So cheap. Room and bed are pretty comfortable. Tea (Twinings) and coffee, safe, all in room. Tiny balcony to hang damp clothes. There is a small gym and washer / Drier - neither of which I used.

The location is superb and this hotel is a hidden gem. Idea for business travel with basic amenities and excellent cleanliness. The only set back is there is no lift, well, there are only four stories high. What to expect?

This hotel is both minimal and functionally focused. I wouldn’t say there is anything super special about the rooms or furniture within them, but everything is functional and comfortable to use. I would however say that the fridge in the rooms is much larger and guest friendly than the majority of fridges you’ll see. It’d what I would consider a half size with plenty of room for drinks and food and even a freezer section (though I haven’t tested that out). There is also a wardrobe, desk with chair, king size beds, coffee table, and bathroom. There is no dedicated shower area as the bathroom is just one single room. The breakfast is buffet style with a small egg station is an added bonus. Each room also has a very small terrace, but don’t always have the best views. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and already planned to use this hotel again for a return trip to Bangkok.

I wanted an inexpensive hotel not more than 10 minutes by motorcycle taxi from the British Embassy that was clean. For an overnight stay it was perfect. Breakfast an optional extra, no other dining facilities. Street food not far away. No night life. Not a resort hotel more a businessmans hotel. Only issue - no lift which could be a problem for disabled guests. Kettle and cups in room with good parking on site if you have a car.

easy to find and just 3 mins. walk from Rama IV road to hotel, plenty of car park and security is good, no lift but however I always stay here when I am travelling to BKK unfortunely it is not keep quite if next door speak loudly.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I can say I once again had a good stay. This time I was on the third floor near the stairs and while initially I was worried about the noise, but it wasn't an issue. You do have to carry your luggage up to your room, so beware if you have limitations and ask for a room on the 1st floor upon booking or assistance getting it up to your room. Breakfast is basically the same everyday, but I still found it better than other hotels I've stayed at and never left hungry.

This hotel is very quiet and clean, and the level of English among the staff is higher than at many hotels I've stayed at. The hotel evidently caters to people with cars, as it has a largish lot and is far from public transportation. A/C a bit slow but eventually O.K. Rooms small and basic, but there are a room safe and a refrigerator, TV and no shower problems. Not worth the advertised price, but if you can get a discount, it's fine.

Can’t find any complaints in here except for the room didnt actually look like the photos. It was smaller and the shower had no curtain so was all wet in the toilet. Other than that, I was quite satisfied with what I had paid for. If you are a long term traveler and finding a place to stay within your budget, this one might be the option.
