Wonderful stay at Dorsett Putrajaya. Impressive hotel decoration as well as the room. Clean and tidy. Complete with all needs like other 5 star hotel. Pros: Breakfast is awesome, great view of Putrajaya lake, Masjid Besi and new with Putrajaya food truck. Cons : My toilet door was already broken. It cant close completely and this resulting uncomfortable among family member. Room number 537. If the management able to see my review, please do necessary action to fix it for next customer. Overall, I am truly satisfied my vacation here.

This is my first experience to stay in Dorsett Putrajaya. Very good location and surrounding with beautiful and among the most famous places and building in Putrajaya such as Masjid Besi and Tasik Putrajaya. So easy to find a food stall and the hotel was the same roof with the mall. The facilities in the room are complete. The most favourite thing is their breakfast. They have so many variety of breakfast. I'll come back again.

Booked a 3d2n stay at Dorsett Putrajaya vide Agoda. The receptionist and staff were polite and friendly. Room was upgraded with a fantastic view overlooking the Lake and Tunku Mizan Mosque. Purpose of the trip was for a spritual getaway with parents and family, due to the walking distance to the mosque and the Sahur provided. The Sahur buffet was ample, with fresh food. The stay was without fault, hoping to stay at Dorsett Putrajaya soon.

Shini was extremely helpful and accommodating. We regret going to putrajaya on new years eve because of pesta lampu which was troublesome. The hotel should work with the traffic police to allow hotel patrons to use the closed road. Other than that Dorsett putrajaya is great. Just stayed at Dorsett Putrajaya 9-10 May 2019. I love everything. Bilik kemas, strategik memandangkan bazar Ramadan thn ni dkt depan saja. Office pula dekat blkg. Harga yg berbaloi, kali ni stay utk celebrate husband’s birthday. I hv a few of special request and all of it being fulfilled! Mereka sgt efisien. Makanan utk sahur pula sedap sgt & tak puas sebenarnya utk 1 malam 😂 tapi view memang baik! Tak rugi stay, tapi better duduk 2 malam. Yg paling penting, wangi. Thank you Dorsett!

This not 1st time my staycation in Dorsett Putrajaya. The location is very convenience. Staffs are friendly and helpful. My child has vomitted in the middle of the night and need to call staff to change bed cover and they came straight away without charging. Thank you for your hospitality. The only thing can be improve is toilet can be flood and leak outside as the floor of toilet and room is same level.the toilet is too small too.

I had an amazing stay here. The staffs are very friendly, the receptionist upgraded me to a bigger room! The room is very spacious with the view of Putrajaya lake and mosque. Spacious and clean toilet. Got everything in the room - praying mat, kettle, iron, fridge, tv. Buffet breakfast is amazing, the pastries are delicious. I actually hv stayed here in 2016 and came back just for the pastries! Taste the same and just as good as 4 years ago. Hope to stay in other Dorsett hotels in the future! 5⭐️

Good value, good location and great scenary.”
It was definitely value for money as this hotel provided the best location and the best view. We had a room with balcony and view of Putrajaya Lake and Tuanku Mizan mosque. The view of sunset from the balcony was breathtaking and unforgettable experience. It was also near to the Light and Motion Putrajaya's event held for the New Year (just behind the hotel about 2 minutes walk) and when hungry, we ate at the nearby Restaurant (attached together with the hotel building). As for the cons, the breakfast was ok but surely can be improved further in term of the taste and the varities. But than again, with the price we paid, we had no complaint to be honest. In summary, my family and I were happy and it leave us with a great memory and that was a great way to spend the last weekend of 2018!

My stay was on the 30june for one nite.I enjoyed my room,the deco surrounding and the friendly staff.What i dislike the most was the attitude of the chinese mainland tourist which made the day unpleasant esp during breakfast.They took so much food and didnt finished it and left us other guest waiting for food.I seriously hope this hotel can separate them or their area of breakfast from in hse guest like me.pls do consider this.it was truly uncomfortable with them around.the pool was superb but then again..guest should be reminded of their swim suits as many swam with tshirts on.besides that Iqbal was a very pleasant staff that welcomed us. Very good place to stay. The staff upgraded our room since there were no more double bed available for my room type. So the room we stayed has this superb view during sunset via its balcony. Pros: very clean, friendly staff, nice and cosy room, easy parking space, easy access - got a new small mall below the hotel which has grocer market, Caring Pharmacy and lots of food restaurant. Not far in front of the hotel there are food trucks venue, Umai cafe (very good choice for breakfast), Masjid Besi, and just a few minutes drive tu ayer@8 which has lots of restaurants there. Swimming pool was good and clean and nice place to relax and even has a life guard Cons : the only cons I found is the room has balcony so it's not sound proof enough as you can loudly hear the sound of stupid car racing around at midnight. Not your tourist neighbourhood, but interesting.”
The only hotel right in Putrajaya, the administrative centre of Malaysia, all built in the last 20 years. Totally different feel to central KL. Much quieter, but gives another aspect of KL life. Hotel is very comfortable, with a great pool and gym on the roof on 9th floor, with views over the lake. Huge choice for breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. Budget dinner options are the food trucks each evening opposite the hotel. Cheap transport from KLIA - take KLIA Transit (not Ekspres) to Putrajaya & Cyberjaya station, follow signs to taxi for the 10-minute drive to hotel - costs less than MYR20.00 total - bargain.

The best hotel to stay in Putrajaya. In terms of cost and comfort level, this Hotel beats all others in Putrajaya vicinity. Hotel staff at front desk and restaurant are very helpful and courteous, even the chamber maid / men are kind and always ready to help. Service with a smile always. The buffet breakfast is awesome, the highlights are the fresh fruits and juices. The egg station is fabulous. The only drawback is the self service noodle station where some guests have trouble boiling the noodle. Perhaps hotel staff should be stationed there as well.

Pretty far from Kuala Lumpur, but very close to the water and a nice family oriented area. The infinity pool on the roof had an amazing view. The hotel needs to invest in more towels because they would only give us 1 towel for 2 people. They also didn't leave any towels in our room when we arrived. Other than the lack of towels it was a very nice stay.

I have booked 3 deluxe rooms for 2 night stay at this hotel. After checked in, i found out the rooms given is the standard one. I went to front desk for query and the staff in charged was kind enough to change the room for us. This is the only disappointment. Overall this hotel is value for money,strategically located at the center of Putrajaya and near to most of the attraction to Putrajaya. There are varieties of breakfast and it is good.
