This is more like a boutique hotel near to Tmn Pelangi, practically Johore Bahru. The room is clean, and the ambient is comparable to a proper big hotel. The hotel collected deposit by cash (refundable) for the key (card - keyless entry). The staff by the name of Azizi is very friendly & helpful. He even sent message to me, asking 'bout my well-being at the hotel. They are working hard and give their best to accommodate our needs during this period, so a smile on your face and cooperation will definitely make their day! I saw some complaints 'bout the car park; not a problem for me. While I admit that the parking lot is a bit narrow and the car park building requires many rounds of careful turning to reach (Level 5 in particular), the car park itself is surely near to the reception lobby - just a < 1 min walking distance to the elevator of the hotel building that brings you to the reception. The sound proofing is relatively good - I had a good sleep. In short, I highly recommend it to anyone (or family) to stay here should you travel to JB.

The staff - very welcoming, friendly, informative and assisted me with polite and very well Manner. He answer my query over the phone pertaining MCO SOP. The hotel interior design - not match with what you paid. They should charge me double or triple from what I paid. Very impresive I could say. The room - SPACIOUS, Very clean, great comfortable matress. Again, I am impresive compared to what I have paid. Overall, if you guys coming to Johor, please consider this hotel. I wish during this pandemic struggle, your hotel will be stronger and surely I will come again later. Thumbs up. Keep up the good job! (Idk why I want to write up here, but I feel they should know more about this hotel)

if you dont know how to find it, find restaurant banafee, then further down the road, u will see a club on our right near the street. across from the club u will see a THAI restaurant. follow the carpark to the left of the thai restaurant and u will find the hotel! the staff is very polite. very kind and the rooms is big, clean and spacious good price for the size! Toilets are clean and the location is very near to KSL shopping center where u can shop, eat and watch movies too. we checked in here since its late night and its very peaceful not noisy at all although its near a very happening area. will definitely come again! terima kasih!

Stayed 3d2n at first . Everything perfect . Very huge . Bed and pillows all so comfortable and clean . AC was cold n strong . Tv have many channels sg n mlaysia . Shower was nice with 2 shower heads . Me and my group of friends decided to stayed another night after checkout , and it was worth it . The price is cheap and it is way more than what we expected . I would definitely stay here again n again with no doubt .

Brand new hotel, big room like 5 stars hotel, good interior design, very clean”
It’s a brand new hotel just open for 2 months, everything are new and very clean. The room is 300+ sq ft which is like 4-5 star hotel room. Super value for money. Good ID for the room also. Got a convenience shop, massage centre and some restaurants at the same building. Nearby got lots of restaurants. Location is good, it’s in city centre, nearby Ksl mall. Overall very good.

It is indeed a very nice and cozy hotel in Johor Bahru city center. The price is very affordable and you can hardly get this price at other hotels in the city center . The hotel is very strategically located to some shopping malls, eateries and other infrastructures like banks, petrol kiosks etc. The room is well-kept for the comfortableness of guests. The staff are very friendly to share some information on the hotel. In general, one of the best hotel I stayed and worth to be recommended to all Agoda users!

Carpet and cushion for armchair quite thin for our kings room but was ok given the cheap price below sgd30 per night. Our room was facing the multi storey carpark so Was quite lit even at night but the blackout blinds did the job well. There was only one lift to be shared with the rest of the building but the rooms levels need to be accessed with the room card so quite safe. Bring your own bedroom slippers. We didn’t had room service but they were quite generous with the toiletries and toilet paper which met our basic needs. Water boiler and fridge in the room is useful especially with a young kid. Grab to Ksl around rm5 off peak and rm8-9 to jb sentral which is good

We're travellers with 3 young kids age 3 - 9. The room is spacious, with bathtub, which is unexpected for that kind of rate. Nowadays, due to pendemic, bathtub can be a replacement for pool, so, the kids are happy and enjoying their stay. A bit uncomfortable though coz everytime we want to go out we need to go to level 3 to get a parking stamp (free parking).

Overall, I highly recommended to stay at this hotel for several reasons such as the location with easy access to the city center, the location is not crowded, the surrounding area has many places to eat. Everything was great.. the price also reasonable. but the parking was in level 5.. and have to go to lobby for redeem free parking rate. The room also was spacious and cleanliness 👍👍 however it a bit noisy, not sound proofing because we can heard others room sounds voices 🤣.

Good location. A lot of restaurants in just minutes driving. Clean enough. Beds and pillow are comfortable to sleep. Overall, it is very good for short stay. Only downside : the door of one room we get was quite hard to close and open. Hope the hotel fix it.

Room was HUGE and the interior design was so nice. The price is cheaper compared to surrounding hotels with similar quality, definitely worth it. Most importantly, it was clean and had a comfortable stay. Will come again on my next business trip.
