Great location, accessible to everything, experiencing rustic and immensely relaxing atmosphere. Staff are so helpful, polite, always smiling bunch of people. Reception's Christine and Krisha at the Tawala are just so nice. Room is splendidly clean and relaxing, a perfect getaway from hustle and bustle of daily life, I just love this place, first time in Bohol and never been so happy, keep up the good work guys, kudos!

If you're on a budget and would like to prepare your own meal, they have a kitchen with complete utensils, appliances (electric stove, rice cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker and etc.- which you can use for free, By the way) where you can cook. The place was clean and was very worth it.

Cheap but clean, it's true”
You have to walk atleast 10 mins to the beach front. The small is room but clean, better if they provide doormats or piece of waste cloth inside the room. Other than that, the overall experience was awesome.

Cheap but great stay in Alona Beach”
We stayed here for 3 nights and it was good. The room is tiny with a double bed, a small table, and a TV (with great channel selection!) It's about 10 minute walk to Alona Beach which is great - quiet and away from the noise of the main area. Will recommend!

All are good, location close to the alona beach (10mins walking) and town (restaurant/foodstore), cleanliness (every morning staff clean your room) and staff (very kind and approachable). One of the problem is internet connection too slow, no heater and slow signal for TV.

Very affordable rooms and the staff are very concern about their guest. I appreciate how they assisted me on my countryside tour. The Manager, Sir Dave is such a nice man and even to his staff. The beach is just a walking distance from the hotel.

Our stay was so worth it.. 5-10 minutes walk to Alona beach, 3-5 minutes walk to store, 6-10 minutes drive to Dumaluan beach. Very eco friendly, very clean and very accommodating. They have this dinning area where you can cook and eat. They will also allow you to use their utensils but make sure to clean after. Kudos to all staffs special mention to Christine, Christiane and Bea.

A good but cheap place to rest after a long day of activities ”
Dormitelsph served its purpose to provide us a quick place to rest in between activities.Panglao isn’t cheap, good thing they had good rates going.We are out during the day&we use the place just for sleep,change clothes&shower.Staff are friendly&accomodating.We had a few requests made and was always accomodated.They greet you with a smile too.Don’t hesitate to ask,I’m sure if it’s a reasonable request they would do their best.No restaurant at this place but a few yards away you’ll see different ones,no pool but you can walk&get to a beach.They clean the room daily too.Only downside is the bathroom smells I guess it’s more of the sewer rather than cleanliness of the said bathroom.They don’t have a separate faucet for the pail/bathing,only faucet in the sink (hope they add one soon), but they have a shower.No hot&cold option but surprisingly the water is warm enough to bathe in,even at 3am.I wish they gave us a larger blanket the one we have is too short even if we’re already short ppol

This hotel is in such a great location, its within working distance to alona beach and all the restaurants and bars! The WiFi was so quick in our room which was amazing. The rooms were clean and tidy, they were a decent size we stayed in both a fan and an air conditioning room and both were good! The staff were friendly and helpful when and if we needed them. We also could fill bottles of water for free. The only thing letting this hotel down is the beds, I can't even lie and say they are OK because they are not. The mattress is so thin, and you can feel every single piece of wood underneath you. Me and my partner woke up so many times in the night with dead legs or hips and would have to turn onto our back or other side. If they improve the beds this hotel will be amazing for the money you pay!!

The staff was amazing”
The room was a bit semlled a little bit bad, but it was clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Would give them 10 Stars if possible. Nice area for sitting ouside. Water dispenser hot and cold Water for bottle refill or coffee in the morning. They also provide cups.

Though we didnt push through with our travel because of the weather conditions, the staff were accomodating and took time to reply to our message. We understood that the booking was nonrefundable as it was booked under a promo rate.

Cheap Option for a place to sleep ”
The room provides the basic needs for a place to stay for the night: Bed, AC, TV, and Private CR (no hot n cold shower though). Pros: Near Aloha Beach, Near the airport (3km walking distance or take the airport bus loop which costs you 25PhP/person). Cons: So-So CR upkeep. Our CR had a funny smell but it was bearable.
