Great Location”
The hotel location is good, within walking distance, you can reach the Komtar Johor Mall and City Square Johor. Besides, the famous food restaurant Hua Mui Kopitiam and Kim Hua Kopitiam also nearby. The bed is great, super comfortable, the air-conditioning and the water heater is functioning well, they even provided some Singapore channel is their room. Everything is good, but one thing is the parking. You have to buy your own coupon for the parking as the hotel did not provide free parking for visitor.

Staffs is helpful, room is clean! Walkable distance to shopping mall and check Point! My daughter’s bolster is left behind and we only realised it the following night. Contacted the hotel staffs through Facebook messenger late in the night and got an instant reply. Review came late, not something expensive but very precious to my daughter and I’m very thankful for their help!

Real Gem in Johore Bahru”
Pro - Basement room is quiet and the room is well-furnished. Location is excellent! Tip, you can park at Zenith for security measures. JBCC Komtar is a stone’s throw away. Lots of sightseeing to explore both day and night. Pasar Karat is a must visit especially for preloved clothings. Shisha is a mandatory. :) Receptionist is friendly and attentive. Cons - The surrounding location is a wee bit dodgy after midnight. Otherwise, the dodgyness adds color to the neighbourhood.

The hotel is strategically located near to city square (2mins walking), the night market and eateries. It is a newly renovated hotel, thus you can expect everything nice and clean. Definitely will come back again.

Came on Friday late night, park at the street for free, since friday and saturday is non working days for JB town, so no worry on samans. Not first time staying, got nice deluxe double room

Booked the family room for 6 pax- 4 adults and 2 children. Room was very neat and clean. Staff of every shifts are very friendly and willingly to help. Water dispenser for hot and cold water just outside of room. Excellent location. Just a 5-10mins walk to popular food like Hua Mui and Hiap Joo. Opposite Komtar and City Square mall.

Clean, New and Convenient”
Visiting this hotel for a 1 night stay. Is a small boutique hotel that is clean and has nice interior. It is located very near (walking distance) to Komtar which is joint with JB Square and you can cross the connecting bridge to the Immigration. It is a few shop away from Amari Hotel which has 2 levels of F&B ranging from western to asian food and a 7-11 shop if you are hungry middle of the night. A few cons that is not major would be the size of the room. It is a bit small although it did manage to squeeze in a king size bed and still have some walking space surrounding it, toilet is a good size with very hot water though (good news for certain peeps I guess). Encounter a bit of a Wi-Fi connectivity problem but the hotel did informed before hand that you can call the front desk should there be any issue. I didn't do so as I have my phone data and is only for 1 night sleep. Some issue with the sound proofing though as you can heard some bass and low humming from a nearby club.

Great location with affordable rate”
Location is great, very close to JB Sentral which is convenient. Price is cheap, room is clean, but it's a bit small. There is no tissue inside the room, the bidet head was broken, but still functional. There is water dispenser in each floor. Room is quiet, not much noise.
