Fun Weekend”
We stayed with our nieces who live nearby and had a fine time in the pools and wave machine. 2 passes were included in the room rate and the kids just loved swimming. The coffee shop had very good food and we ate 3 times a day for a reasonable price. The rooms are somewhat tired but our bathroom all worked so that was Ok. Not ideal to be bang on the highway from a noise point of view but it does make it easy to find..

Okay for the price”
The room was nice and worth the price, although the swimming pools were not cleaned before our check in. Assuming that it was an off-peak time, when you know that you have guests checking in, it should be SOP to clean the pools. They said that we had to wait until the following day for the pool cleaner to arrive. My niece, being a child and excited to swim, could not wait until the morning and had to resort to swimming in the dirty, leaves and twigs-filled pool.

Old hotel but clean”
The rooms are clean even if it's very old. I suggest that they upgrade their rooms with new paint at least. The cabinets are worn out and the AC was too cold it can't be adjusted as per the receptionist in the hotel. We had to turn off the AC from the breaker itself! The sliding doors to the terrace are difficult to open. They should do something about it. The pool in front of the hotel is dirty. Lots of fallen leaves and the water is cloudy.

I booked two rooms. 1 for me and 1 for my relatives. Their room is more colder than our room. Our room have air conditioning and has a remote and it’s on 16 celsius but still sweating and hot. Feels like 25 celsius and it’s humid so making it worse. While the other room is freezing cold but doesn’t have a remote.😩😩 the staff was great I checked in late but it was good. I didn’t go swimming because I just stayed for like 2 nights. But definitely need renovation. Room was big but looks old and it’s so dark inside.

Agoda rates are way cheaper. It's 1,000+ less than the hotel prices. Big room, big beds. Floor /carpet is dirty. I dont think they vacuum it every other guest. Balcony was huge! Aircon was not cold enough we had to call someone to fix it Im not booking here again. Room was too filthy

Had 4 different rooms all toilets are in dire need of repairs or replaced repairs made to them have been done with tape and home built parts last night water was leaking everywhere from toilet l lifted lid and water sprayed up and hit roof that one had hose inside of tank tied to float with plumbers tape ???,lots of plugs do not work no wifi very nosy jeepneys stopping in front of hotel running straight pipes on exhaust same with some motor cycles baffles removed as for the park lots was closed , very misleading hotel to stay in is about 500 m away from water park and store and restaurant . The web site looks like it's all there in one area there is a different access to hotel all staff were nice think likely owners are not supplying parts and what is needed to do repairs proper , ac is manual on or of use breaker to turn off no remotes , elevator is another story kind of works but only if it's happens to be on your floor

The place is outdated and the rooms had old sheets, flying bugs in the room through out our stay. My niece was bitten and had a swollen eye from some bug bite. Usage of the pool is extra fee if you booked with Agoda. Totally a big disappointment.

Old hotel that badly needs maintenance”
Room Type: Deluxe - Shower is barely working. Took us ages to finish a bath. - Aircondition has no remote control. - The room smells old. - Some outlets are not working. - Bed is not that comfortable (spring mattress). - Most stuff look old.

MALOFEST2022”
My sisters, bf & I decided to book this hotel since it is near the venue of the Malofest2022 concert. The hotel has an old facility already which is understandable. However we kinda don’t like the ff: 1. there were no hot and cold water in the bathroom. 2. Our room is for 4 people and towel available is only 2. We asked for extras and they didn’t give us 3. Lights on the balcony were broken so it was very dark outside. 4. Pool area is kinda dirty

We booked for 4 people as advertised but when we checked in we were given good only for 2 pax such as towels and 2 double beds which is a little bit small for 4 pax. We were also not given complimentary breakfast and pool access. Their reason: we booked via agoda which has different rate from their walk-in guests.

Flying bugs in the room, old sheets. My niece had a swollen eye in the morning, we suspect it was the bugs. Extra fee for the pool if you booked with Agoda. Never again.
