We found the hotel good value and normal by Indian standards. It would be fair to say maybe they are not so familiar with visitors and females travelling alone . Our check in was bumpy , when we called to confirm our reservation the receptionist hung up three times and we went back to Agoda for assistance. I hope more westerners travel to K stars to enjoy the hotel and that the staff also become accepting and helpful to women travellers. Prompt and efficient service. A fridge in the room would be nice.
