New and strategic hotel”

This is a fairly new hotel which started to operate in 2018. Well maintained and clean altho the size of the room is a bit small but for me it's good enough. It's only a 5 mins walk to Nu Sentral n KL Sentral. The only down side is that the soundproof between rooms is not that satisfactory. The second night we were there, we had next door occupants who were very noisy and it went on until after 3am. Despite complaining to the receptionist, nothing much can be done. I think they did their part to tell them to lower down their voices but what happened was the occupants become aggresive and was cursing loudy next door. After that it was obvious that they did it on purpose. What i learnt later was they are regular clients in the hotel consisting of a whole family; father, mother, daughter and son. It was a family room. Really uncivilised family. But you will only be lucky if your next door occupants are polite and civilised ppl.

Almost everything you need as a solo traveler!”

Surprised by the comfort of this hotel (labeled as a budget one) I find that it has almost everything you might need if you find yourself traveling in KL alone. Walking distance from KL Sentral station (the express from the airport will leave you here and, also, the MRT is here) The staff is approachable and very friendly. The room is clean with a comfortable bed, warm and high-pressure water for shower, free bottled water, functional AC, my room had a window too, and enough space for someone who wants to find a cozy place to crash after wandering around all day. The area is quiet during the night. Cons: There was no toothbrush (I'm usually not bringing mine) Anyway, it was very cheap to get one from the 7-eleven just across the street. And maybe the unnecessary big TV, haha. Joking, but you'll be surprised by its size for sure

Short comfy stay”

Under the same group as M hotel. Everything is the same basically. Comfortable room, good location, nice bed and aircon. However, noise insulation doesn't seem to be as good as M hotel. Literally can hear everything that's happening outside the room. One more thing, they forgot to replace the shampoo and body wash for me. In fact, I got 2 shampoo when I entered for the first night but it's not really a big deal for me. Room is really small. All in all, it's still worth the price. Will definitely come back again.

Excellent”

pretty basic, clean & cheap room. some reviews mentioned about noise. I didn't heard anything but there is a karaoke building next to this hotel. originally we thought M&M and double M is the same hotel, but found out that they own by same owner just different location. M&M has a better location eg. closer to the station & located on a quiet street so that it's easier for someone to stop their car if you expect visitors to pick you up.

The best budget hotel at KL Sentral”

Very value for money. The hotel is new. The bed very cozy n comfortable. The room is not too small & the toilet also big for me compare to other budget hotel with same price at this area.i like the decoration of the room looks very modern. I think everything good about double M hotel value for money & near to KL sentral, nu mall, lrt,monorel & easy to find street food nearby. Cons about double M i dont really like the man that duty as houskeeping. He was not friendly and helpful. Except for that will definitely comeback to this hotel.

Clean and new hotel”

Very very clean and new hotel. Very friendly and well-manned staff. Great location, just 5 to 8 mins walk from hotel to KL Sentral. Only thing is, there is no window in my room and night time, choices of food are quite limited unless you don't mind Indian food. Morning time, there is a chinese coffee shop less than 200m from hotel which serves a variety of local Chinese food. Will definitely go back to this hotel in my next trip.

Clean and comfy room but without a window”

A new hotel. It's clean. I like the bed. The room service is perfect. The bathroom is clean, they have a bright lamp in the mirror. There's no TV channels, just local channels. The location is really close to the KL Sentral. I walked from the train station to here. The food options mostly are Indian food. The laundry service is one block away. Internet was fine. The staffs are helpful. Letting me to print my ticket and putting me in the same room from 2 bookings. I enjoyed my stay here.

Very good!”

The room was clean, the toilet facilities looks high quality, unlike other cheap hotels. The staffs are always smiling and ready to help. The towels, pillows and bed are not smelly also. KL Sentral was just within walking distance. Only thing that we are sad is that my friend left her phone charger, we called back and they are honest and told us the charger is there.Now we are trying to ask hotel staff to help by posting it to us.

Value for money”

New hotel in town & just walking distance to Nu Sentral & KL Sentral. Clean room & toilet. However, the room is quite small for 2 persons. Overall, I'm satisfied with this hotel & thanks to the Indian lady at the receiption counter she's very helpful & friendly.

Comfy stay and perfect for travellers”

Location is good, 7 eleven is just across the street, there is even a grocery store next to the hotel. Finding food is easy, there are hawkers right in front of the hotel, more restaurants can be found in the NU mall (KL sentral) and its just minutes away by foot. Only downside is the toiletries, there is no toothpaste, toothbrushes and shower caps in the toilet(the receptionist prolly has it though, didn't go and ask for one). Room is comfy, overall a pretty good stay!

Great location”

If u looking for a location near Nu Sentral or KL central this is the best option and value for money! The hotel is just 1 street away. The room is small but i just stay for a night and daytime i'll be out, so it's fine to me. The downside of it probably because next to the hotel is a KTV so during nightime u'll have some difficulty to fall asleep.The cleanliness is at excellentstate! Highly recomended to everyone

Clean and new with good facility”

Overall the room was new with good facility, room size was average. There was not much of space to put bulky luggages. Suitable for light Traveller. The location is slightly far from KL sentral if you are travelling with Bulky luggage. Hotel surrounding was quite without transportation noice.

Accessible to the transportation center of Kuala Lumpur”

When access to transportation is your ultimate priority then this hotel is the best option. It is less than 5-minute walk to Nu Sentral and KL Sentral where the trains and buses meet. The place is new so it has excellent facilities and cleanliness. The staff are also friendly.

A hidden gem!”

Strategic location: right in heart of KL, few minutes walk to NU Sentral and LRT/MRT. Close to many eateries. Parking: A car park available right next to the hotel, at 10RM for 1 day each entry. Facilities/Room: Super clean, comfortable. Decent facilities. Service: Very friendly and informative receptionists

Small price for comfort”

New and clean, near KL Sentral, so everything is within reach. Check-in was rather slow and guests are required to pay a deposit of RM50 Which is refunded upon return of room key card. No carpark for hotel guests.

Easy to find location (just besides the main road), less than 5min walk to KL Sentral, clean with modern design (touch screen lighting in bathroom), comfy pillows & bed.. Suitable for those who need to catch a bus at KL Sentral to the airport

Small room in the city centre, good location, near KL Sentral, its value for money, cheaper compared to other nearby hotel. helpful staff. Its my 2nd visit, definitely will come again

Nice small room ”

Nice accommodation for a solo traveller. The room is very clean and cosy. Lighting is good and the bed is super comfy. I love the rain shower as well. They prepare enough necessity for a single person in a good double room. Location wise, it's located very near to KL Sentral and NU Sentral shopping mall. Very convenient if you're going places by train.

Very worth the money”

Hotel still new, cleanliness is excellent. Staffs are friendly, location is good.. a lot of food stall surrounding the hotel. Walking distance to nusentral/kl sentral (approx 7-8mins walk)
