Hotel located close to city centre. Hotel is integrated with offices and other hotels. Main road surrounding the business area is quite congested. Lots of shops around the hotel. Parking shared with other hotels and office. Parking is not free and you have to pay RM2 per hour. However, you can purchase parking voucher RM6.40 per entry from hotel lobby. Receptionist was not friendly. Room is very spacious. Firm and comfortable bed. Got bath tub. Shower is either too hot or too cold. Room complete with fridge, safe and other amenities. Air conditioner outlet is quite far from the bed. The room was not very cool. Don't stay in room 1142. There was a small part of the window that is not covered by curtain. So it's hard to sleep day and night due to the incoming lights

Overall it has been a good performance by the hotel team. Service staff still have some way to catch up though. I must comment in particular the great service by the management team Wei Wei. Alert, customer service oriented, knows how to recommend client to her sales team to carry further sales follow up. Would I stay here again if I’m back nearby for a business trip? Yes.

Room is spacious (grand deluxe suite) and all the necessary amenities provided. It’s a new hotel and the service is great. Stayed there for 1 night and decided to extend 1 more day since this hotel is beyond my expectations. And thank you for the complimentary breakfast ♥️

Think twice before u book unless you can shower without heater, otherwise don't even think about it ”

Both my 1st & recent trip also we stayed for 3 nights. Yea, they changed the room for us(staffs there are awesome) then, midnight changed room again. Why? All these rooms have no heater for shower! Water pressure was like turning 10%of a water tap, freezing water. Certain room, thank God, there's hot water but after 1 minute, it turned to freezing cool water then boiling hot water. It drove us crazy. I heard fm the staff, many guests had complained. But why no action was taken?Our 1st trip we complained,Thought after a month, they will improve, nothing was done. Even went down to the shower room at level 8 which next to the gym room,my goodness,even the staff didn't know how to turn on the heater. Initially, told my my wife, finally we found the best hotel in terms of price & strategic location,customer service & parking are good.Who knows,a simple shower room stop us from coming back to this hotel.Dear All, Think twice before you book this hotel.. They seriously can't solve this issue

Spacious room.. modern design really nice.. super comfortable.. have bathtub.. room have large windows but no view.. receptionist very friendly.. parking charged RM6.40.. around got many shops.. overall i really satisfied.. 5 stars!!

New Hotel, nice room design, but need more improvement in cleanliness”

The hotel is newly renovated, hence there is some "small renovation debris" and the smell in the room. The room is big, location is good, an overhead bridge linked to the LRT station, the price is affordable, the only concern is the cleanliness.

Room is exceptional beautiful. Mattress is the best. Just 1 of the receptionist is quite rude when I asked what time we can check in. Because check in time is 2pm, that time we already arrive by 2pm, and waited until 230pm without any info and then i asked the receptionist. He responded in a bad way. Quite a quite environment but still near to the city centre.

Pro: Big room Clean but can be cleaner. Con: No enough staffs, only one person manning front desk. Phone call to front desk and other functions not answered. Parking, separate fee. Surrounding a bit quite.

Check in Room 1217 was so dirty especially the bathtub (all kinds of color stains).And dusty too. Upgrade me to 1043 no TV program to watch. The hotel only three months old too.... I am a Gold Wyndham member too.

Room details unclear”

It would really be nice if the front desk would have express checkout options we can request from the room. Also they should really be clear about the type of room they provide, including of course a room layout drawing so people know what to expect. Other than that do check out the fish fingers in the lobby cafe! Simply out of this world.

New hotel but need some big cleaning ”

The room itself -design and layout is good. However, after the construction it needs a heavy cleanse of the dust and cement.

Even with a new building room are not kept clean.lot of dust..hair everywhere.shower temperature is not maintained..few secs very cold few secs very hot..water pressure is low..need to pay rm6.50 for parking everytime u go in/out.badly need to improve in housekeeping.

I have stay here for 1 night. Location & facility is good. TV using smart tv but no able to connect to internet & not all channel can watch. Breakfast food is good but no so much menu. Overall good to stay and worth it.

Big and spacious”

Room really big and clean. Iron and iron board was provided in the room. Toilet also clean and big. But location little bit far from town.

security guard and girl staff is so rude and no manners ”

This is my second time stayed at this hotel ,but this time is really make me disappointed and angry with one of the girl staff and the security guard .. Both of them are so rude and the face is won’t smile to customer .. The important thing ..It’s customer not allowed seat at the lobby area ? Then why you put the sofa there ?
