Excellent location, supportive staff, best value”
The 3 nights spent at Empire Suite went very comfortably. The hotel manager Ray was very helpful and courteous. He ensured that we were able to check-in properly, the rooms where we stayed were optimally clean and we were able to do the things in our itinerary without having to worry about our luggage. This is a great location to pick in KL and all tourist spots are very easily accessible. If you want a comfortable experience and need to save time, this hotel is a great choice.

we brought a family (a son, a daughter, mother and father) to this empire suite, but unluckily we need to called agent with our cellphone just to check in because there are no proper counter to check in/out. but the positive points -- near to berjaya time square (shopping, many more major attractions), large bathroom, large bedroom...

Very strategic place to stay”
This service apartment is connected with berjaya timese square, a place you can shop n dine and also connected to monorail (imbi station) . The location is superb, everything is just in walking distance, including paviliun mall, fahrenheit88, sungei wang ,bukit bintang. The hotel itself is clean, neat and very secure. One important thing is you have to call the contact in your agoda reservation before you check in. Otherwise you cannot enter the building

We a group of about 30 pax have book a room at Berjaya Time Square at booking.com one month plus in advance. But just 6 days before the trip i got a call from the property management guy saying that they have screw up with the booking that they cannot accomodate to our stay. Being a regular of agoda user. I look for the same hotel and found rooms that accomodate to big group. Mr Sarjib the one who handle the enquiries and stay there. He was flexible and even went extra mile to help us keep the bags after we check out while waiting for bus departure. All my friends and families love the place and we will recommend Mr Sarjib to handle the check in and check out for you. 👍🏾

The hotel apartment is good n the location is perfect in the heart of the city at Time Square shopping mall . Easy to move any where... easy acces to monorail. Near to Bukit Bintang and everything is there. Great location.

Horrible experience finding the place”
The place is actually Berjaya Times Square Hotel Tower A. They have different agents who are assigned a different "virtual" hotel name (Empire Suite in this case). There is no reception, the website is bogus and has the wrong address and phone number, even Google maps shows the wrong location. Since the hotel name is virtual, there are no signs and nobody knows the place. You are supposed to call the agent when you reach the place and he will open the door for you. We only came to know this after walking around Times Square for 1 hour with a 1 year old child at 5am, looking for the right place. Agoda did not inform us there was some agent we had to call. The place itself was quite good. However, the ambiguity of its existence and the lack of direction by Agoda made it a bad experience. Such virtual hotel names should not exist on Agoda. We never even got a receipt for the stay

It's a comfortable room at great location, very convenient to KLCC, Pavillion, Bukit Bintang Area and it's so easy to place for entertainment at night. The only thing make me unhappy is about the service. The person in charge call me at 10am twice to ensure with me check out at 12pm. He ring the door bell at 10.30am, 11am and 11.30am. Call me at 10am, 11am. I really unsatisfy with this service keep calling and ringing the door bell seems like chasing me get out from the room.

Best place to stay in kl”
Been kl for quite a few times, this hotel never once fail me, i have been to many hotels but to be honest this guy is the most friendly staff i ever met, thumbs up! Room is clean and spacious. Although is run by agent but its still easy to communicate and check in within 5mins, fuss free. To those whom think that the hotel is hard to check in or whatsoever, pls note down his number and contact him the day before you reach. All i have to say is a very big thank you to that agent.

Nothing great, honestly.”
I understand that this is a privately owned suite, hence I need to call a number to get the owner to open the door for the suite to me, but the number given didn't work! No one picked up the phone at all. Luckily Agoda team was able to resolve the issue, but it really spoilt my impression. The room is somewhat run down and in dire need of some refurbishment. But the location is top notch and super convenient, since Berjaya Times Square is in the middle of the golden triangle of Kuala Lumpur.

Value for money for big family”
Pros: we have got the highest floor in the building, an excellent bird eye view of the entire KL at night!!, a fast moving elevator, and spacious room Cons: have to call the management beforehand to make arrangement for them to bring us up to their office, escorted to the office n ( the escort stood right behind me while i made my payment, which i found really intimidating) and have to go to the apartment suite lobby( the taxi driver dropped us at Times Square Hotel).. Quite a hassle n a bit of nerve wracking experience.

1) Quite worth an experience as the 'berjaya times square', and nice scenery from our apartment, place was rather big and luxurious too. 2) As a service apartment, my mum found the floor 'sticky' but is easily solved by wearing slippers. 3) The young kids went to play at the indoor theme park and is really convenient when we went up in an afternoon to rest and went back down to play.

Booked a 1 bedroom suite which suppose to come with a king bed and a single bed. When checked in, single bed was not there, the apartment was so small, i assumed it is a studio apartment instead of a 1 bedroom suite. Stated there is ironing facility, but not found in room. When we called the staff to request, they said they don't have ironing board and told us to use the table as an ironing board. Room light was flickering. I have stayed a few times in berjaya time square service suites by various providers, this is far the worst one.

Apartment is at Time Square itself. Room was big and location was convenient, value for money. Except that check in process is abit more troublesome. Have a pay a refundable deposit which was not stated when booking.
