We prefer Dormy Inn when we travel because we know how excellent their facilities are and how gracious and helpful their staff is. Dormy Inn Toyama is exceptional! New Years breakfast had lots of traditional Japanese holiday food. The best part of staying at Dormy Inn is the ability to wear the yukata anywhere in the hotel including breakfast. Dormy Inn never disappoints and will always be our preferred hotel anytime we travel in Japan. Thank you for a great stay!!

A Very Comfy Hotel”
Out of all the hotels we've been in, this had the most comfort. With a big room and a great onsen facility, we enjoyed this hotel greatly. We did pay quite a bit more for it than usual, but we got great value. The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly in providing what we need, like umbrellas for the rain. The onsen had various types of bath, including the hinoki soaking tub. They also had a restaurant inside that had a free ramen service in the evening. The location is a bit far from where we wanted to go, which was north of the station. There is a free shuttle service to the station, but it can be hard to locate the shuttle destination, so make sure you know where it is. It's in the lot of another hotel.

The location was perfect as it is walking distance from the main sightseeing spots such as Toyama castle, SOGAWA Shopping center The public bath was good Hotel provides free Night time Ramen from 0930 PM to 1100PM at the restaurant. Only women need secret code to access the Bath instead of Room Key . I don't know why

Highly recommended to visitors looking for hotel accommodation in Toyama. Hotel location is just 5 min walk from Ote Mall Tram Stop(City Loop Line)...very convenient with easy access to tourist attractions

I like this hotel. The facilities are great. The room is clean and has separated door between bedroom and entrance. Onsen is very nice. After 9:30 pm has free ramen, very good. The hotel is quite far from JR station but has shuttle bus service in the morning.

Good location minutes away from castle and other tourist areas. Good breakfast, beds are firm but no bad compare to other beds in hotels. Only thing I did not like there were only one mirror in the room you have to wait for the bathroom to be unoccupied if you are with more people in the room and you are getting ready to go out. Stayed in small double room the first two nights. A bit too small for two ppl, especially the bed! Amazing zen onsen, loved the rubber duckies and solo bath. Late night ramen a plus. Front desk staff extremely nice. Queen size bed was worth the upgrade for our last night! Also remember to ask the front desk for pillow options!

My family really enjoyed this hotel. Though the rooms are small but the rest of the experience compensated it. The Onsen and the late night ramen with kimchi were good. The hotel staff were also very helpful. Definitely a place to consider if you are going to stay in toyama.

The hotel is good and the breakfast is fine. It is in a good part of town. All the basics are met. Don't bother with the pay TV, no blockbusters here just adult content.

Really good location and nice onsen”
This hotel was great because it is 10 minutes by tram or 20 minutes walking from the train station. It was close to most of the things to do downtown. The onsen inside is small but nice and not too overcrowded when I went. There is draft beer and other vending machines outside of the onsens. The rooms were very basic. Front desk staff was friendly.

High cost and performance ratio”
The maintenance of facilities is good and it looks like new. The Comb, brush, shave and cottons stick etc are prepared in the natural hot spring which is more items than other hotel. Besides, the free ramen is tasted good.
