Great hotel, highly recommend it”
I stayed in this hotel for my quarantine and pcr test. After check in I was taken straight for my pcr test, it was a very swift and efficient service. I had everything I needed whilst I had to wait for my results. There was a choice of 4 meals for quarantine included in the room price. Was fed a delicious dinner and breakfast. You can order other food 24 hours a day if you wish, but I honestly didn’t need to. Very comfortable, clean room with a big bathroom. Shower and bath. Had ironing facilities and a microwave. Cable tv to watch live premier league football. After my negative result I was allowed out the room to use the facilities on the 8th floor. Good gym, stunning infinity swimming pool, sauna, steam room. It’s also joined to the shopping mall Terminal 21, which is one of my favourites. Excellent retail. Every single member of staff were excellent at their jobs and friendly with good English spoken, they all helped me have an enjoyable stay. In my top 5 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Really good value for money with an excellent service. What more could you want? I will definitely be staying there again

Quaratine Package”
Coming in from Australia after 2 years I wasn't sure how things would go so I went with a reputable hotel in the hope that there would be minimal fuss. I chose the airport pickup option. Things couldn't have been any better. Immigration etc was very orderly and quick. Once I came through customs the friendly staff were there to greet me. A hire van from the hotel was parked right outside and the attention to hygeine was excellent. Checking at the hotel was smooth, they even sorted the meal processfor dinner and breakfast at the front desk. Straight to an open air testing centre where the Covid test was adminsitered, along with being given a second self administered test for five days later. Then directly to my room where meal was delivered - very good quality and so good to be having Thai food again. comfortable sleep. Breakfast arrived puctually and the negative test result come through around 10am. Checked out about 30 minutes later. Such a pleasant experience and would highly recommend. Best hotel for Quarantine Stay”
I'm staying at this hotel for 7 days and by far it is the best quarantine experience I've had. From the pick-up at the airport, to the check-in and the PCR-test (within the hotel itself), everything was well-organized. You get one-time welcome snacks in the fridge, 1-hr outdoor activity daily from the 3rd day onwards after negative results of the first PCR test and room cleaning on the 4th day. Upon a negative results for the PCR test taken on the 6th day, the hotel offers a special dinner menu to celebrate check-out the following day. Overall the boarding food was fine. You get a choice of 4 menus (generally western, Thai, Chinese or Japanese) from breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have no complains on that. If you need to go through AQ, then this hotel is all you need. Forget about the others, really. The rooms are newly renovated and clean, and if you're lucky to get a high-floor room, then the views out of the full height windows will give a splendid view of the Bangkok cityline.

Worth for couple & small family ~ ”
The hotel location is great for those who are not traveling with many kids if you intend to take train to/from the Suvarnabhumi airport.. It's easily accessible to/from airport where the hotel is just right at Asok BTS doorstep. Terminal 21 shopping mall is attached to the hotel, you can easily grab any necessities there. The area is not as congested as Siam area which I find it more comfortable. With the price I am paying, I had the impression that a free mini bar would come with a variety of bites & drinks, it was the other way around. We were only offered 2 packets of nuts, 1 can of coke & 1 packet of melon juice in the fridge. This is the only thing that killed our buzz. Breakfast was alright, nothing surprising but friendly enough for a pregnant lady like me. Convenient stalls are around the corner (opposite the hotel), need to do a bit of crossing. We will revisit this hotel for sure but if you intend to just shop, suggest to stay in Siam BTS area instead.

Peace, quiet, efficient and faultless.”
I came from the UK, so it was a 13hr + flight. I was greeted by a representative after going through customs checks at the airport and was whisked off to the hotel not long after. Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by staff who checked me in, took my suitcase and escorted me to get my covid test done. (Never thought I would say a cotton swab tickled my nasal canal and made me laugh, but it did.) I received a call from the catering department to check what I would like for my tea that night and breakfast in the morning. I'm lactose intolerant and they made alterations to accommodate it. The food was really yummy. The room was more like an apartment than a room. It was huge and spotless. The bed and the bath was massive and the view was nice, it looked lovely as the sun set. Checking out was easy. Queueing to check out took longer I was given an envelope with my covid results in and asked if I wanted a taxi. The taxi took me to a shopping mall so I could get a cheap phone. No issues with this hotel at all. Thank you to all the staff, my first night in the country was calm and relaxed after a hectic day of flying.

Beautiful hotel”
This is a beautiful hotel in a great location next to two transit stations and above a shopping mall with good restaurants and an excellent and inexpensive food court. The room I was assigned to had a cigarette smell (although it is a non-smoking hotel), and the front desk kindly and promptly upgraded me to a large and very comfortable suite, which I really appreciated. The regular room, to be honest, seemed a little small for the price anyway. But since I received a suite this hotel, for me, was an outstanding value. The gym and pool were very nice, I liked the all-day free coffee and fruit punch in the gorgeous lobby, and the breakfast buffet had Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Indian and western items.

Stay during current lock down”
It was quiet, and of course it was, during this difficult period. Not easy for Hotel of this scale. Their standard remain as good as my previous stay. As expected, New Normal practices was in place in the Hotel but you won't feel any uncomfortable as the staffs were as friendly as before. Most of facility still remain open. My wife use the gym, I got a swim. My understanding was only 3 swimmers allow at one time in the pool, but basically it was me alone in the pool. I opt out for breakfast, since I knew it won't be a buffet kind of breakfast, and being vegetarian I think option may be limited, although I didn't ask. (Still believe they can accommodate special meal) Overall, this is a good hotel to stay.

Best location for first-timers”
This is the best hotel to stay for your first trip to Bangkok. With direct access to the Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations, you can conveniently travel almost anywhere in Bangkok. And that’s not all! You can also go straight to the Terminal 21 shopping mall without ever stepping outside into the notorious Bangkok heat. The mall has everything you need, and be sure to make the journey upstairs to the Pier 21 food court, a brilliantly inexpensive way to try many different Thai street foods. Another location perk is the 7-11 just around the corner. There is even an ATM in the hotel lobby. This was my second stay at Grand Center Point Terminal 21 and they gave me an upgrade to a suite with an incredible view of Bangkok and excellent amenities. This is my favorite hotel in Bangkok and I cannot recommend it enough, especially if this is your first time in Bangkok. The location, facilities, conveniences, and value cannot be beat.

Facilities and Location can not be Beat”
Though somewhat pricey by “Thai” standards this hotel is a bargain considering it’s very close location to both the subway (MRT) and the Skytrain (BTS) which allows you to easily explore Bangkok almost directly from the hotel. The staff were superb - friendly and proficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent - with a wide ranging variety. The outdoor pool area was very nice for an afternoon rest. Good Location / Fresh Facilites”
Hotel is very clean and staff is helpful even with all the guests requests happening all the time. Location is best as it’s right next to BTS & MRT. Terminal 21 Mall is connected to hotel. I had deluxe room 2920 good view of city. Only drawbacks there is washer but it takes long time to dry clothing, not much street food to choose from on this soi, but there is a abundance of food around just not very authentic. But still even with these little items it was a 5 star experience. I have stayed here about 6 times since they first opened and were supposed to be part condo complex.

An unique experience”
What a great hotel! Great service, all the facilities you need, friendly staff and the whole hotel breaths luxury. The view of my room (30th floor) was amazing! So was the view from the pool. The hotel also has greens on the roof, so I had to put some balls, just to be able to say that I played golf in the middle of Bangkok. It's very clean, luxurious and very central with BTS and MRT litterly around the corner. I will book again and can recommend to everybody visiting Bangkok.

Great location and amazing views”
We loved this hotel. From the minute we walked in we were greeted warmly by the hotel staff. We had a room on the 28th floor with amazing views of the city. This hotel is in pristine condition, very clean and very nice! The room had a mini kitchen and washer and dryer. All the ammeneties you could need. It was connected to the Terminao 21 mall and BTS for easy transit around Bangkok. We will definitely be staying here on our next visit!

Exceptional”
Location is the best, it's connecting to the Asok MRT which is very important as there is always traffic jams in Bangkok so we rely on the MRT alot to move around. The hotel is also next to the shopping mall which has tons of food choices, and it's perfect to have a spa on the 6th floor thus we can easily finish the day with a good massage. The room is spacious and clean, and I'm particularly impressed that it has a washing machine too which is important as we went for a longer trip this time.

Best place I stayed ”
It was the best in my opinion, room are great, big, bedding comfortable, all well arranged, washing machine, oven, big fridge. Toilet big size, I think if washing spray if kept will be better.also the breakfast was delicious and organised well. Anyway location is fantastic in the mall, near the bts station. Going back again for sure. All the Staff are wonderful, I lost my ear pod in the lobby, by a call to the hotel, it was found and returned back to me, many thanks for all the staff.

Highly recommend if you take test and go scheme !!”
Paying a little more but you are getting a lot more back. First big thing is your time. They have their own medical team on site so you don’t have to go hospital and waste time. Very speedy report only take 7 hrs for pcr result. That alone saves you tons of time. Hotel room is very spacious and clean. If you need to stay for breakfast or lunch, their menu have 4 items to choose from, way better than most hotels, trust me, this is the third time I come to Thailand with test and go scheme.

WOW - Fantastic Hotel”
This is an outstanding 5-star hotel with terrific location very close to both the BTS Skyway and the MRT Subway which positions you for easy travel to just about everywhere in Bangkok (except of course the heart of the old city) The staff and facilites are first rate. The roof pool area is large and well appointed and includes a Jacuzzi and bar area. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The rooms are spacious, updated, clean with huge windows with grand views of Bangkok. A pleasure to stay here - I'll be back

Hotel is conveniently located near BTS and MRT as well as shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Room was spacious with great amenities like full sized fridge with large freezer, 2 burner induction cooktop, microwave, and most importantly a washer/dryer combo. There’s an excellent breakfast buffet available with asian and western food, made to order egg station and noodle station. Overall, this is an excellent hotel and I will be more than happy to stay here again whenever I visit Bangkok.

Luxury and clean”
The hotel was huge, right below the train station and next to huge Terminal 21 mall with private access to hotel. The view was fantastic, the pool was great and the sauna was amazing. The only turn down was the hotel had annual power shutdown and we weren't informed before we checked in to keep us alert. So we had to move out of the room after the check-in, as the room was very hot. The lifts were working by the time we checked in. Overall, amazing place in the right on spot location.

Excellent Choice!”
This is my third AQ hotel during the "Test and Go " Thailand Pass program. No contest, this hotel was by far the best. Great location,wonderful staff, super clean, good value, and excellent buffet breakfast. I visit Bangkok several times a year, and have stayed at more than a dozen 4 and 5 star hotels in this general area. Grande Centre Point ranks right up there with now one of my favorites. Book this hotel, you won't be disappointed!

I chose this hotel for the Test & Go package and chose to stay one more night. The room was spacious, clean, sleek, and modern. Large, beautiful bathroom and a bathtub. The water didn't get very hot, but that's typical for Thailand. Seating area and comfortable bed. The food was good--fine for being quarantined, but nothing special. I would recommend this hotel for your first night or two in Bangkok.
