the staff should be always available at the front desk..most of the time when you need help you have to start looking for someone to help,otherwise the hotel is very nice,clean and in an excellent location...great value for your money

The location is good, can walk to Twin-tower but they do not have private parking. A bit nosiy at night due to the bars

Clean, modern & comfy rooms”

Great location, value for money. I stayed in the Charlie Room located on the 3rd floor for two nights. Room comes attached with private shower and air conditioning. Security access for rooms and premises thru wireless key cards. The bar is just right downstairs, and is within 10-15 minutes walk to a variety of attractions.

Good location but nosy area”

Good location, the hotel is just 5 minutes walking distant to Jalan Alor, the night food street. However we couldn't sleep untill 2am as the nosy sound from bar and restaurants outside. Also the Air-con make so much noise on the first nite of our stay. On the second day, they moved us to a different so the air-con sound was better. If you don't mind about the loud sound, it's ok. The rest of that are fine. but I wouldnt stay here again as I need a good sleep on the holiday.

Reasonable and great location”

Walkable to MRT and MRL stations. Very close to the night market and shopping malls. The room was very small and doesn't match with details on agoda but the room was clean. A bit noisy at night as it's a night club area.

The room is a bit small but it's all you need for a night after clubbing. Room was clean. Staff was helpful.

Cleanliness issue”

They never change the bed sheet, there are some blood stain on both bed sheet and quilt.

Location is good but downstairs is clubbing，Wifi not stable，no lift if baggage heavy need walk stairs，there are small cockroaches in the room.

Its a pleasant experience to stay at Don's den hotel, its cozy and clean. I will definately come back

Too loud can't sleep”

Due to numerous clubs surrounding the hotel, it was impossible to sleep at all until 3am. The noise was so loud that the bed was literally shaking and the mirror in the bathroom was vibrating against the wall. It was truly the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. It's just as wide as the double (not queen) bed, although the bed is wider than the mattress. There is no chair nor table. There is only a small wardrobe and enough standing room to get changed. The decor is fairly new. And the room was clean. The staff were friendly and one guy, I think his name was TJ, really went out of his way to help. That was appreciated. However, this didn't make up for the shortcomings and there are quiet hotels nearby with twice the space for half the price.

Brilliant”

The location was central to everything, restaurants and clubs were right next door, massage centers, money exchanges were all walk-able distance away. The public transportation was also walk-able distance away. The staff were friendly, we reach the hotel really early, they allowed us to leave our luggage and freshen up, gave us directions and helped us figuring out transportation. The room was cozy and clean and really well maintained.

Pro: near to MRT, Monorail. Convenience stores few steps away. Can walk to Pavillion, Times Square, Lowyat Plaza, Lot10, Sungei Wang Plaza. Room, toilet & towels were clean. Cons: The stairs quite high, not for elderly or child. Bit noisy and happening at night esp weekend as people drink downstairs. Recommended for solo traveller & young couples.

Excellent”

The surrounding was rly noisy even until 5am with all pubs and bars music and people noises. Other than this the room was overall good and pretty sweet for a couple to stay if the noise doesn't affect u much.

small room for single”

my 1st stay for single room and its a bit disappointed of the room..there's a tv but not working and toilet flooded after shower. as for staff, they always accommodate n they gave their best as they could.

Very good”

Overall Good stay. Ideal for people interested in enjoying night life in KL. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only negative aspect was small room size and also music noise all night long from the street below.

Cute place but noisy”

The staffs were nice, the room was cool. Anw, this area was noisy, especially in late night, because these clubs downstair were playing music loudly. We cannot sleep at night but the morning is quite peaceful. It can be suitable for those who enjoy the nightlife (and sleep through day). Except that, everything is fine.

Exceptional”

everything is great~ the only negative that is a nightclub area, the music won't let u sleep whole night.
