Amazing Facilities”

My partner and I had a pleasant 6 day stay at Eden. The cleanliness and facilities offered by the resort were exceptional. My only qualms were the ways in which the resort fails to go the extra mile to offer true customer service through the experience of being there. For example, the lack of helping to find transportation services, up charging once at the hotel (300 baht for taking the kayak out) and the misinformation provided about currency exchanges or the pool bar being closed. None of these reasons take away from the superior facilities and I would recommend it for other travelers.

Amazing stay”

The hotel has only a couple of weeks and is already so good in many ways! The staff is amazing, front desk, breakfast, pool bar, everyone one was so kind and helpful ! About the place, well you arrive in paradise, the rooms are great, very nice design, the pool is amazing and it’s on a beautiful, desert beach ! I really hope to be back ! Thank you eden team!

Beautiful Resort! Loved it there and would totally recommend it!”

The whole stay was great! The Hotel and the rooms were beautiful and clean! What bothered me was that a lot of the employees coulnd't speak or understand english. But if they unterstood us they were polite and cared about us. We would totally come back to Eden Beach Resort!

Fantastic place”

This place took my breathe away. It looks exactly like on the booking website pages. The layout is perfect. The bamboo- built reception, cafe and restaurant are gorgeous.. breakfast is marvelous. The pool is beautiful with the look to the beach. The beach itself at the resort is so clean and beautiful. I will definitely come back here for my next Phangnga trip

Beautiful hotel & beautiful location ”

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the food, the staff, the rooms , the hotel itself and the beach! The only thing I would add for other families looking to stay is that there is no kids club, there is a kids play room but no staff dedicated staff like a normal kids club in there, which is fine but worth noting. We would definitely come back!

- Beautiful, photogenic hotel - Good value for money - But unprofessional services We booked 3 rooms with separate bookings. We asked whether the hotel has connecting rooms. The staff said No. We were given 2 rooms next to one another and 1 room in another building, not far though. As we entered one of the rooms we were given, we noticed a door supposed to be a connecting. We called front desk and asked. They said it was a storage room not a connecting door. We found out later that it’s actually a connecting room and it was vacant. The hotel let us check-out 1 hr. late but key cards were disabled even before 12:00 pm. Hope there'll be an improvement. Khaolak is a nice place to revisit.

Pros : Nicely arranged, nice pool, nice beach, sport activities and good service during the stay Cons: very expensive drinks at the resort, strong humidity smell in the room, bad service at check out (keep your bags outside, no comments requested, no bye)

A favourite with the European and Russian set”

Nice rooms, new and nicely furnished. Good breakfast options and nice gardens and pool. The pool was over chlorinated and had a green rim along the edge. Beach lovley and quiet. There is a focus on fitness too but not obvious if that's not your thing.

No 5 Stars Experience”

Positive: Nice Location at the beach Hotel is newly build Fair price for the evening buffet Close to the hotel there are cheap massage places and restaurants Negative Room is quite small for the price 10 cm gaps on the toilet door. You will hear your partner on the toilet. Hotel as of November 2019 still under construction at the pool/restaurant area! Hotel doors are super thin. In the Morning and evening you will easily wake up due to the noice of house keeping and other guests Had to wait 40 more minutes after official check in time since room was not ready yet. After talking to the front desk we got not really serious apology. You will get remembered on every occasion about penalties. If you loose room card, towel card or take something from the breakfast outside you have to pay penalties. In total the price you pay and the overall experience do not fit together! Much to improve by the hotel management!

Beautiful Clean and Nice Details”

Nice room even we stayed for standard. The decoration still even perfect, including details and facilities. Breakfast is also awesome to start a day. Highly recommend to stay here

Beautiful and well decorated hotel. ”

I like the design of the hotel, big swimming pool and clean. I was disappointed from the front desk with slow check in and I had to wait for 2 hours to be ready. Breakfast coupon with time specific without asking the guest, I didn’t notice until I showed up and the staff said it ‘s not time for us to eat!!! There ‘s no other hotels I have been so far control timing for breakfast like this. The front desk didn’t communicate or inform the guests at all.

The location is very good, not far from Thap Lamu Pier. The tropical style of hotel is impressed, but hotel room not well as I expected. And some of staff not good at service.
