the motel is newbie and fresh paint. very clean and air cond cool as per guest wanted. staff really friendly and always gave the best service to guest. i and my group had a great vacation at langkawi as we just rental the car and island hopping package from the hotel. easy and trusted. the location is nearby to pantai chenang. walking distance about 5 mins. valuable for money and i will book the hotel again in future.! since the hotel is newbie, i suggest some facilities may be upgrade such as to install the light around the swimming pool , easy for guest to do a bbq dinner, to place iron boxs and hair dryer at every room so that guest easy to iron their cloth anytime. thank you.

Had a good and peaceful stay”

The place is just nearby Cenang Beach as well as the restaurants and stores in the area. It is accessible although you have to walk maybe 3 mins approx. to reach the area. The room is spacious although it was not thoroughly cleaned (only a minor problem). The bed and blanket are so comfy. The only problem we had in the room was that the main lights were flickering so we dont turn it on. It was quiet and not crowded during our stay so we had a peaceful time there. The staff was kind to us although we couldn't find him from time to time (he wasn't there when we checked out too so we just left the key as we had a flight to catch). Overall, a good and peaceful stay. I would recommend it to everyone who wants to stay in an affordable place nearby Cenang Beach.

Very friendly staff. Easy and smooth reception. Worth for money. Spacious room. air conditioner works great. very cold. Small pool but just nice. Just walking distance to pantai cenang. Easy to find anything. Got a lot shop nearest. Ill come again to this hotel. The hotel environment make me feel like stay at home .

Nice & comfortable”

The place is new & it's location a bit far from main road Pantai Cenang..u need to rent any kind of transportation to stay here or u'll be walking along way in-out of the property.. the room I stayed is very spacious..my kids go running around all over the room..beds are big 1 queen & 1 super single..when u joint all the beds together it's good enough for all 5 member in my family (luckily my kids still young 5yrs, 6 yrs & a toddler) & still got room for 6th person on bed..their pool also nice my kids love it..just they didn't have mini fridge to store all the chocolates that we bought earlier..fortunately i went there on rainy season it always cold weather & the chocolates didn't melt.. Overall we enjoy our stayed there.

this hotel is so good, the Swimming pool is so beautiful when night. this hotel was located at around pantai cenang, so dekat. we can walk to pantai cenang and night market. but is was some difficult to find this hotel because it not have any signboard to go inside the Corner. i hope the hotel Management can place i signboard infront the road.

Everything was good. Friendly staff, strategic location - just park the car in front of the inn and walk to pantai cenang, cenang mall and the shop within the area. The room was big with comfortable bed and clean. Recommended for those who bring the big family (8 person) like me - worth the money.

Can be better! ”

Actually the venue of the inn is very good, just near the Cenang Beach. But the sound insulation of the room so bad. When sleep, keep hearing the voice from the next room, very annoying. Beside, the bathroom is flooded after bath, the drainage hole is block. Hope that the inn can provide hair dryer. Other very good, the staff is nice.

Spacious ”

Everythg is okay. The only thing to improve is parking space. The building has limited parking space. And the sound insulation is poor. People walking/talking outside the room can be hear clearly. However, the room is big and the cleanliness is acceptable. Location is somehow strategic as located in the centre of Cenang Beach. Can reconsider to come back if ever revisit Langkawi.

Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. And if you are driving, this is good for you because it provides free on-site parking. The cleanliness of the room is good except the smelly pillows. There is swimming pool within hotel area too.

Dlima homestay very suitable for family stay with two big rooms and two standard rooms. The two big rooms can be occupied by four people/each room. But the management should improve on: 1) Main door (sliding door) - the door can be unlocked without key, its very unsecured. Since the homestay unit located on the ground floor and people are walking around, so it's better to install door grill as well. 2) Normally homestay will be stayed by a big group of people, so it's nice to put shoe rack next to the main door (inside). 3) Provide basic items in the two standard rooms such as wall mirror and hanger for clothes, towel, etc. 4) Provide aircond remote in each room. 5) Repair floor tile and wall tile. It may cause injury to the people in the homestay. 6) Kitchen area was not arranged properly. Kitchen cabinet and stove not in good condition, unorganized dishes on the cabinet. In my opinion, it's better to remove all the items. Otherwise, the pantry/kitchen looks mess.

Nice Owner”

The hotel is located at the back of Royal Agate Beach resort and Amzar Motel. it will take around 5 minute walk to the hotel. The place is nearby shopping street. So you can easily find food, souvenir, and amenities there. The owner is super nice! helping us out through island hoping package, car rental to mangrove packages. She really a nice person making our travel a lot smoother.

Great location and good size room”

This place is just off the main strip round the corner so you are walking distance to all the shops and restaurants but far far back enough for it to be quiet. The room size is big, plenty of space, pool area is nice and bathroom and room is very clean. Free tea and cofree and very cheap lain dry service. The staff are extremely friendly and can help book tours at a very cheap price. Would recommend and would definitely come back again!

Just nice”

Our family stay for two nights in 3 difference room type, double, triple and family room. We like the hotel, it was so strategic in the middle of Chenang Beach, but the facilities and accommodation were bit dissapointed. The staff and receptionist were foreigner somewhere from Lebanon or Pakistan.He can't speak Malay but yes for English. Room was okay, but the bathroom was smelly because there are no ventilation in the bathroom. The pool was nice but bit dirty as there were many insects and hair in the water. There are Coway water filter outside of the room, but we believed it haven't been serviced for a long time as the drinking water taste like tap water. One more thing, the drainage system was poor because there are stacking water outside of our room and bit smelly and we believed it might came from their water pump house or something sewage. But the WiFi connection was very excellent.One more thing, the contact number provided by Agoda was unreachable as they changed new phone number because the Hotel change their management. However, we just enjoyed stay there as the price in Agoda was very cheap, and at least worth the money.

Stayed for 3D2N, group of 4 people Pros -very near to the Cenang beach (walking distance) -spacious room -near to underwater world, Cenang Mall and lots of nice restaurants & fast food (walking distance) -spacious space for car park -strategic location Cons -smelly towels -Fuzzy TV channel -we put the room service request in the morning outside the room door. Room was still not cleaned when we got back to the motel at night -no water supply in the morning of our last day staying there. When water supply resumed, water has strong chlorine smell
