Best hospitality & atmosphere”
Without doubt one of my best favorite hotels I stayed during my vacation time Jomtien! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by The staff was extremely friendly, the hotel as well as restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had four great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The other day, we did a roaming inside city with a motorbike rented from hotel it was in a reasonable rate, (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed swimming pool inside hotel & its atmosphere. The atmosphere was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in evening / night in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The natural sea bath on the end was a great way to end the journey. Note, this is not a 5-star hotel but the ovarall-atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the general manager who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

staff is good manner , helpful and very friendly /we stay in the /family residence room ,which is very good spacious room a king bed with a Bunk bed , our kids love the bunk bed so much , It's quite fun for kids to sleep in the buck bed. Restaurant is very good, breakfast is good, variety of foods also serve with Thai food. The dinner Buffet ,Sat only ,is good plenty of seafood, Shrimp , Rock lobster , mussel, Shells.

The room was really comfortable with a relaxing garden view. The trees in the resort were nicely placed, the whole place feels very cozy. The breakfast is amazing as always, Centara hotels always live up to their standards. They had a great variety of food and most of them were decent if not delicious. The dinner buffet with free-flow drinks was really worth it. The pool area is suitable for young children. The spa was also really nice. All the staff members from spa workers to food caterers in the dining toom were extremely well trained and had a great service mindset. They also allow dogs to stay here and provide freshly cooked food for them. If your dogs are not used to plain chicken meat you might want to pack some extra food options. Overall it was a very comfortable stay. Great room, excellent food.

Staffs are friendly and helpful especially bellboy. This hotel is good for people who has car. It isn’t hard to find the hotel, google maps can help you a lot. Pool is large. The resort is very large equipped with many rooms. Though it's far from the happening areas of Pattaya, it gives a pleasure to stay in a calm area of Jomtien. They provide shuttle service to Jomtien beach road every hour, which is the best way to commute with other parts of the city from the beach road. Otherwise, guests have to rely on the taxi service from resort which sometimes becomes costly and only negative point of this place. Centra by Maris excels in all other aspects. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is also very large and busy with kids and families. The breakfast is also very nice with a lots of option to choose from. We liked their live section very much at breakfast. Staffs are well spoken and prompt at service. As it's a very large resort, it never felt congested even when it was fully booked. Its a best pick for travelers with kids and peoples who likes to stay away from the crowd. We had a great stay here.

the hotel is good value. the pool area is nice, especially the kid's pool and the slides. the room was spacios and always clean. only that there is mold in the shower. Breakfast was great! the locationis a bit out of the way but the hotel offers a free shuttle to the beach and to the mall. i would definitely recommend this hotel!
