Great Hotel. Friendly staff, nice rooms & very clean, good breakfast, close to beach & and all the waterfront cafes, also plenty of eating places on the main street 5 min walk. Would definitely recommend. Can't wait to go back.

I have stayed many times here, but the wifi is just sooo bad it’s not worth it. Every shop or cafe seemed to have better wifi and for any traveler these days, in room wifi is essential.

Place was good. Nice gardens, big room. The guests were all elderly people, so it was not the best fit for my kids. I loved the location close to the beach. The breakfast was not great and the staff wasn`t very helpful. I did enjoy the stay but I wouldn`t return.

We booked two superior rooms, both bathrooms looked awful, definitely in need of renovation, beds not comfortable, old pillows. The place looks so much better from the outside, beautiful garden, friendly staff, very basic breakfast, nothing to fault there, but the rooms were disappointing, luckily only booked for one night.

the internet does not work in the room, & very rarely on the balcony & in the restaurant. all guests i spoke with were complaining about that. i had to defrost my refrigerator when i arrived. the water pressure was very weak. the location is great. the staff are fantastic, all of them. very friendly. the grounds are very neat and tidy. they do a great job cleaning the rooms (except for the fridge). reception staff are very helpful. do not stay here if you want internet.. that’s a major downfall.. & very inconvenient.

2 night stay in Sanur Area”
The location is quite good as its 5 minute walk from Sanur beach. The Pros of this hotel are 1) Big room size and bathroom 2) Courteous staff 3) Location to beach and other restaurants( 500 m away) Cons 1) Bathrooms not that clean 2) Internet literally not available. I had to use my mobile data. Hate hotels that cannot provide good internet. 3) Dont have policy of providing creamer/milk powder in room. This was quite surprising as I am quite accustomed to having tea or coffee with milk 4) Also they dont have sandals in room. The room floor was quite wet and to move around without disposable sandals was quite irritating.

Location, Staff, Room, Bed, Pool & Brekkie!!!”
The staff were so lovely and attentive. The location is a 3 minute stroll to the beach and great restaurants, and just a bit further in the opposite direction is the main drag. Still Segara Agung is tucked away, quiet. The gardens are beautiful, and so are the lovely guys who tend to them. The room is spacious, and the bed is massive & sooo comfy. My husband, myself and our one year old haven't slept that good in a year. Brekkie was yummy and plentiful. The only downside was no coffee/tea making facilities in the junior suite, but when we asked for a kettle and cups, they were provided. We picked up coffee from Hardy's market and made our own. Will stay here again!

Quiet Oasis at the Segara Agung”
Our third visit to Segara Agung. In a word -- lovely. Close to the beach and restaurants (check out Massimo Italian and their superb gelato!) The Segara Agung is a quiet garden oasis. The rooms, while not luxurious, are large and comfortable, and the small staff are attentive. Only thing missing was a lock box in the room.

I really enjoyed my short stay at the Segara Agung. The hotel is located very close to the ocean and the restaurants/bars along the beach. The staff are fantastic and always accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
