It is well located and I do not know if I had good luck but there were only 2 lovely girls in my dorm and I've sympathized with one so we had lunch together. What about the hostel itself, it was proper, has camera and is very safe. If you do not have your key it's very difficult to enter except if you have the chief's whatsapp number because if he does not expect anybody to come, he won't be at the reception... Nobody in here opens the door even it's for a new person. So it's very secure. Also, I got an email from the chief who forgot to refund me back my deposit. They are very lovely. I recommand for sure! Strategic place”
This place is near to the kl sentral. And if you travel night. Dont afraid. It is still busy time. Many people still outside. I arrived around 2 AM in kl sentral. Because it is my first time and I dont know the condition in that place around that time, so I choose grab to come here. But in the morning I saw that the bus arrival place is near ro the street, if walk you just need walking 5 minutes to go there.

I have been coming here every now and then but the staffs changes all the time so nobody really recognsise you if you are a regular, but i supposed they can check if they have a system. and request regarding bookings are usually ignored such as when i requested for lower bunk. i always have to ask again from them and they dont have it. Did they overlooked it when i booked?

WORTH THE MONEY ”
I have stayed here many times. FOr a short time transit. I am getting used to the place now. I have no other complaints except some of the staff do not know or maybe they dont keep the list of guests who have previous stay before. from the booking i have requested the same room, same bed but after checking in they said the room is full... and i said i have clearly said i have checked in here many times and i have put my request early. it is not last minute booking. they should have noted that. and in the end the staff checked on the room and it is of course AVAILABLE> so what was the fuss in the beginning/???

The receptionist was very helpful with the broken fan in the mixed dorm. She put the Ac on eventhough they have this go green policy to switch off the aircond during certain period of time. Towel is provided.I think the owner of this place should do something about this and improve it. 1. There is CCTV, but if someone still your shoes. it will never returned back. the shoe racks is very exposed to public. it should be inside property! I dont like it. Nobody does! 2. I am not sure if breakfast is provided as it was not informed during check in. 3. The mixed dorm bed , one time I found bed bugs on my shirt. And sound of mosquitoes at night. (try to find electrical mosquitoes repellent) 4. No place to hang wet towels. 5. the sliding door is cracking.. it disturb others.. I disturbed others, others disturb me. 6. Maybe should at least provide a curtain in between the beds as it is too close. Find an extendable rod/ any rod/ mop stick and do something... hang curtains for extra thing. 7

GOOD STAY EXCEPT FEELING INSECURE WITH BELONGINGS”
I have stayed here for two times. different times and dates. During this stay, I was greeted by an Indian staff ( sorry bro i forgot your name- who looks like Harry Potter) Yes! He is 5 stars! He greeted you like you are entering a five stars hotel and he checked you in and show you all around and explain everything. Cons: Pillow too small or thin- i have to request a second one.

First, its my 2nd stay at this hotel and chose this hotel because; 1. Its very near to KL Sentral Station, 2. It very affordable, 3. The staff is accommodating and can speak enish well. The only difficulty is if you are staying during the day as the ac is turned off.

Place is within walking distance to KL Sentral, which is a huge plus point. I asked if I can check in at 8am through email, they allowed that, but they didn’t mention that I have to pay extra money for the early check in. Only informed me during the check in process. Ended up have to pay around RM15 more. Cleanliness was acceptable.

No service at all”
I arrived and there was no one and a sign to call or message the owner for assistance. I had to wait 4 hours until he appeared. When I had to check out the same happened. I had left a deposit and there was no one and even though I called the owner over 20 times and sent many messages no one appeared for 45 minutes. The owner is the only staff and he works full time at another hotel, so he's never there to assist his own guests. It's very close to KL Sentral which is very useful and the price is good but it's not worth the trouble.

The hostel was under par as far as cleanliness. It was very cramped. The shower had only space to turn around in. My towel was getting wet. There was no shelf to even put my toiletry bag so it got wet. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Sent enquiries to them via email but there were no replies. Managed to contact them via Agoda and was told their reception is open 24 hours but there was no one there when I arrived (4AM), and again, no one was there by the time I checked out (8.30AM). The building is poorly managed and the cleanliness level has to be improved. I’ve stay in other hostels in KL before so I know that I couldn’t definitely get a better place which is much cleaner than this with the same budget.
