This could have been so much more”
I first visited this Resort about 10 years ago and was really looking forward to returning with the family for a relaxing stay. Unfortunately, enough pandemics and probably other causes have contributed to very poor maintenance of the place. Most facilities were closed, a very dirty swimming pool that was emptied of water, the tower one would like to go up in to take some good view pictures, was in such a state I did not take the chance. But the place is in its own way an experience in itself, and at an affordable price, if you want a short way to the many other tourist attractions that are nearby.

This hotel is run down and needs fully renovated or knocked down. Dirty, smelly, dead insects, it is certainly not as it looks on the Agoda pictures.

Certainly very different ”
I’ve stayed here twice both times the girlfriend I was with refused to stay and I had to go to another hotel. This hotel is 11/10 for dirty with leaks everywhere paint off, green water, paint faded. Looks like it needed renovating a decade ago. I was the only one there and slept at another hotel in the end. Despite everything I actually like this hotel. It’s unique if nothing else and the rooms although dirty, hot, few facilities are very interesting. Don’t book more than 1 night if you haven’t been before. Hopefully someone will buy this resort and make renovations. It has a lot of potential.

Very disappointed!!”
The moment I opened the room I saw these 2 small beds put together with very old beddings with different designs. Cobwebs in the room. Cupboards were dirty. Curtain is not big enough to cover the window. This may be the reason why there were no pictures of the villa rooms. Breakfast is very poor quality and the way the workers handle the utensils and food were not hygienic. The worst resort I’ve been to in Thailand. We left right after breakfast because we just can’t stand the place.

DNA.. Is a FANTASTIC STAY”
We very nearly cancelled our booking after reading negative reports. We decided to GO because of the unique design and the prospects of staying SOMEWHERE SPECIAL with our little boy. We are SO VERY PLEASED. We were greeted by the new manager Mr Oh and although it was quiet because of low season, we could not have asked for a better experience. The FOOD was excellent. The Room was 100% of our hopes. The National Park was equally GOOD.IF Anyone is planning to visit Khao Yai. Use the DNA Resort and Spa. We are already planning to return in the high season. This is 5 star. *****.

It was good. We enjoyed the environment. The shape of the hotel attracted us to make a booking with DNA Resort. The location is good as it is closer to Khao Yai city and national park. Good value for the money spent.

Quirky fun but needs some work”
If you've ever wanted to stay in a spherical room and sleep in a circular bed, DNA is the place where you can do both! They also have munchkin huts and hobbit holes to stay in. Much of the hotel is quite run down and in need of serious improvement but it just adds to the ambiance. My only complaint is that the beds were rock hard. The floor might have been softer. Don't stay here if you're looking for luxury but it you want a fun, quirky place (and crazy pictures to impress your friends), give this place a try. The manager speaks great English and was very helpful.

Nice UFO styled hotel near mountains ”
Everything is ok there. Averagely old, relatively good food,quite. Have car parking. We went to the mountains and then being tired were looking forward some hotel nearby. That's surprising among shabby houses we stumbled on this UFO-style hotel. Funny. The price a bit overstated - for us was 1700 thb per night. Breakfast - 3/5. Spa-3/5. Well. We would come again. It's still ok to stay over a night or two comparing other places around there. I like it near mountains so after the trip from there it's not far to drive to hotel. And Palio (little Italy styled place) is near, the intersection with all kind food restaurants is near to. So it's the option to stay at.

+++ Interesting Hotel, each room has 2 stories (kids love it), easy parking, friendly stuffs and good location. --- outside look old (but it was built just 3 years), room carpet look cheap, bathroom has no tub and look old, low water pressure and not hot (my friend got changed the room which remodel and it has their shower is good hot and high water pressure). at the living room there are some small broken woods (it sharps). The walk way carpet, wall and window are dirty (raining season).. seem like the water leaked in. ** It is nice hotel but it lack of maintaining (repainting, fixing stuffs). I saw they still have constructions for more room and tower. If they want to attract the family with kids which it already does by the design. They should add indoor playground or some sliders to the pool. So I absolutely go back there again. Now, it is just nothing but interesting shape building and room.

Never again”
We booked two nights at DNA, but we left right after the first night. The place is smelly, the whole building is moving as you walk on the corridor. The room is dirty, run-down, i felt we were disturbing the staff during their boredom and the breakfast was the worst i've ever had. Everything is very old in this place and whatever has been fixed, is mended by duck tape. The maid was cleaning the carpet on the corridor with a broom and i think it was the only way they ever cleaned it. The staff didn't speak English at all and it seemed, they made favor to us, when asked something (and believe me, we hardly asked anything). And the breakfast was even worse. We wanted to have a quick breakfast at 9.30. The bread was covered by insects and a lady brought us egg, sausages and other things on a plate. Whatsoever was on the plate, was all ice cold. That was the last straw, we went to another place, which was a big, nice, clean place for less money. I SUGGEST, NOT TO GO TO DNA RESORT!
