Staff was nice, they let me check in early to the room. Good location, next door to the bus terminal and not far from from phuket town, everything is walking distance. Nice place to stay.

A nice hostel”

A nice family hostel by the station one. From phuket town you can explore rest of phuket.

Quite cheap ”

This property is quite cheap and in a good location. The phuket town bus terminal right behind it. One more thing that the territory is quite silent !!!

Reservation trouble”

Upon arrival they did not know how to deal with our Agoda.com reservation. They were more than happy to put us into a room right away, however trying to say that we could need to pay them. This was not okay as we had layed throught credit card when making online reservation. After speaking with a couple different people with little English they came to understand the situation. We ended up staying four nights and staff was very pleasant. To avoid hassle perhaps just show up with cash in hand and the interactions will be much easier. Wasn't very busy and lots of private rooms and dorms to choose from. Keep in mind the location is in Phuket Town and the locals in this area are less adjusted to dealing with tourists. English speaking staff are hard to come across but they are very willing to make an effort, the same can not be said about some places in the world. Get a scooter and head over to the west coast of Phuket (Patong Beach etc) to have your touristy experience. Cheers and best of luck.

Convenient place for travelers on a budget ”

I stayed 3 nights in Eden hostel and it was descent place for that price. Room was clean, towel and soap are provided, big locker as well . Place is literally 1 minute from the bus station which is pretty cool. I would stay there again.

Short trip to Phuket”

The hostel is situated near the old bus terminal of Phuket where mostly Minibuses arrive and depart. It is a short walk to the centre of Phuket town only and almost in the centre. I almost had a whole dorm-room for myself the whole time during my stay in may. The sanitary is situated outside so you have to walk down a stair and around 4 metres through the garden into the sanitary house.

A few nights in Phuket Town”

I choose this hostel because of the proximity to the bus terminal station. I stayed in the Standard room which was ok (AC, big bed, shower but no sink). About the 6 bed dorm room (which was stated on agoda as a 2 bed dorm) all i can say is that my padlock which i use at every hostel cannot fit the lock. Right now they are doing some build work (maybe a restaurant). The hostel has a mini swimming pool which is good for a quick refresh. I also rented a Honda Click 125 for 200b/day which was good. I can recommend this place for it's good value for money.

Fine hostel”

The hostel has everything you need: Private rooms, a swimming pool, good helpful staff. The rooms were very basic, but so is the price! So we were very satisfied. The location is something you should inform yourself about, for us it was a good starting point, but if you are looking for a lively area you should look elsewhere.

Clean, nice pool, nice staff. Right next to the old bus terminal, from were you can get cheap buses. To everywhere in town and other cities. Also next to old town.

The hardest bed I have ever been in”

My stay at Eden was to be honest not very pleasant. I booked a double-room with my cousin. The bed there had the hardest mattress ever. I mean really! It was almost like stone - not just one of those you feel could be a bit softer. Stone. We had to put blankets under us on The mattress and that didn't even help. There was a bathroom in our room. Which was closed with a curtain - I am glad I wasn't there with a guy - that would have been awkwerd! There was no sink so everytime we enedes to wash Hands we had to turn on The shower in stead and get all wet. The staff was very friendly though and we were only there for one night. Our backs was glad about that I am sure!!

Value for money backpacker hostel”

This is a typical backpacker hostel, simple rooms but cheap and clean enough, great location just behind the bus terminal, small but refreshing swimming pool is a real bonus!

Easy easy. Near the heart of Phuket town”

Good location quiet but near the heart of the Phuket Town .easy need to change the bath towels and new bed sheet.

nice place ”

The owners couldn't be nicer or more helpful. They seem to have done significant property upgrades. The toilets in our room were brand new. The monkey is gone. The pool is perfect. Next door to bus station. Plenty of areas to hang out.

GOOD RELATION LOCATION-PRICE”

The cheapest room is OK, small, does not look as the photo shows at all, having a small bed and not the big one that you see , but the relation price-quality-location is very convenient. The bigger rooms are nice and comfortable, with a TV. Bathrooms, should be kept much cleaner, but in general, is a good option for low budget travellers. Robêrt Älmâr

nice place with the pool”

the room was modest but enough for 1 night. it was just a bit humid because of the small bathroom, separated from the room just with bath curtain. the pool was clean and avaliable all day and night

Convenient”

Behind the bus terminal where you can take direct buses, minivans to most anywhere except Kata beach.. Central location also 7/11 nearby. Staff members are very nice. I stayed in the small single room. It was difficult to sleep at night as the fan doesn't help much with the oppressive heat even after sunset. I still think it is a good value.

Cheap and friendly”

This place is basic but clean and very friendly...very cheap room rate...great location very near the bus terminal, very handy for the airport bus or other destinations (I took the minibus to Surat Thani from here)

Great value, helpful staff”

Got the 6 bed dorm for only $4. Made me nervous but the place is quite nice, and the staff is incredible. Helped arrange rides and brought us out plates and silverware when we showed up with "take out" - only sad thing is the monkey in the cage like other people wrote about.
