The hotel had the best WiFi for hotels that were reasonably priced and the location was great since it was located on the edge of town and right next to one of the malls. If you are a heavy sleeper and can’t hear anything, than this place is good for you, but if you are a lite sleeper, this place isn’t the place to stay for you. My wife is a lite sleeper and she didn’t get much sleep the whole week we were here. You could hear the neighbors singing at 5:30 am or someone coughing all night or kids making noise early in the morning.

For the price, it's very affordable. Mall is just beside the hotel and there's a convenience store in front. Staff is friendly. Rooms are super spacious.

Courteous and friendly staff. Rooms are clean however they should inform you upon check in of room issues such as leak from ceiling in the bathroom, sofa bed unable to convert into bed and no hot shower. Overall, we had a good experience because of the staff hospitality compared to minor issues we encountered.

I would recommend this place, mainly for its location. It's literally in front of the DLTB terminal and the hotel is part of the mall, so you can walk about to the grocery if needed. The main turn down for this location is that the room has no windows. So if that's something you'd mind, I wouldn't recommend booking here.

Weekend Trip to Taal”
My friend and went to Taal to have a quick weekend trip to see the Basilica church and their Christmas lightings. If you don't feel like staying in an old house within Taal, I would recommend this hotel. Though they do not have inhouse restaurant, no need to worry because literally beside a shopping mall, in fact it has access to it. No need to go to Mall main entrance. The room was spacious and cleaned. However, no hot showers.

Situated directly opposite the DLTB bus terminal in Lemery and at one end of Xentro Mall, This hotel makes an ideal jumping off point for your adventures, Tricycles, Jeeps and other forms of transport are easily available and there are many tourist attractions and shops within a 10km radius of this location. The service was friendly but during our stay there were some times where more attention could have been paid to cleanliness on the premises. The rooms were fine though spacious and comfortable but not as well maintained as they could be in terms of really being excellent. We had a couple of small issues which didn’t trouble us like no hot water and some troubles with TVs and things but if you are a fussy about those kinds of things them it might be better to pay a little more and try somewhere else - if you are looking for good location and a comfy bed and not fussy about the frills, then this is the place for you!

Just a place to stay for the night”
We just needed a place to stay for the night. The area doesn’t have many hotel options. I was expecting the place to be decent since it is newer and bigger compared to the inns and motels around the area. First thing we noticed when we entered the room was the disgusting smell of the toilet. Same thing with the toilet in the lobby. Tv remote wasn’t working. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The sides of the bedside table was really dusty. Parking is mall parking. On the plus side though; The room has an extra double size sofa bed. The staff were nice and courteous and even gave us an extra pillow. The place is connected to a small mall and supermarket.

the room looks just like in the photos, but the stinky foul odor coming from the toilet fills the whole room. spacious with luxurious furniture but maintenance is wanting: the leg support of the arm chair is broken, the bedside lamps didn't have bulbs in them, and we had to ask for a replacement-TV because the first one wasn't working at all. good thing there was wifi available but there is no secured indoor parking for vehicles. the staff were friendly but complain about management being unresponsive to their reports of client-complaints.

Not so good hotel”
First, the good things about this hotel was location, it connected to XentroMall Lemery so buying stuff is easy. The aircon was cold. And the Wi-Fi is okay. Now, the bad and needs improvement - the staff needs training and proper decorum. There is no hot water, and i was not even informed when i checked in, so this reeks of intent to misinform as they know this fact already beforehand. When i complained, as i was checking out, i was told that my room was the only room with no hot water due to under renovation. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. There is no elevator, as i am a PWD and avoid stairs, i am left with no choice. Finally, i have no plans to ever return to this hotel in the near future or even recommend it. Avoid this hotel, if you can.

No hot shower and telephone”
I'm so disappointed that this hotel that the hot shower and telephone is not working. They should disclose in Agoda that the said facilities of their hotel was not working. Said facilities are very important specially to the occupants like us who have toddlers. Thank you.
