Staffs are nice and polite. Convenient with car parking. The free supper service is outstanding and special. Not to mention the amazing breakfast buffet!! MUST TRY!! And the hot spring facilities that also open during late night. I can only give this stay a 10 out of 10!!!

Where there's dormy Inn, there are tourist places to go to. Strategic location. Room is clean enough except it was dusty. Pillow is hard but you can loan different types of pillows in the lobby. Free ramen at night for supper. People are friendly.

All aspects ts of facility were excellent, a bit farther from train station than I thought when booking, but that gave us an excellent opportunity to see more of the town and enjoy the variety along the no traffic street walk. Thought breakfast buffet was nice, but a bit costly. The onsen and spa service was terrific.

Good bowl of ramen at night”
The hotel is not exactly close to the JR station but it's not too far either . Before leaving the cold streets of Asahikawa during winter time , please grab yourself a warm cup of free coffee as it is good . The hotel also has free washing facilities in which you can wash your laundry should your dirty clothing be overflowing in your luggage . Dryer however is chargable but very reasonable at 100 yen per 20 mins . While waiting for your cloths to dry , you can also enjoy comics just outside the hotspring area. The hotspring is also special as the water source seems to be drawn from a source with high O2 content which helps keep your skin smooth . We also personally like the outdoor hotspring as well . On the bad side , the NHK broadcasting station is just next to this hotel in which we are a little fearful of the radio waves emitting from the broadcasting dish . Overall I would definately stay at this hotel again on my next visit

I chose the Hotel because of its onsen and I was not disappointed. The facilities were really nice, even had a Steam sauna and a high temperature classic Sauna. The outside bath was beautiful. Breakfast was nice (no cereals though ). I would stay there again

So surprise that the hotel provide so excellent onsen with such affordable price. The facilities in the onsen are superb! Especially the hair dyer!!! Its PANASONIC NANO E! My hair become so soft after using it!! However, the hotel room are too small for me. In overall recommended for all.

Enjoyed Winter Ice and Snow Festival”
Approximately .75 miles from train station, slightly longer to the entrance to Tokiwa Park Winter Festival venue. Easy to get to. After we arrived at the station, it was pleasant enough that we walked along the street where the ice sculptures were displayed. We also walked back when we left to see the completed ice sculptures after the competition. Dormy Inn was nice although we had a little difficulty controlling the temperature. They had a nice onsen and a complementary ramen meal (9:30 to 11:00 pm) as do all Dormy Inns. We didn’t have any other meals, so can’t comment. Complementary coffee in lobby. Complementary wash in onsen area, drying is 100 yen for 20 min which was sufficient for me

Best On-Sen from all of hotel in my trip”
On-sen on floor 10 , Good facilities , Have outdoor on-sen that awesome! Washing machine is free of use and dryer machine only 200 YEN for 40 min. Convenience store 7-11 is across the hotel that great. Breakfast are great , not a lot of choice but It too delicious.

The bedroom in the hotel are super small. Not recommended for those who carried big luggages. Other than that all are good. Eg: The free ramen taste good. Staff are friendly. And surprisingly The hair dyer in the onsen room are super good ( with naneo function!). Hair get super soft after using it.

Free ramen from 9.30 to 11 pm but we did not try it as we both nights we had late dinner. Car park is always full and had to park at Times car park across the road. Hot bath is nice and staff are polite and helpful.

Staff are very helpful and have good multilingual skills, a big bonus when you only know a little Japanese. The room was clean and comfortable. the 10th Floor hot spring was relaxing refreshing and a perfect end to a busy day. Excellent service, I would use this hotel again.

Ramen noodle serve during supper time for hotel guest. Noodle was nice and the chef is kind enough to give another serving. Onsen available for hotel guest too- good experience to those who have not tried before. Car parking lot next to hotel - it was 600 Yen but the hotel told me it’s 800 yen. After I asked again it’s 600 Yen. Overall good experience and go back again to stay. Miss the ramen :)
