Perfect Staycation”
Thank you Element staff for making our stay very memorable, especially when you guys surprise my husband with a birthday cake and a sweet note from the team. We are very touched by your kind gesture. I would like to compliment this hotel and encourage all travellers to book with Element KL by Westin. It is new, the room is spacious, bed is comfortable, stay at level 51 with amazing view despite not facing KLCC. The room has direct USB charging plus USB plugging from mobile to Smart TV. Another great point is that there is 3M filter system which it is safe for drinking from the 3M labeled tap. This is better than the usual 2 free bottles of mineral water. Iron, ironing board and bedroom slippers are available too. The bathroom is very spacious, great for big-sized travellers. It uses both rain shower and shower head. I love the toiletries which are organic, good for travellers with sensitive skin I guess. I cannot find any hair dryer though. Make use of the infinity pool at level 39, it is awesome. When we swim backwards, we can see ourselves from the ceiling mirror. We take pictures and it is so instagrammable! Check-in is at level 40. It is abit challenging to identify the exterior of the hotel as it is a full black tinted glass tall building. It is about 10 to 15-min walk to KLCC and other shopping malls. It is near to some embassies too. Security is 24 hours at level 1. My husband and I enjoy our stay so much that we would rather sleep in than to get ourselves out to do some shopping but well, we need to get out to get food. There are other available services which we have no chance to experience. Eg free rental of bicycle, yoga class in the sky, sky dining, beer promotion etc. The design and layout of the lift lobby to room corridors are uniquely and consistently designed as well. One thing is that we can hear other guests closing theirs door, it is loud. I believe it is due to the door for being heavy. I truly urge all travellers to book Elements when you visit

Discover Gem in Heart of KL”
I was not aware of the existence Element Kuala Lumpur which located at Jalan Binjai. I thought it was an office building. This hotel reminded of Hotel we stayed in Melbourne last year. Room was decorated a simple, clean and modern style, should that be more to your taste with an affordable price tag. Impressed with the paintings showing lots of expressions along the hallway to the rooms Breakfast was nice and varieties of food plus thumbs up fro the team at the Trace restaurant during breakfast for their kindness, smile and hospitality. The hotel facilities were minimal but good and we love the indoor pool with a view of KL city centre. Most important we feeling truly rejuvenated, relax, refresh even only for a nite of a staycation. The only (-) to highlight probably the hotel should be considered free parking for the customers.

A good find for a serviced apartment”
The Element KL is new, with the facilities and rooms well furnished and spaced out. Got the 2-bedroom apartment for this stay, and was glad that the rooms are kept in excellent conditions. Hope it stays this way. Moreover, the Element KL is environmentally friendly by abstaining from bottled waters. I think that's a great initiative and glad they provided the filter for drinking via the tap. It will be great to let travelers know when the filter was last changed over the long run. In terms of location, it is only a short walk to Ampang Park station, which is just 1 stop away from KLCC station. Getting to Bukit Bintang area, may not be so straightforward because of the changing to monorail. But still ok.

All units from level 40 onwards and it is located beside Ampang Park LRT”
High floor unblocked city plus mountain view. If u choose skyline suite, u will enjoy sunset plus twin tower view. Mine is sunrise and mountain plus city view. I took a Suite and it comes with living room and kitchen! Space was huge and there filtered water available and a big fridge where u can buy your own drinks & fruits! Although its not near eateries, just grab or take mrt and you can reach petaling street or Bukit bintang with lots of shopping and food choices. Given another choice I would still choose Element over Bt Bintang 5 star hotels or hotels with infinity pool facing twin towers. Cos it is not rowdy at all. There is a convenient store News which is just downstairs!Love my stay here and will definitely choose Element by Westin again. Will try skyline suite next time.

Luxurious service apartment style rooms at affordable rates! Amazing pool !”
I was in KL to attend a concert at Wisma MCA. Found this hotel which is 3 mins from LRT station, 3 mins from the concert venue. It was a dream. Housed within the ILMA Tower, Elements by Westin is a gem of a hotel. Spacious and luxurious rooms I would definitely recommend to travellers of all nature. The pool on the 39th floor has a great view of the city and the design is just so lush. I am looking forward to return if the prices stay so competitive!

One of the best”
We stayed at the Element for two nights and enjoyed it so much. The view from the room was amazing. We came with my mother who is 70 y.o and we can walk to/from KLCC. She enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately the pool was under maintenance.

Hotel with the best views of KL”
Rooms are located from levels 41-53 of the building. Didn't have the time to check out the pool and gym as I stayed only for a night. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a great view of the city. Bottled water is not provided as the taps in the rooms are filtered by 3M technology so it's safe for drinking. The hotel is a one-minute walk from Ampang Park LRT station and within walking distance to KLCC. Overall, a great hotel with reasonable prices.

superb stay”
The lobby was at level 40 but they had staff on standby on the 1st floor. We were greeted with friendly and approachable staff all the time. The room was superb, clean and very spacious. The view was great too seeing how we were located on the 49th floor. Location is the best, near Klcc, ampang mrt and about 5-8mins walk to Tapak where various good trucks are. Would definitely return here to stay. My only complaint is that breakfast could have been alot better, the range was limited and wasn't exactly fantastic. Oh and airport transfer, I expect their own fleet of cars or at least a private transport but we were given a taxi. For the same price we paid, I could have gotten a better ride. Other than that, the stay itself was great.

Excellant Value for Money.”
Amazing hotel both architectualy and aesthetically.. For a new hotel, guests services were top notch, staff attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Only let down, which is of my own.personal opinion and taste was the food choice. Presentation awesome, but taste was somehow not there. It maybe mine and husbands taste buds, but food was not as tasty as we thought it should be. Overall.. loved our stay at Elements..

You'll have to wait for the lift though”
I've stayed before at an Element, last time in Ubud, Bali. It would be difficult to find two hotels more different. This is an urban business haunt, 40 floors up in a 50-odd storey tower block in the shadow of KLCC. Thanks to the hotel's generosity, I got a free upgrade to a suite, which honestly was too large and was under-furnished. But both hotels were new, facilities were good, food ok (although Friday dinner the restaurant was packed out, so something must be drawing them). I'd stay here again, but do expect a long wait for the lift, it's 40 floors down from reception to the ground floor.

Great Place and fantastic Experience”
We can highly recommend the Element as it is perfectly located nearby the hotspots. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the rooms are very comfortable and clean. A highlight is the in-house swimming pool and the gym with an amazing view over KLC. Don't miss their cocktails at the bar/restaurant TRACE - fantastic!

Exceptional”
Our stay here was actually one of the highlights of our trip! Huge floor space for what you’re paying for, great facilities inside and outside of the room - I personally loved that there was a washing machine and kitchen in our suite. The breakfast buffet also exceeded our expectations. Love the view & proximity to petronas and KLCC malls. Most of all, we loved the fact that it was an eco conscious hotel. We really couldn’t have asked for more and will definitely stay here again!

A Pleasant Short stay”
Strategicvl place and near train station besides easy to find a good food and restaurant since one station from KLCC. Then mini market my news downstair also helpfull if you want to find rush food. The room is quite big and convinient. We do enjoy staying for four days for the weekends gate away. Then plan to come back staying at the same hotel. A little bit weaknesses are the staf to slow to respons our request while asking to make avroom or clean the room

If you'd hope for a comfortable stay, then stay with Element”
In a word, amazing. The location is really good, ten minutes' walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and the central area. Rooms are specious and have everything we need. The pool is quite nice with warm salty water and I didn't have time to use the gym facilities but they look good. My friends and I will come back and stay with Element again next time we are in KL. 地段好,房间大而舒适。性价比高!游泳池水不冷,而且旁边就是落地窗。值得推荐!

Nice City View , Friendly Staff, Definitely will Stay Again ”
The guest room is above 40 floor so we are able to view the very nice city view and also KLCC tower. The hotel is very near to Bukit Bintang and all the staff is so friendly and polite, they will greet you wherever they saw you and they are helpful. The hotel room is very clean and spacious and have a kitchen. Definitely will stay again next time.

Westin the Best”
Cozy, comfortable and overall surrounding not complex with uncivilized peoples, quite. To most walking though take 10 mins to KLCC, for us is a good walk for exercise and see the different places on the way of walking. Which I always choose slight out of city area hotel for this free and unrestrained. Hotel architect design is supreme. Set back is room dine in menu not attractive and limit choice, though still the foods is thump up.

Excellent Hotel”
No complaints. Our room on the 50th floor offers magnificient view of the surrounding Klang valley area. The super single beds were huge. Check in was great and no hassles. The indoor pool at level 39 was simply amazing. The floor tiles design of the pool was the most beautiful I have ever seen. The late closing time of he pool at 11pm allows us to swim while enjoying the beautiful night skyline including the twin towers of KLCC.

Good Hotel for Families”
Good hotel, great facilities. Mobile internet does not work so well, possibly due to height. Location is close to KLCC but it is a little difficult to go in and out by car (only way out from Jl Binjai is Jl Ampang, which is sometimes jammed). There seems to be a way to walk to KLCC park, but I am not sure, since I did not explore that option. All in all, a very comfortable hotel with great staff.
