What stood out for me are the following: Courteous and attentive staff, clean hostel, their Hostel is not expensive, its near Chong Nonsi BRT Train station.

Very friendly staff ”
The best thing about this place is the staff, they were all lovely and very helpful. We stayed in a private ac double, it was nice enough but there was no window and the wall connecting it to other rooms would have fallen down if we pushed hard enough! The bathroom area is not spotless, could be a bit cleaner. Also from previous reviews I thought breakfast was included but it isn't, you can help yourself to free tea & coffee though.

A few problems but resolved quickly”
Our time here had a few issues, but was quickly sorted by the very kind receptionist! They were undergoing a large overhaul in their reception/communal area so not much could be done outside of the bedrooms. The place is tidy with a few bathrooms across various floors. The main downside is the confusion with breakfast, Agoda doesn't state breakfast, but their website and reception area states breakfast included when it wasn't, no biggie as there's a 7/11 on the corner but very unclear! Bangkok is huge so everything seemed to be a Grab ride away, especial the Palace/ Temple area on the West.

I was transferred to Hoft Hostel”
I showed up at i-Sleep with a notice to call phone numbers. They should have informed me through the chat earlier. I was panic as my phone is with data, not with phone credit. The new place has male bathroom on the top floor. Quite inconvenient to go to toilet. Wifi was good. The Thai receptionist was helpful and friendly. The location is a bit far from Patpong.

Expensive for a small room of 2 bunk beds”
Price was expensive for a small private room of 2 bunk beds without an attached toilet. The room I stayed in and the small blanket given were a little smelly. The toilet at the 3rd floor could have been cleaner. However the staff was attentive.

We were there at 14 pm for check in, but nobody was at the reception and it was closed. We had to call the woman, after that she cames to the hostel until 10 minutes (Not nice if you dont have a thai sim card). Small room, but ok and clean. You can hear everything. Only three showers at the hostel. In 1th, 3th and 4th floor. For only one or two nights ok, its a good location. We have to call the woman again for check out. No Equipment at the room. Only a small desk and chair, but thats ok. In other hostels you can find a kitchen or more Equipment

decent to sleep and cleaning your body ”
i stayed here for almost 4 nights. And here is my review : Pros : - hair dryer in room - cheap laundry machine only THB 30 - good location 10 minutes walk to Chong Nonsi BTS Station - big common room area - there is kitchen Cons : - Staff was so lazy to pick up the trash from bin at the bathroom. So during my stay there not even they picked up the full trash bin. SO DISGUSTING - many noise long stay person there - long time to wash the clothes 1 hour washing, abd 1.5 hours drying even the clothes didnt dry enough. So better to go to laundry map - dirty lobby seems under renovation and messed up full of the dust - No stand by staff who take care the place and get ready ADVICE : IF YOU DONT READY TO RENT YOUR ROOM. DONT POST ADVERTISING AT ALL. We know you are hostel and tight to the budget but at least keep your customer happy and cleaning your own asset

Worst stay in Bangkok ever”
This was my third hostel in Bangkok and it was by far the dirtiest. We stayed 4 nights and neither our room nor the shared bathrooms were ever cleaned. I had booked a double room and got only a bunk bed. After asking twice if there was no double room available and if we could some our money back, as the bunk bed was cheaper, we got our double bed. But that room has three holes in the wall and in the first night a huge cockroach got into the room and reappeared every night waking me up by making a lot of notice walking on the wallpaper. Cannot recommend this place at all.

Not good experience on this place.I waited for long outside,no receptionist available. I made doorbell but nobody answered.The room I book is not the same as it is.By yourself you need to check in without someone guiding you and you won't know which room are you then later on they will just day they upgrade your room. Standard single room to Room with two double bed they call it standard. and the place is not the way I expect.Its far from everything.

I arrived there at hostel, one of the staff said I have to wait because the staff who is responsible for checking in was showering. What kind of services. I arrived there almost 7pm. They allowed me to check in from 2pm. I have no idea why I have to wait for non sense thing. It wasted my time.

My first time in I-Sleep Silom Hostel, Bangkok 's very near in shopping zone near BTS sky train and good service of the hostel staff. The room is very nice and very clean new furniture. Next time I will come back to this hostel customer exactly again.

We will be back ”
We stayed there for 4 nights and it was satisfied. The location is good that you just have to walk approximately 10 Mins to the bts station. The stuff is freindly and service is overall good. The room is nice and comfortable. The only major problem is that the toilet is quite smelly and dirty just SOMETIMES. So I think it need to be clean frequently. I personally think that this hostel is really suitable for family or group of friend. The money we paid is definately worth it. Thanks silom for the wonderful 4 nights. We will be back again one day :)

This is 2nd times visit the Blast Silom has found a lot of improvement of interior, helpful staffs and very good services with modern style hostel plus free wi-fi in all area. This is the best choice hostel in Silom area for relax and quiet environment.
