Horrible Front Desk Staff”

I visited the area to rest from a long road trip. I was treated so rude by Melissa at check in. I have never experienced service like this. She requested my husband Id because we are African American. The room was rented in my name so there was no need for his information, so I asked for it in writing and she said she didn’t have it in writing and if I didn’t get his ID she was going to refuse to rent our already paid for room. Horrible service. I asked for a copy of the receipt she had me sign and she refused said I didn’t rent from Days Inn get it from the third party I rented from. So rude I believe she may be one of the owners or related to them. She need to be retrained or fired. Maybe a diversity class is needed for her, learning how to be of service to other cultures. I will never visit this location again.

Peeling paint in the bathroom. Very old and dusty air conditioner. Will cause illness to some. Thought they tried to have a new look, it's essentially the same days inn. You pay for what you get.

Rooms not clean and website has amenities stated that were false”

Unfortunately, my air compressor to my a/c unit went out in my house. I am a single father to my 11yro daughter and with the house getting up to 96 degrees, it was not ideal to stay home. I chose to stay at this hotel because of location, price and the amenities that was stated on the website when I booked the room. Upon my arrival, is when the disappointment begun. The attendant stated the doors were locked, so I had to do my check-in "outside" in the Arizona heat, 109 degrees at the time. Bed had gross stains, mold in the fridge, towel rack falling out of the wall, filthy towels and NO bfast. Ended up at Drury Inn up the street, much better experience, clean room and prepackaged hot bfast in the morning. I will not stay at this location ever again. Emailed the Manager and sent pictures, waiting on a response as he was not on premise to discuss with him.

This was a last minute trip for us and this property fit the bill perfectly! Very convenient to restaurants, gas stations and central to freeways. Nice staff.

The Room Carpets Need to be steam cleaned !! You can see the BLACK tread or track sections of floor.”

When you walk barefoot, your feet will turn black due to soiled carpets... In rooms the use most frequently !! Need to be Steam cleaned and. Disinfected please !!

NO handicap room. False advertising”

The handicap room I was put in had zero handicap facilities. The only thing that supports handicapped individuals is the little blue sign with the wheel chair. I fully intend on gettin my money refunded. Most of the staff was very nice, room clean. My reservation was for two nights. I left the next morning hours before check out. I'm angry.

Beds were hard. Breakfast was Nasty. Towels were musty smelling. They must have hidden cameras, we were coming down the stair and one of the ladies that works there mentioned, "Our guest from room 204". I had never seen or spoken to this lady before.....it was pretty creepy.

This was a very convenient location. The staff was friendly. The pool is tiny and no workout room. The outside and common area was a bit dingy, but our room was super clean. Overall, I’d definitely use this hotel again.

Very stagnant smoke smell in entire hotel though the front desk shared some Febreeze to dampen it. Continental breakfast was some fruit/muffins so nothing to really start your day. No elevator so very little availability for those with limited mobility. Upon checkout, the clerk couldn't even be bothered to make eye contact. I would not stay again nor recommend to anyone.

I'll start by saying it does seem clean which, for 100 bucks, a clean place to stay, at least there's that. I picked this one cuz it had a hot tub. Turns out they don't keep it hot. The pool was ice cold and the "hot tub" was like room temp. The staff was not friendly, not even a smile ever, except the night lady who was nice. The area seemed a little shady with homeless people and tweaker types wandering through a lot. Not the worst place I've stayed but down towards the bottom.

Pillow were unclean and had not been changed, they had makeup stains on them so I used my own covers but I can only imagine that the sheets may have been dirty as well. The building has a gross thick smell to it from the carpets most likely and management is rude. It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. So if all you need is something cheap for a quick night or two and decide to stay here, know what to expect.
