Very Good services. Rooms are very nice. But bathroom are older one and not properly cleaned.. Overall very nice place to stay.. Awesome view of mountain in front of your room. Breakfast is too good. You should include during booking.

Pathetic....”

Booked our stay at Dynasty resort which is 10kms away from Nainital. The hotel shown in their website & agoda.com is quite different in reality. Website shows a rosy picture about the hotel & the services (spa etc), but after we visited it, it was pathetic. we were alloted rooms after 1 hour of our arrival, alcohol bottles, cigrette leftovers were lying in the rooms. Bathrooms were so small & pathetic, small insects were all over it. they have 1 room which comprises of its spa room, dissapointing to say the least. avoid this property at all cost

Location and the outside view from the hotel are very good. I have booked executive rooms, but the rooms were very smelly. Rooms are spacious but very very old, even the mattresses and bed sheets are very old, we didn't get the feeling we expected. Breakfast was very normal, and the quality of the food either breakfast, or whether you order in the room are below average. Bathrooms don't have the washbasins or the other accessories as shown in pics, it has a simple bucket and a mug. The balcony doesn't have the green carpets and the newly shown chairs in pics, at least in executive rooms. TV- Tata sky is there but only free channels are available. Hot water is only available from 6 am to 10 am and 6 pm to 10 pm only.

The Windows in the rooms leak during rain, rooms are floded with water, the Management is aware of this problem, but just does not bother. No mobile connectivity, No signals for Vodaphone users. Thers is only 01 fixed telephone line connection in the Hotel, which does not work when it is required the most, was unable to make payment by credit card as the only telephone line was down. Had to travel 10 KM to Nainital to withdraw money from ATM to settle my bills. Food/ Buffet is Bad

It is around 10 km away from mall road which means half an hour drive in hills. The location is khurpatal. No room heating, water shortage and tv not working. The staff was nice and helpful but the stay was average because of non availability of water in bathroom and very expensive mineral water bottles.

Had a pleasant stay with family, they even allowed us to do BBQ in Balcony which is so large that we partied there only.

The upkeep of the hotel is not good. It needs serious rennovations. Most of the things are falling apart. The woodwork is in bad state of repair. The mattresses's covers were torn. But I must appreciate the staff over there as they tried their level best considering the condition of the hotel. The central area of the hotel smells of food all the time. Had we not paid in advance for our visit we would have walked out the same day.I would not recommend this hotel to any body.

Hotel at a great location but missing minimum essentials”

Location of hotel is premium for people who are looking for an escape from population and commercialization. But it faults majorly in bare essentials as continous water supply, electricity. Food is good but breakfast buffet was a disaster. I will not recommend for people to stay with family.

Rooms were not very clean with very old furniture. Bathrooms were so small that if you sit on the pot, your head will bump into washbasin. Bathrooms are extremely small for Executive Rooms.

Hotel is in Interior good for those seeking peace of mind with very few facilities .Not in a good shape as hardly any maintenance is done .Food quality is not according to the prices they charge .Although views outside are good.Overall a budget hotel ,only suitable to those who book it via internet .

Pros - the valley view. Cons - poor water supply , shower and flush not working,hygiene level in dinning space is not good,food quality is bad, used bathing soap was put in new cover was given to us, had to request an explicit clean up when the room was handed over to us. Not worth the money at all. Basics are not in place and are total mood spoilers during vacation.

No doubt food was marvellous. But the rooms are not properly maintained and very small washrooms. Untidy also. Lighting was not properly. Rooms too much of house flies.

The Hotel is very far away from Nainital so make sure you have your own vehicle /rented car or bike,else the taxi will be very costly . The food was good and the rooms were very big and so was the washroom ,the infrastructure of the hotel is very old though. You have playing amenities like pool,table tennis ,carrom etc

Sanitation and cleanliness was the major issue. Also there is acute water problem. The food quality is not so good. The only good thing about it is its location. They also promised for a lake view room but that is not a lake actually it is a small pond which is rarely visible. Mattress quality is too poor you can end up with a back pain. No activities for small kids. Overall i would rate it 2 out of 5.
