Excellent Place to Stay ”
Great Location, close to all the malls and specially Night Market and Platinum Mall. The staff right from the concierge service to the reception to housekeeping are Very Friendly and polite. The breakfast spread is just great and I believe it is the only hotel in Bangkok who understands the spirit of holidays and keeps the buffet breakfast open until 11 am. This was our 2nd stay 10 days in last 3 years and we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. It is a 5 star in a 3 star rates and an excellent value for money option and the hotel in very well located and is exceptionally clean and beautiful.

Great stay with Eastin! My first time staying with Eastin! Location is good! If you like to walk, its a good 10-15 mins walk to pratunam area , Platinum mall and Talad neon market. Those who wants to find halal food here is also convinient. Hotel is clean and tidy and i love the view! Thanks Eastin for the upgrade from superior to deluxe. Hotel is really value for money and good location and staff specially staff PAULSON AND TONGTHAI in front desk is really accommodating since we are couple and we requested for king bed and they don’t have king bed available only twin they upgraded me in deluxe room. That’s really 👍 nice. I appreciate the staff and hotel cleaning and food. Keep it up EASTIN 👍. Highly recommended and next time this is my hotel always In bkk. 😊

My room was upgraded that comes with a big window facing the city. The room was big and clean. Location was good and 10 mins walk to Central World. Staff was helpful. The breakfast has a wide spread of varieties. The gym was good too. Is definitely value for money.

Hotel is really good. Breakfast is awesome and so much of varieties specially for Indian vegetarian very yummy food and so many varieties. Even for the western food and Thai food so many options and staff is also very accommodating. Specially when I check in I got upgrade in deluxe room. Staff Tongthai and Paulson in front desk is really good and very accommodating. I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Keep it up Eastin 👍

This hotel is located a little far from the main road, but we can reach the Pratunam area, Platinum Fashion Mall, even Big C and Centralworld in less than half an hour by walk. They were so generous to upgrade my room from Superior to Deluxe for free! The room is clean, modern, and well equipped. The hot water works perfectly, the air conditioning is fine. They have a kids playground with Nintendo Wii and PlayStation 4. The pool water was very cold ^_^; The staffs are friendly and they can speak English quite well. The breakfast offers so many choices, and they even have Indian foods. After checking out, I can still ask them to keep my luggage while I do more shopping.

The hotel is near to alot of nearby food stalls and also near to the railway toward the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms are very tidy and neat. The hotel staff are very friendly and they are really to explain the information to us clearly.

The Eastin Makkasan is just my favourite, cause I love the pool and the staff there. As well great breakfast buffet and the location is good. Only 7 min walk to the airportlink as well 10 min to pratunam market and central world. See you again.

I love to come to the Eastin Makkasan, big room with all facilities, faboulous breakfastbuffet at a nice surrounding. Helpful and friendly staff as usual, specially at the feception, pool and restaurant. Quiete but great location to the market, several restaurants and 8 min walk to the airport link. I come again.

We booked a superior double room. However, got an upgrade to 30th floor suite room. The bangkok skyline view from the room was awesome. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. They also have luggage storage and a weight machine. The Indra and platinum markets are within the walking distance. Lot of indian eateries around. The hotel is a little old though, but was very clean. Overall, it was a nice experience. I will definitely stay here again.

EXCELLENT, BEST BREAKFAST EVER”
We had a truly excellent 4 days here, the breakfast had the largest selection of any hotel in recent years , a la carte Western breakfast, also, Indian, Chinese and Thai great variety of cakes and drinks, nice service. A large pool outside cut out of the 10th floor. Speedy reception efficient room service if you want to save money from DMK airport catch the A# aircon bus to Indra Square then a 600 metre walk. Just lived it though cable TV was patchy at times on some channels , high speed internet.
