Cheap hotel and great stay”

I like staying here as I am more on a budget. It's fairly cheap compared to comparable hotels in the area. The rooms are clean and new building. There are a lot of parking lots right in front of the hotel.The reception was good and can suggest where to go for shopping or where to visit.It took around 5-10 minutes walking to the markets and shopping mall.Would most likely stay again at this hotel.

The staff was nice and friendly, the room are clean and comfortable. walking distance to shopping mall.Worth to stay in.i will recommend my friend or colleague to stay in this hotel again.

Nice hotel worth to value”

hotel is clean and newly paint. good location with lot of restaurant surrounding. Aeon mall just beside the hotel which is quite convenience.

Check your locks before you leave”

It was a nice small room which I enjoyed but what shocked me was that the door doesn't lock when i leave the room. The rfid card doesn't do anything to turn on anything nor to unlock the door. I was lucky that I checked because any tom, dick and harry can waltz in and stand right in front of the rooms when the receptionist is not watching. Luckily a deadbolt was provided and I was assured that I won't get a nasty scare in the middle of the night. I do hope they do something about as I quite enjoyed my stay and the staff are friendly.

Overall just fine. With helpful staff. Just the toilet hygiene need to be improved. Others just no complaint with this price.

Felt threatened”

At around 3 am, I was jolted awake by the very loud voices of men outside my room. They seemed to have the run of the place -- I thought the small hotel was being ransacked by hooligans. Then incredibly loud music started blaring from the room right next to mine. Every now and then, I'd hear men shouting in the hallway. After half an hour, the loud music was still on but the voices in the hallway had stopped, so I quickly left my room and went to the hotel lobby just one floor down. When I asked the receptionist what was going on, he said there were three drunk men who had checked in. I complained about the loud music, and he said to just stay in my room amd that I would stay safe if I only stay in my room. I went out of the hotel to see if there was any open coffee shop I could go to and wait at until morning - I felt unsafe in the hotel - but there was no open establishment in the vicinity at all. I returned to the hotel, but noticing that the disturbance was still on, told the receptionist I was going to exit the hotel again to look farther; to this he replied that if I left again, I would have to check out of the hotel because he was not going to open the door a second time (guests are not free to enter/exit the hotel anytime within certain hours -- guests must ask the receptionist to unlock the door). But I still could not find any open coffee shop and it being before dawn and very dark outside, I felt it would also be unsafe to stay out in the street. I returned to the hotel, and withi things having quieted, returned to my room. In hindsight, I should have called the police.

new building with friendly staff with nice services after I inform them my shower got problem they immediacy help me to fix and change my room . how ever, the cleanness of bed might need to improve.

Hiring an untrained foreigner as receptionist is definitely a big NO-NO in hotel service. Rude and poorly understanding shown in the conversation between us.

staff not friendly”

The Staff not friendly, we already have hotel voucher but he insist that is not in the system, then many times ask when the date of booking, I really disappointed and in the room there is a cockroach, and another problem, in the advertisement they said have private parking, in reality i must park outside and a bit far from the hotel because the parking lot already full

room is clean but not spacious enough as a triple room. Location is good, close to shopping area and food

This hotel is dirty. When I first come in to the hotel, it is smelly. I don't know whether what smell is it. It is like sweat smell. There is no clea up service. I already ask the receptionist to clean up my room., but when i come back it is still messy. Don't trust the photo you see. It is not what you expected. Bad hotel for me.

the room doesn't have internet provided due to the router broken down and the staff not helpful of this internet issue. i totally cant sleep at night because i can heard next door keep open and close the door from 2-6am!

An extreme simple hotel with high price”

- No floor mat, and floor fill with wetness when you come out from baht room - No side table near bed, no where to put small stuff like phone. - A virtually useless wall mount table, once mistakenly press it all stuff fall down and as understand ALL ROOMS are same. - Only 1 power point available in the room. - I selected room with windows, but with the extra money i pay it only have back street view.

Overall still quite acceptable to just stay overnight. However, there was an unpleasant smell from the washroom (seems like the drainage system was not in order)

Nothing special for a backpacker. Rooms and staffs are nice. Area is around the city so access to anything is very easy.
