Enlightening stay”

Due to the CMCO, we had to find an escape and we gladly found it with Dorsett Hartamas. The hotel stay was refreshing and the room was awesome as usual from Dorsett Hartamas. Our 2nd stay btw. The breakfast was just OK unfortunately due to the CMCO, but will definitely repeat our stay if time permits. Wife was really happy with the bathtub.

Excellent”

Totally in love with the room. We stayed at the Dorsett room which had all the facilities mentioned in the app. The only downside was we requested for a King bed but they only had the two singles left. At the rooftop they have a swimming pool and also a cafe. The staff were friendly and helpful. Oh and breakfast was delicious. Beyond my expectation. Kudos to Dorsett Hartamas. Will definitely be staying again.

The Dorsett hartamas is an excellent hotel with very nice rooms and magnificent views from the rooftop. We had a memorable drink at the rooftop bar and swam in the rooftop pool. I felt so pampered at this hotel. It’s still very new so rooms are modern. Staff are very professional n helpful. Highly recommended.

located at Sri Hartamas which near to Mont Kiara, Bangsar and KL center. Easy for me to arrange a meeting and other activities. Nice environment and easy to get food and etc

Overall good stay”

Staff was friendly, room and toilet was clean,comfy and nice, location is convenient as there is a pedestrian bridge to cross into Hartamas Shopping Centre opposite which has a grocer and some other essential shops. Parking can be quite challenging especially during weekdays as there are only 2 floors and there are offices in the same area, only downside to this location but if you are not driving there then no issue. Pool is nice and long with good views.

Suit for business trip”

This is my first time stay in Dorsett Kiara. Before this i've stay in Dorsett Putrajaya. The only thing i not happy is the size of room. The bed area is same size with toilet area. It's better to make it bigger so we have enough area to move. Even the room is not fully facilities but the request thing such as iron set and towel is very fast. The staffs are very friendly, helpful and profesional.

New Hotel That Does Not Disappoint”

PROs - fairly new. everything is still in decent condition. nice interior design. tastefully done. staffs are helpful and accommodating. hotel is just opposite hartamas mall so it is really convenient for a quick shopping and dining. bed is really comfy. reasonably priced. CONs - the staff forgot to throw the food leftover in the fridge, which is quite disgusting. a bit hard to find if you are not familiar with the place, for the lack of signage. room without window is kinda claustrophobic. only have 2 lifts. the other 1 is not working, so not so convenient.

The hotel is still in progress. They dont have proper dining area. Breakfast buffet dont have many choices. Booked king bed but only able to get 2 single bed instead. And you have to pay for the parking. Otherwise it is clean and nearby to shop lots and easy to find food. And walking distance to Sri Hartamas mall

New kid on the block..”

It’s so new that only 5 floors are opened to guests. You can still see contractors hovering around the vicinity touching up the finishes. Pleasant lobby and reception staff. Prompt and easy going probably with a much lighter workload for now. We had the room with a window ( note the cheaper ones come without windows so don’t complain you’re claustrophobic ). Comfortable room with mid-plush finishing and functional bathroom. I must say I hate the bathrooms with a glass screen between the sleeping area albeit frosted. It’s almost narcissistic. Good location wth a covered walkway-bridge right into Hartamas Shopping Centre where you find an never ending array of F&B outlets. Of course beyond that one kilometre away is the famed Sri Hartamas enclave. You’ll enjoy this hotel. Parking is chargeable at RM2 per entry or per day whichever apply.

Great new choice in Hartamas”

I'd tried booking this property a couple of times last year, but canceled each time because the facilities - while advertised - were not open yet. Now, they are. I usually stay at Damas just 1 building away, but this will be my new go-to for the area. The room was modern, comfortable bed and a great bathroom - separate bathtub perfect for a couple to share or the kids. The gym was clean and adequate enough, and the pool itself is beautiful. One piece of advice: guest rooms are floors 1-10; if you want a view from your room, you need to request floors 7-10. One warning: drop off bags with the porter, but park yourself in the garage. They had 'valet parking'which was a bit dodgy: I paid on arrival, at 5:30pm. Then, at checkout the next day, I was told/made/forced to pay again, because 'That was for yesterday; this is for today. 2 days, 2 charges.' Complaining to the front desk was no help: even though the 'valet' booth is just outside their main door, it is not under Dorsett mgt!

Definitely will stay in here next trip to KL, Malaysia. The place is very convenient, clean and tidy. Comfortable room, next to Hartamas Shopping Centre, and the staff very friendly.

Nice place... Friendly staff... However.... ”

Book for stay on 24 aug 2019 for 1 night. Stayed with wife n 2 kids... Booked the Dorsett Room... Wanted king bed but all full so took the 2 single bed room. The beds can be pushed together to become a bigger bed. Room was clean and new. Everything is good in room except on tv there is no cartoon channel like most hotel tv has. For breakfast buffet I would say it was below than expected. The menu was just as good as a 3 star hotel not as good as the name Dorsett should be. Everything was slowly refilled and topped up maybe because of understaffed and did not cope with full house crowd. I was disappointed with the menu except for the delicious free flow of croissant...that one i really love about the buffet. Next, the swimming pool was great but no towel was prepared like most hotel 5star hotels do. Lastly and most annoying was no free parking for hotel guest. Its RM3 per entry.So if u go in n out a few times a day its gonna cost u. If improve all this i will give 5 star.now 3.8star TQ

Wonderful trip”

Thanks to dorsett for free upgrade my room to suite room, the suite room is so spacious and comfortable! Nice view to see from the roof top bar. Walking distance to laundry shop, convenience store, shopping mall. And hope to get some improvement on the lift, it is quite slow. Carpark fees is about rm2-rm4 per entry, it could be perfect if hotel can waive off. Breakfast variety is lesser but I am not sure is hotel control the dishes due to Ramadan or not. But overall I am very happy to stay at Dorsett and hope to come back again soon. Thanks!

Central location”

A new hotel located at sri hartamas - damansara, room is clean and new. Opposite has a shopping center to grab the food and some necessary items.
