I was lucky to have a view of Darling harbour from my balcony. The location was great for sightseeing with the Darling harbour ferry stop about a 5 minute walk away. I specifically chose this hotel as I was joining a cruise the following morning and wanted to enter Sydney harbour under the bridge on the ferry. Being so close to the nightlife at Darling harbour, I felt quite safe walking around at night by myself. The room was spacious with self contained facilities.

Our stay was wonderful. The room, although small, was very clean and comfortable. The rooms were serviced daily. Breakfast each morning was delicious and plentiful. The hotel overall was very clean and staff were professional at all times. Clerical staff were informative and helpful. Would I stay at Ibis Sydney Darling Harbour Hotel again - most definitely. The hotel's location could not have been better, so close to Darling Harbour and all the sights and so close to the Mall and CBD.

Central Sydney at peak season means it is very challenging to get great accommodation and service at a reasonable cost. In these circumstances the Novotel performed exceptionally well. The views over Darling Harbour would be very difficult to beat and the location offers the very best opportunity to explore Darling Harbour. The rooms are perhaps a little past their best and the facilities are definitely 4 rather than 5 star - but the value for money is very good for central Sydney. The general manager went out of his way to help with a couple of extra touches which made our stay very special - such commitment to customer service is rare and is an attitude which was shown by all the staff we met. Very highly recommended.

We really loved staying here. We stayed with our 4 children and it was perfect for us. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and found it very comfortable and practical. It was very easy to get to darling harbour via the connecting foot bridge. We liked how the house keeping came in everyday and replaced our towels and made our beds, its make our stay feel very neat and tidy and fresh. We would definitely stay here again. We Recommend it to anyone wanting nice, reasonably priced accommodation in darling harbour. Some people might find the building very different, but we recommend reading the history of the building first. We did and it made us love and appreciate it beauty so much more!

Our 1st time in this hotel and it was great! Service was great,especially Dorothy & Vicky who were very friendly and helpful. They recommend us places to eat/go. Hotel is conveniently located;within walking distance to darling harbour (<5 mins). It was also pretty near the light rail (Convention Stn) and very thoughtful of the hotel to send us directions from light rail to hotel before our trip; just take carpark lift to lvl 4, exit carpark and you can find the hotel directly opposite. Abt 15-20 mins walk to city via the bridge at darling harbour. Hotel also provided complimentary snack bar and mini bar, which is replenished daily. The only downsides was that pillow was too soft and that shower area was abit small with no door to close to separate the shower area completely. Hence, water will splash out and you may feel cold. Overall, we would recommend to stay in this hotel due to the awesome service and great location. Never regret booking this hotel. We will definitely be back!

We were mostly satisfied with our stay in Parkroyal Darling Harbour. Definitely one of the best hotel we've ever stayed. We were early because our flight arrived at 7 am. We reached Parktoyal at 9am and the frontliner named Emilia offered us an upgrade to a King Club Room with breakfast and access to Club Lounge. Thanks to her, our room was on 9th floor with the beautiful view of Darling Harbour! The shower experience was one of the best too, with spacious bathroom and well equipped amenities (they even provide an international charger). We tried the Club Lounge, and they serve a nice variety of food, cheese, and wines. Its location is right in the heart of darling harbour and within walking distance to everything u wanna do (shops, pubs, casino, cafes). We would go back someday to this hotel

We had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the location was awesome. 2 mins stroll to Darling Harbour, access was directly across the road through the Novotel and Darling Harbour Shopping World :) We did have a couple of small issues when we arrived, like the kettle and washing machine not working, however the staff were extremely prompt in finding a solution and fixing these issues for us. Would stay there again.

Excellent, friendly service by all staff members. Stylish and comfortable rooms with superb views of the harbour. Complimentary water and coffee in the room with a large TV and indulgent rain shower. Infinity pool with an outlook of the city and harbour was Insta worthy! Located in a prime position in Darling Harbour with easy walking distance to CBD and transport. The only negative was the terrible pillows.

Possibly the best hotel I have stayed in. All staff went above and beyond everyday to make sure we had what we needed and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Each staff member from concierge, reception, restaurant and bar staff to housekeeping were so friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful and rooms clean and luxurious with fantastic amenities. I can’t fault one thing! Fabulous location in Pyrmont with easy access to Darling Harbour, the cbd and ferries to Circular Quay. Also part of the Star Casino complex with many amazing restaurants at your doorstep. We will definitely be back next time we visit Sydney. Thank you for a fantastic holiday!

We had the opportunity to stay at Pyrmont Furnished Apartments #802 at 50 Murray Street from 13 November 2017 - 16 November 2017. This is a first time to visit Sydney and the Darling Harbour area and we were not disappointed in the least. The condo is very spacious, clean and has one of the most fantastic views of the harbour. It is centrally located in the area and is so close to all the attractions, shops and restaurants in the area. Having private parking was also a huge plus. We would recommend this unit to everyone wanting to visit the area as I know you would not be disappointed. I would have to say this is the best place I have ever stayed. The view from the rooms and balcony are breathtaking. The hotel /apartment is close to many food outlets, fun activities, ferries, fun activities and the night there look amazing. I wish we had of stayed longer. The rooms are of the highest standard. Really comfy beds, great kitchen, amazing television and beautiful bathrooms. I will definately be back. Jayde ( Perth Australia)
