Ive booked this KSL hotel as i am very used to this place and had always book the place previously .. i would hv said now, their service is impeccable ! I was very impressed with the welcome gesture and hospitality that i had received once i reached to the check in counter ... no doubt everyone was wearing mask but behind it, you could see and feel the smile that they had given and the tone of voice while talking to you .. very inviting and even though everyone was busy serving other guest .. they did not failed to acknowledge me when i was checking in .... i booked the super king room which has a massive bed and was very comfortable .. a few slights cons was the mini fridge was not working at all and the air con was very cold even when we turn the temp high ... No doubt still we were very happy with our stay...

Pleasant short stay with young kids”
I chose Superior triple room to accommodate 2 adults (my younger sister and I) and 2 children (age 5 and 7), with no breakfast, during Ramadan. It was just the right size of room for 4 of us, with the swimming pool and water theme park at 7th floor, and KSL Mall adjacent to the hotel. Check-in check-out was smooth. We bought KFC meals to break fast in the room, and asked some plates, additional mugs, and some spoons from the hotel. Our request was fulfilled efficiently. Knowing that the room service was available 24h, we ordered pizza for sahur 45 minutes earlier as advised by the hotel staff. The pizza was delicious. The only glitch which can be considered minor depending on circumstances, was payment for the room service meal. I specifically said payment by card when I ordered (payment method was asked during the order), but the staff who delivered the pizza insisted for cash. Luckily I did have some cash which I withdrew earlier at the mall. Then the staff who insisted the cash payment said he didn't have change. He did come back to give my change, but this still annoyed me a bit because why would you insist on cash yet not ready with small change? Other than that, everything else was perfect. I will definitely stay here again when I go to JB, and will recommend this hotel with no hesitation.

This is my second time to stay here in this hotel....Walking distance to all eatery, shopping mall is just at the lobby of hotel and food court in the mall, There is also Monday night market just right in front of the hotel (not recommended to drive out from 4pm to 11pm on this day due the night market causes the heavy traffic and crowd on this day). Swimming pool is clean suits kids, or you can pay extra to enter the dinosaur waterpark (there is discount for hotel guest), Also there's a food court with local food 10 minutes walk from hotel (what you can find here : satay, curry fish head, claypot chicken rice, lobak, grill fish, sugar cane water...) Also another side of the hotel, with the whole row of shoplot you can find food such as bak kut teh, wanton noodle, curry noodle, chicken rice.... 25minutes drive to Legoland. Will definitely come here again and stay in this hotel on my next visit....

Booked 2-room apartment with private pool. Check-in a bit confusing, need to check in at hotel lobby but then have to bring your car to park at the other side of the mall for apartments. Lifts can also be confusing, so make sure you take the correct one as stated in your checkin card. Despite all that, we were really happy with the apartment. Very spacious. Big and clean private pool, almost 3 to 4 times bigger than grand lexis. Got bath tub in main bathroom. Kitchen complete with big fridge, rice cooker, electric stove and microwave and clean cookware. Will come again next time.

Good location Hypermarket (lotus) and this is actually a shopping mall is just next to the hotel (walk thru lobby of hotel ), convenient. Eatery is also walking distance. There's a Vietnamese restaurant authentic Vietnam food. Will come again for the food! 25min drive to legoland. The dinosaur water park in the hotel is chargeable at RM 20 for hotel guest. Would be great if is complimentary for hotel guest... Will definitely come back again! Not to forget about the cleanliness and water shower with strong water pump.

Wanted to unwind over the weekend and decided to stay here for two nights. Conveniently located just beside KSL mall, with abundant of street food, restaurants and massage places in the vicinity. Satisfied with the clean non-smoking superior room with a view on the eighteenth floor, including basic facilities such as a mini-fridge, safe box and TV. Customer service is excellent. Staff are polite and quick to render assistance when prompted. Great experience, weekend well spent.

Booked 1 night stay at KSL Hotel & Resort for myself and the experience is awesome for the amount I’ve paid! I booked the Twin room for SGD$56 on a Thursday. Parking was easy to locate and about RM12 from 9pm to 1pm the next day. Paid using TouchNGo. The check in was rather swift as it only took about 2 mins to receive my keycard. A room at level 19 in Tower 1 was not bad with a nice view overlooking Tmn Pelangi side. Clean room with TV, SG pin plugs, and some standard amenities. However, there is some issue with my door lock and at times couldn’t scan from outside. I had to get the receptionist to assist me but they were really fast and efficient. Honestly for the price paid, definitely an awesome buy.

We stayed in KSL for 01 night on 23/04/19 - Rm2722. It was by far the greatest experience coupled with the exemplary service rendered by their front office staff - Mr Shafieq. As we experienced very poor wifi connections during our previous visits, thus the following was being shared with Mr Shafieq. Mr Shafieq not only promptly apologize for the poor wifi connections that we experienced back then, he even went the extra miles by offering us a complimentary upgrade to a Premier Deluxe Rm. Minutes after entering the room, Shafieq called up the room to ensure the Wifi was functioning to our expectations, such top notch service gesture by him in will indeed commendable, giving us a substantial dosage of the pleasant feeling of homecoming. Room size was decent with all amenities neatly placed. With such exceptional service rendered, it's certainly the top choice to whomever seeking for accommodations within the JB area.

Room given to me was the highest floor. I booked with bathtub. Love the transparent bathroom. Room and toilet was clean. Was given 2 set of shower gel , shampoo , conditioner , hand soap , lotion and toothbrush. Everything given was a pair. Enjoy it much... Tv got a lot of channel and show to watch also. pros - good location .mall linked to the hotel. eateries all around walking distance. - room clean & tidy - variety option for breakfast buffet cons - not so friendly parking space as we have to share with mall customer. Should have parking space for hotel guest only. - not worth to pay for the dino water park on the 1st day we arrive, as i see all the hotel guest enter the dino water park for free on our 2nd day at the hotel. - very bad wifi reception

Clean and comy bed. Spacious easy access.. Inroom dining was great especially lambchop but it always have no stock not sure why as weekend there is many tourist and chef should be able to know quota of stock. Wifi was so so as at times no wifi n its down whole day.. Mgmt shld look inyo this as wifi is important fornguest especially if urgent calls nd to be made as data roam is expensive. Not the firstime it is unaccesible. Front desk was friendly especially ms Davella and maisarah. They have help me on most of my transaction of checking in.. Very patient and attentive.. Our check in was on Friday afternoon, which there was not many in queue. Hence, the process of check in was quite fast. The staff handling our check in and check out were efficient and friendly. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Towels and toiletries were provided. All rooms are air conditioned. Security was quite good as the access card will only serve the level u are staying only. Overall, the stay was enjoyable.

The location is the best. Just below the hotel is the mall where you can have nice food, massage and shopping. You can go to other malls like Midvalley Southkey mall, Aeon mall and City Square for just 7RM. Only 30+RM if you wnat to go to JPO. Good breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and clean. We will definitely go back to this hotel and will definitely recommend to my friends.

Unfortunate Incident ”
Stayed here a few times which i personally love it. Staffs were gracious and wonderful people to chat with. Enjoy my stay tremendously. The LG food court is extremely appealing and convenient to purchase than straight to the room. However, my last trip in September was a spoiler. My car boot was broken into at the basement car park located in the hotel. Fortunately, nothing valuable stolen but did lost some items. But the cost of repairs and inconveniences. Anyway, will not blame the hotel cos the basement is also the parking for patrons of the mall. Hope the management will look into providing better security for it's hotel guests. Maybe a restricted parking area with own security rather than the mall's security.

Firstly the hotel location is perfect. with many shopping malls and eateries nearby. and the hotel has its very own mall too. you can shop till you drop. Clean and nice cosy rooms Good housekeeping service too. Clean toilets too. The only thing that I didn't like was the hotel room service, its extremely slow so that's the only point that I would want to give the lowest point to.
