Excellent stay! ”
We stayed here for three nights and we had great time! It is very close to the historical center( walking distance)! We had 3 days of total relaxation and great evenings outside in our yard! The best sleep we had the last 2 weeks!Also the room was cleaned every morning! But the most important of all is the welcoming and friendly owner, always smiling and always willing to help you in any way he can! Thank you very much for having us and for your hospitality!!

We arrived very early in the morning without inform but the landlord is very nice to give us the big room and generous let us stay until the evening on the last day we leave to Bangkok by bus night. He cooks also well. He booked bus ticket for us & drived us to the bus office on the day we leave. You can take any bicycle in the resort to do excursion anywhere. We like the countryside air in the resort. The room is tidy & cleaned everyday. The resort is near the historical park (around 5 minutes by bicycle). We had a wonderful days here.

Exceptional! A very nice place but especially the spectacular attention of Ek. We had everything resolved. The transport the bicycle, the advice, the attention, the kindness absolutely delighted with the hospitality of Ek. We really would like more people to visit. And breakfast too rich. If you come at night it is a bit hard to find, because it's on a small street and there is not a clear sign coming one way. The room is clean, the bed is nice, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The owner has a dog and makes breakfast to order for you in the morning. Bicycles are available to rent and you can ride to one of the national parks that is about 2 or 3 kilometers away.

Hotel for couple with dogs”
It's very nice that the resort accept dogs to stay and have courtyard that dog can explore. Actually it's quite close to city center, however the way from resort to the main road is quite dark and isolated (should not walk alone at night). The owner is very nice and helpful, he recommended the good restaurant and some attractions. Anyway, breakfast should be more variety (not only American breakfast).

Small Hostel & clean room with no Lift , no escalator and no staff to help you to go up, but it really locate by the Golden Triangle and ferry/boat pier that allow you to go to Myanmar Casino or go to Don-Sao Market in Laos side. Breakfast is delivered to the room , but if not included the hotel provide Bread + Coffee for free from 07.00am.

Pet friendly option, but run down”
The owner seems nice. But the place is completely run down and if you saw it you’d probably assume it was long empty. The bedding is clean but the room and the property are overgrown. It may be the result of covid, but I think it desperately needs looking after. No bikes, no breakfast, so don’t go unless you have a car and are prepared to drive for everything.

spotless clean, brand new resort on great location”
We stayed in the family room the 1st night, and in the sweet home in the 2nd night (we were travelling with 3) Rooms: Having tried all the room types, all I can say that the pictures on their website do 100% justice to the rooms: spotless clean, maintained very well and designed with a good taste, all the rooms have A/C. We used an extra bed in the family room, but the matress was too thin. Location: The resort is located in a reserved place 5-10 minutes away from the Sukhothai historical park with a bike. That's not a problem, because I would recommend anyone to rent a bike in Sukhothai anyway to explore the historical park and the old town. There are other guest houses right opposite to the historical park but I would definetely prefer Baan Rim Klong resort for the easy access they provide to the old city having bikes available as well as the quietness of the resort at night. Restaurant: Clean and basic. There is a small area where the breakfast is served. The menu offers a few basic dishes and the food is served whenever you ask. The staff: The staff are helpful. All our wishes were fulfilled. Points for improvement that I can suggest: the level of English of the staff could be better. The internet didn't work as there as no signal. Conclusion: I would definetely recommend this resort to anybody who seeks an excellent value for their money! I would definetely stay in this resort without looking for any other accomodation in old Sukhothai!

Wonderful hotel and owner”
I wanted a place in Old Sukhothai to use as a base for.exploring the historical park and Baan Rim Klong is well placed down a quiet path ok the northern zone. The bungalows are newly built and in great condition, the best I have stayed in Thailand. They are also set in pretty grounds. Special mention had to go to the owner who talked me through a map as soon as I arrived, was helpful throughout my stay and even gave me a lift to a town an hour away (he was going there anyway so don't expect that as a free service but it was still a very nice gesture!) I would definitely recommend BRK to anyone who wants to visit Old sukhothai and stay in a pristine, pretty and friendly place.

So Comfy and Secure”
Baan Rim Klong Resort Sukhothai is closed to National Park and Weekend Market and nearby the historical places. This place is really easy to travel and also provide bikes for rent. The rooms is clean ,clear, comfortable and quiet (especially recommend for August and September) and fair price. The owner of this resort is nice and generous.

We spent two nights to visit the ruins of Sukhothai. Baan Rim Klong Resort is only 5 minutes away by bike. To get there, you might need a car as we did or organize your trip with the resort or public transport. Great stay

Great to be stay here”
Some traveller might feel Baan Ri Klong is far from the main street but actually is not far, if ride a bike just need 5mins be there. There is a couple run the resort, although their english not very good but they are patient to listen and try understand what we are talking about. They are very helpful and honest, try their best to help us purchase bus ticket to Bangkok during peak season and did not claim extra charges. The environment is great, feel like stay at village resort, just feel relax and enjoy. Owner has a doggy named Latte, quite "friendly" and playful with customer, never come up disturb customer when you stay at lobby and room. The resort is build with all individual resort room, nice and high privacy. However owner may think change breakfast type, everyday also same style might make people feel boring.

Excellent location for Sukhothai Historical Park”
We had one of the smallest bungalows, and it really was small! But the basics were covered, and it's a gem for Loy Krathong access to the Sukhothai Historical Park - maybe 1 mile away. The room had a double bed, a small closet, and a tiny corner shelf with the TV on top and a fridge beneath. Enough room to walk around the bed, that's all. Bathroom was actually bigger (?), with toilet, open shower and a mirror/sink. Mattress felt like some springs were sprung. Nice little breakfast, with Thai porridge, eggs, 2 meats, pineapple, toast & drinks - definitely enough. Very clean and neat, very friendly owners, and we were quite happy with our 2 nights here during the busy celebrations.

Very helpful staff”
staff in this resort is extremely friendly and accommodating. location is really great if you like to rent a bike to visit the historical centre. we've decided, at the last moment that we'd rather not bike and the lovely girl from the resort offered that she'd drive us to the historical park. she did, with a great smile, two days in a row, and did not ask for any charge for this service !!!!! sweet home was very small, but we've upgraded to the bigger and beautiful bungalow for still very reasonable fee and we're happy and very comfortable there.

lovely, but not great food”
Our 2 night stay was lovely. The food at the resort was not good and I think they should just lower the price slightly and not offer b&b. That said, the staff were friendly and attentive. We left items in the room and the manager contacted me on Facebook to get our address so that he could post them to us, he took the address of our Chiang Mai hotel and we had the items the following day, we offered to pay for the postage but he wouldn't accept it. If I go back to sukhothai, I will probably stay somewhere with a pool, but that said, I highly recommend baan rim klong

The resort is at the north of historical park. It is very peaceful and private. You can rent the their bicycle and go to outside and inside of the city of historical park. I think it is good for people who travel alone and does not have their own vehicle. It is not fit with people who like much comfortable because it has no shop inside the resort. Anyway, if you have the car, it is not the problem. The owners are very nice and stay in the resort. If you have any problem, just contact and tell them what you need.
