Pros: - Strategic Location - Extremely comfortable room with air conditioning - Extremely comfortable bed - Clean toilet with heater - Spacious room with TV (For Family Room) Cons: - Beside the hotel there is a Metal Rooftop and it's quite noisy when raining (Not really the hotel's fault though)

Is heavy rain when we check out. N there is a Malay lady also check out at the same time ,the staff borrow me an umbrella, n I promise to return her the umbrella, but the Malay lady say she need umbrella too, so I told her, I am going to return to the staff. She say nvm, she will help me to return after. Then we make a move n I call the staff n notice that the Malay lady did not return the umbrella to them, what a shame on my face. I promise to return. I am so sorry about h That.
