Excellent”

My husband and i enjoyed our 2 days 1 night stay and had wished we book another day here! Its a newly opened hotel with great and new facilities. The cleanliness for the rooms can be better maintained. The toilets aren't clean properly and dust on the tissue box and toiletries drawer can still be seen. There's no bidet in the toilet. HDMI cable cannot be connected due to hotel mode system. Youtube can still be acessed throught the tv but there is no Netflix. Otherwise we enjoyed the comfy bed and the coffee facilities. We had booked for the swimming pool view but was told it was full so we had the patio king. It was raining so we did not get to enjoy sitting at the patio and also the swimming pool. We truly enjoyed the app that can be used to booked the hotel facilities and amenities! It was so easy to get around the hotel. We tried the gym and also had breakfast at the Greenhouse. I must compliment the front desk staff Syafiq who attended to us during our check in and Edwinna during our check out. It was both a smooth process. There is shuttle bus service every hour to Changi City Point and Jewel. Overall its a great stay away from high rise buildings and gives you the best feeling watching the planes flew above from Changi Airport as we miss travelling out across borders. Will definitely come back again when the sun is out! Thank you Dusit Thani!

Very good”

Overall this place is nice, the service is very good. The rooms are clean and new but a little small. There’s no bath and the hit water in the shower was a little fickle. In room dining was not over comprehensive but good quality good. We ate at the Tee Deck for dinner and the Thai food was excellent, the only gripe is all drinks are serviced in plastic (assuming because of the pool). It’s also right under the Changi Airport flight path, given there is next to no travel at the moment there were quite a few planes overhead which was disruptive. Breakfast at greenhouse was ok. We arrived around 730 and there was no one else there. And subsequently given a nice table next to the window, however for a restaurant that was empty and holds 200 people they managed to sit us a table that someone had previously just ate at and there was leftover coffee and tea spoon...demonstrating their lack of attention to detail and sitting us at an unclean table. The breakfast was good though. Coffee was terrible. Asked for a double espresso macchiato and received two black coffees... Bottom line is we think this place is overpriced for what it is. Would we stay again at $400/night...no. Will we recommend to friends, unlikely.

Nice stay away from the hustle”

Pleasant stay for 2 nights in this newly opened hotel. Staff were absolutely friendly and attentive. Special mention to Paul from the Concierge, who went all the way to the driveway to help us with our luggage. He also gave us a room tour, guiding us how to use the online service menu. Room was clean. Bed was comfy and the hotel even has a wide selection of pillows to choose from. Everywhere you go, the staff would greet you with a smile. Breakfast was awesome. Due to covid-19, it was ala carte style. However the food did not disappoint. Definitely better than your average hotel breakfast. Thai delights at the Greenhouse for dinner was also delicious. The restaurant has alot of greenery. If you enjoy greenery and a getaway from the city, this is a perfect stay. Otherwise it can be quite inaccessible. You can spot lots of planes flying past upclose too. Definitely will be back again!

Bday Staycation”

The 3 of us decided to book a staycation for our bday (3 of us are January Babies). The room was nice and very relaxing. Facilities such as pool and gym were amazing. Staff are friendly and accommodating esp Jose and Chris (Greenhouse). The only thing we don’t like is the Location. A bit far from the MRT and no buses passing by near the hotel. There are also ants in our room near the TV platform. The ants started to appear once we opened the welcome drink which is a coconut juice. The ants never disappear until the following morning. Aside from that, the whole experience was amazing.

We love our stay here! Staff johari, fairus and bird were very helpful and friendly. Love the pool view, very relaxing and it feels ure not in singapore.. 😊 Only downside, th food is non-halal, but u can order from grab.. Will definitely come back to try out the other rooms! Thumbs up!

Too new to review fairly”

This will be a great hotel - once it's fully up and running, and once all the construction around it is completed. Friendly, accomodating staff, rooms are fine, pool looks nice. Greenhouse restaurant is so-so for breakfast, better for other meals - I want breakfast buffets back soon, please COVID.

Amazing stay!”

The staff are super attentive, polite and helpful. They approach me before I could even ask for help. Housekeeping arrives within 5 mins after requests were made. Facilities are so clean and useful.

Nice”

Love the thailand feeling. Very friendly staffs. Booked for honeymoon and they gave a surprise macaroon in room with heart shape towel swan. Swimming pool area is huge and sometimes can see aeroplane passing by. Will be coming back and book longer stay.

Idyllic environment for relaxing getaway”

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city but yet still within short distance from shopping or eating locations. Good place for a quick de-stress getaway. Only peeve was the pillows, which weren’t very comfortable.

Staycation ”

Its quite pricey due to end of the year esp during Dec. If you do not plan to have golf activity it is better to look for other hotels. U would need to call Grab or taxi or even book hotel transport to go to places outside hotel. there is major construction site outside the hotel. Luckily no noise polution during my 2 nights stay. Everything is fine except for the housekeeping service is not up to standard.

Place was amazing, felt so peaceful. Felt like i was in another country. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Came across a gentleman by the name Muzafar ( i hope i got his name right) who was at the concierge, very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is nice and new but far from any amnities. Need transport to get to anywhere. Rooms are of a standard resort room size. Great swimming pool and wonderful staff.

From entering the hotel we were cordially greeted by the staffers from concierge, check in was smooth with the help of Dusit Thani’s app. The room is simply majestic with views that can really calm and soothe the soul! The pool is what Really catches me! You have to be there to know as the feeling is one of a kind! Thank you to all and would definitely come back again!

Booked a 2 night stay with Dusit Thani. The place was clean. Hotel staff was accommodating. Breakfast had limited options though, could be better. Overall, a good experience.

Resort Vibe with airplane views”

We are a family with 2 young kids. the hotel is family friendly with friendly, wel trained staffs. located near the airport. we can do plane spotting. not bothered by the plane noise coz u don't hear them when u are in the room. the pools are amazing. this hotel is more like a resort and gives off the vibes. i recommend staying at level 2 den 1st floor near the swimming pool. bt to each preferences. when we went there, there we alot of ppl bt the queue was fast and check in process is efficient. we ordered grab food and went to the nearby changi city point for lunch and some shopping. good beds. spacious rooms. worth every dollar spent

Highly recommended & we are very fussy. We were absolutely thrilled with our short stay at this beautifully appointed resort. It was an Oasis on a much needed layover long haul trip. In fact we loved it so much, we are already planning our next stay in 2 weeks time so that its longer. We treated ourselves to massages at the dayspa & we were so happy we did, Pu and Lisa (I hope I have the names correct?) were amazingly good & it felt like one of the best massages we ever had!!
