5 Star accommodation with 1 Star price”

I'm having a wonderful 2 nights stay at this hotel for a price of RM94 including GST per night. The furniture is fresh, clean and new as the hotel just been in operation on 1st November 2015. The beds, pillows and towels are so comfortable as they are using a high end material. The Restroom is quite spacious and the water heater functioning well with a suitable water pressure. The best part of staying in this hotel is the friendly treatment from all their staff especially Dilla 1. For the price i pay and the excellent hospitality I do recommend this hotel for others to experience and hopefully the management will maintain and preserve the quality of this hotel.

Satisfied with the cleanliness, friendly staff, affordable price and we have such a good sleep here but deposit is bit expensive but we got our money back when we check out so that it.. Thank You hotel Elmark for the good service.. We will come again later and surely we will choose this hotel.

Value For Money”

Overall my family really enjoyed stayed at Elmark Hotel. The room really spacious especially the toilet, clean and easy to park. Very near to city centre and worth to stay. 2 nights for triple room only cost me less than rm160.

Pro: easy to access, nice and clean room. I enjoy staying here whenever coming Johore for a short trip.

2nd Time Check In”

Bad Review This Time!! The room dusty! There is a dust everywhere, On the wall and on top of the bed! Aircon sucks! Not Cold even though its at 16 degree!! There also alot of RED ANTS!!! BOUGHT BANANA FRITTERS, CAN EVEN GET THE CHANCE TO EAT, AND THOSE ANTS CONQUERED IT!!! Even ants on the bed, Me & Husband got ants bite this time round and we had hard night sleeping due to the itchiness!!! Please do something about your 1st floor room. During our very 1st stay (Trying To Adventure a New Hotel), It was really pleasant.. Room was clean, Aircon was strong, NO ANTS AT ALL! and the room was fragrance at that time. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR 1ST LEVEL ROOM!!

Good budget hotel in Johor Bahru”

Located not too far from shops/malls etc, clean hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, though the cleaning staff may not understand much English. There are a few cheaper eating options nearby, including a restaurant next to the hotel. Internet didn't work when we were there (I didn't draw it to the attention of the staff, as I had my own SIM card).

Safe and clean budget hotel”

Love the security, and the facility. Bad is no nearby eateries around and happen that our room tap got no water, but no big deal. Otherwise this hotel will be a perfect budget hotel.

Pro: Suitable price. The bed are big and comfortable. Nice room decoration. Cons: Road to the hotel can be easily missed.

Value Budget Hotel”

With this pricing, this hotel can said as amazing. Room is clean, facilities is good. Just few negative comment will be due to located next to highway, it will be quite noisy in the morning. Besides that, if the traveler don't have own transport, might be difficult access to this hotel.

Great room, bathroom could have been cleaner”

The room is nice, the bed is nice, the TV channel is nice as well. But the bathroom is kind a feel like no air circulation thus it has kind of a damp smell. It could have been cleaner as well. The staff is good, it has free flow water available at the lobby and a lot of parking available. Overall the hotel is good and nice.

nice room with Jacuzzi and it's a clean room. however the Jacuzzi not function maybe it's in faulty state. got food stall and laundry just near the hotel. overall recommended for business stay.

Good value for money”

Comfort, clean and reasonable price but not satisfied with facilities. I have to wait until morning to use iron. Other than that, I like this hotel.

Hotel near with JB town, doby machine just down hotel, but no nearest foodcourt or restoran. Overall, hotel is clean, value for many and facilities are good.

Got Bitten By BED BUG!!!”

4th time visiting and stayed overnight at this hotel. This is the 2nd time i've complaining. I was bitten by a bed bug underneath the converter and pillow!! Upon booking, i even make a request for CLEAN ROOM, LESS NOISE (AWAY FROM STAIRCASE, LIFT LOBBY OR STOREROOM) but still, i get a room near the LIFT LOBBY N STOREROOM!! Again this time aircon wasn't cold.. Kindly checked the bed.. Hard time sleeping 😑😑

Could have been more informative”

The hotel was new but surprisingly we got a family suite with no bathroom door and water at sink. The glass door was broken and not replaced and they expect family with kids to stay in the room? The hotel should have been more sensitive and not to rent out the room until they rectifies they problem. Info on booking page is also not correct. The rest, hotel was clean and good for short term business traveler.

Favourite hotel in JB (for us)”

This is our third stay in this hotel. We like the hotel because it has parking lot. Easy to find restaurant within 20 mins. Legoland is less than 30 minutes drive from this hotel. Cons : pls repair the hook for bidet. Tighten the faucet. Repair the fridge.

Worth the price,but might not come again”

-ve 👎🏼 My room next to the housekeeping room,which is the last/end one. And morning was super noisy. Can hear people talking and laughing louder. I assume that was hotel staff. And corridor was super messy as their housekeeper put all dirty bed sheet/towel on the floor, at corridor area. Is that normal let guests walk in to their room surrounded by all dirty bedsheets/towel on the floor ? First time in my life having this experienced. I wont blame staffs cause they just doing their job. But management should do something about it. Cause it look super miserable. Lift area so smelly due to old carpet. Aishhh. Unpleasant smells. Kettle in room can’t be use. Water heater? Not hot/warm at all. +ve 👌 Parking provided,room quite big size and clean. Refrigerator provided. Have food trucks night time. Hotel at city centre area which is good area.

One of the worst customer service and room”

Booked jacuzzi room. The jacuzzi was spoilt. Water unable to drain. Hence, not able to shower. The staff insist not to do a refund but change a new room for us. There is only 1 jacuzzi room in the entire hotel so was being forced to downgrade. Although it is Elmark hotel fault, but I was was charged as walk in price for our newly changed room instead of discounted agoda price. Their walk-in price is so expensive. Our new room is family room as there is the only room left at that moment of time. Being charged as family room priced instead of queen room price. But we only have 2 persons. What’s the price of taking family room and paying at a higher price. Worst experience ever. Avoid at all cost. Ruin our entire trip
