Very Disappointed!!! Give me an headache and breathing problems because of a new paint color smell. ”

Very Disappointed!!! I just wished Agoda agency or Eleven Bangkok hotel that let’s us know they are under or just done with a renewal or under a construction . We walked in our bedroom with the smell of a new paint color everyday. Even walking in the hotel front desk still smell that bad color smell sometimes. Which it was very bad for my health!!! I booked this hotel because it’s close to a hospital and a good deal. I stayed at Eleven Bangkok hotel to go check for my health condition. On my Second day staying around 12-1:30 AM, I still heard a sound of construction until I called a front desk. Every thing was quite again. I booked this hotel from 12-19 August, but I have to leave 2 days early after I done with my doctor appointments. Cause this hotel condition made my health getting bad. Even though, their are a good staffs there to help eliminate our bedroom every day. However, I have to breathing and sleeping with new painting color everyday.

Excellent choice”

I've stayed at 3 different hotels each time during my stay in Bangkok over the past two years, and I must say Eleven Hotel is ranked the best. Perhaps because it's newly opened, but still, the vibe was excellent. The service by the staff was impeccable. The towels were clean and smelled good with a tinge of fragrance. The toilet is spacious and the bed comfy. They also have USB ports so you need not worry if you forget to bring along your universal adaptor to charge your electronic devices. 7-11 is nearby, so getting drinks and food is easy. Not exactly a foot step away from Nana BTS, but at about 300m away, my family and I have no complains. Not to mention a nice rooftop restaurant where breakfast is served, rather unusual where most hotels would have it on ground floor or somewhere in-between. Kudos to Eleven Hotel.

Excellent new hotel”

Eleven is a new, modern and fabulous hotel. The staff is the best by far that I have encountered in the many hotels I have stayed at in Thailand over the past few years. Rafa, Ana and Eve at the front desk were all so friendly and professional. The hotel is elegant, from the lobby to the rooms to the rooftop pool, gym and restaurant. The beds and pillows are of the highest quality, incredibly comfortable for a great night's sleep. The location is also great, with many restaurants around and a short walk to the Skytrain. The metro is also just a 10 minute walk away, as is Terminal 21 shopping mall. I will stay there again on my next visit to Bangkok. Highly recommended!

A beautiful place with a beautiful staff”

Eleven Hotel was one of the best hotel experiences I have during my trip in Thailand. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to Nana Station, and airport train. The room is big, clean, and full of amenities. The bathroom have a big shower and water is warm and the pressure is perfect. Swimming pool on the roof is perfect after a long day walking through the city. Drinks and food at the bar are delicious. But what makes the difference in this hotel is the Staff. Starting from the concierge to the director of the check in desk they are all so helpful,and ready to solve any problem or question you have. A special thanks to Lisa and Rafa from the desk that they were so kind and courteous. I will for sure come back in this hotel in my next time in Bkk

Soo 11 is a busy 2 way street and hotel is a 5 minute walk to Sukhumvit. Hotel entrance is along side of busy and excellent German restaurant. The nightlife further down Soi 11 is abundant. Ask for a room on an upper level and you will not hear any noise. The finish out inside the hotel itself and the rooms is first class! It is well worth the money. The exterior does not reach a four star rating, however five stars could apply to the rooms as they have every amenity and are spotlessly clean !

Eleven Hotel Review”

Hi there, we had a great stay at Eleven Hotel over the last weekend. The staffs were courteous and friendly. They did not fail to smile or to respond in good English. All the amenities were good and we did not lack anything. One feedback though: Because we were with kids, kids under 5 years old could not reach the sink to wash their face or to brush their teeth. Perhaps a kids friendly stool will be useful in the toilet? Kudos to Eleven Bangkok hotel. Will be back again!

Fine hotel, but no great value”

This hotel is pretty expensive for what it offers. I find better value in other areas of the city. If you want to stay exactly in this area of Sukhumvit...fine. Otherwise, you can stay in a comparable hotel in Silom for about half the price.

Great New Property”

Only open for a couple of months so it was my first stay. There are certainly cheaper options but I can't fault anything about it. I only stayed 1 night, but it was clean and the staff were great and it's in a great location. The facilities are new and very good and though I didn't use the pool, I was kindly offered to take a shower in the pool-side change rooms, after checking out earlier that day. That was eagerly accepted as I had a midnight flight out of BKK. The pool looked just fine and though I didn't see, it looked as if it would get plenty of sun in the first half of the day.. Look forward to staying there again soon.

Exceptional”

Eleven hotel very nice and friendly. Stuff of this hotel very active and nice. We visit Thailand several times . Every year we visit 3/4 times in thailand. If the hotel management give us a membership we are proud of this. Thank you all of your hotel management stuff.

Very good location”

Very near to terminal 21 and alot of restaurants. 7 eleven is nearby. However when calling grab, the location is not very accurate. The grab driver will attempt to pick you up at main road instead of the hotel lobby. To fix this, when calling grab, set the location from hotel to the pizza restaurant (pizzeria limoncello) which is right at the hotel lobby.

Short Vacation in Bangkok”

The hotel was much smaller than what the picture showed. It was on the side alley behind old german beerhouse. You wont see the main lobby from the front and most taxi or even grab cant even find it. Set your location to be Limoncello Pizzeria or Old German Beerhouse. Hotel was clean . The walk to the Nana LRT is quite long through a very short road which is hassle when it rains or when the road is wet... Facilities and food is good... if your thinking about partying and drinking and staying here. Yes this is a good spot. For families... not so

Good location in the middle of Soi11 an old hotel that has been renovated really well, excellent pool area and good breakfast, staff are service ordinates - well done!!!

Comfortable ASQ stay”

I stayed in this hotel as part of the mandatory ASQ. I have no other basis for comparison, but the staff in this hotel did their best to make my quarantine as comfortable as possible. Room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. Communication with staff was also easy and timely. There was a small variety of food that you get to pick for your 3 meals the day before, which is done via a Google form and communicated via Line chat app. Food was decent enough, though not piping hot. On Valentine's Day they gave an extra heart-shaped brownie, and on the last evening of the ASQ they also provided a special farewell dinner menu. On the day of my departure, the staff gifted me with hotel towels as well. All in all, good hospitality.

Great hotel. Low flexibility of the stuff ”

Reservation for 2 adults and 4 children Two rooms. the hotel gave us only two bed in the children room, saying they didn’t knew about it Although it was specified in the reservation. Nevertheless want extra money for another bed. If it wasn’t late in the evening I would have gone to some place else.
