Nice place - in front of Pantip Plaza, Platinum, Central World, Big C, even MBK and Siam Paragon in working area. Helpful and kindness staff, very clean room, very love to stay even with my 4 years old baby. Fare price with Agoda booking. I love how clean this hotel is! It's not that nice from the outside, the elevator is old, the lobby (2nd flr) doesn't look inviting but when you get to your floor (3rd and 4th), you're like in a different place! Super clean hallway, well-lit, bathroom, and room is so spacious. It's also safe in this hotel since you have to insert your room keycard to have access to your particular floor. Everything you need is there except for a hairdryer. I also love how near it is to shopping stores (Platinum, Pratunum market, Skywalk going to lots of malls and night markets). 711, Mcdonalds, Burget King, restaurants, and massage places are a few steps away. There are also a lot of food stands outside. This hotel also gives free light breakfast! I was surprised they have a steamer with lots of pork buns, bread with different spreads, coffee, boiled eggs, cookies, chocolate drink. We would definitely go back and stay here again!

Hotel is perfectly located within short walking distance to many markets and shopping avenue. Room is amazingly clean and comfortable (our room was on the 2nd floor). Simple breakfast (bread, cookies, tea, Nescafe) are provided everyday near the reception. Definitely value for money hotel If you intend to visit other tourist location which requires transportation, do plan your timing as the main street next to the hotel is jam most of the time and most taxi doesn't use meters, therefore its advisable to use Grab. As this is my first experience travelling to Pratunam with my kids, I was amazed with the ever friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staffs which has made our stay here most positive and pleasant experience. A very special thanks to Ms. Pat (hope I got her name correct) from management of the hotel for helping us to obtain and negotiate with the taxi on airport transfer. Definitely will stay here again whenever I visit Pratunam. Highly Recommended!!

Great value for money, good location and clean”
1. Value for money 2. Good location, a bit far from BTS, but walking distance to Platinum mall and Pratunam market 3. Very clean and quite spacious 4. Strong water heater and current 5. Wifi - quite smooth (I did not stream any videos though) 6. Sound proof - consider ok. as we stayed just beside reception and lift. 1st night it was okay, may be we are just too tired. 2nd day morning since 7am we hear noise. Overall, would definitely recommend and consider staying again!

My friend and I stayed for 3 days 2 nights at Leela Orchid Hotel. It's very close to Platinum Fashion mall, Pratunam Market and Talad Neon. The room itself was very very very clean. I really love the bathroom was very big. Room was big enough. I wish they provide a thicker room slipper, it's pretty hard to walk with what they provided now. They provided us very decent breakfast with tea, coffee or hot choco for drinks and bread as well as banana. I definitely will back to stay at this hotel. Super recommended!

Nearby pratunam market, talad neon night market, big c, central world.....downstairs many place for eat,buying foods, bags,clothes,shoes.....and nearby7-11.hotel not included breakfast, but have some coffee,tea,sweets,buns,breads...near receiption.anywhee, this leela orchid hotel is very clean, every day have cleaning the room, nearby market,shopping center,many delicious food around there...next time if have to bangkok again, will booking this hotel again.

The room is clean, modern and new ,Its no point paying for 5 star hotel if you gonna shop whole day and just come to sleep at the hotel This hotel is new, facilities are basic price is affordable . They have a small cafe corner in the hotel lobby to provide biscuits , candy ,tea/coffee, hotchocolate for free The entrance is from the mall at 2nd floor the hotel is situated ,the room and bathroom was clean . My overall Stay was good .

Everything was perfect. check-in smooth, room clean, quality of bed was good, bathroom SUPERB. location just WOW (you can find anything in this area), the nearest BTS around 700M (just nice). You should give deposit 1000 bath and they will refund to you upon check-out, no breakfast but they prepare coffee,tea,banana and toast every morning. Definitely will stay in this hotel again in the near future. Thanks

Great place to rest and re-charged”
Really surprise to receive such a pretty welcome from the hotel. My partner and I were there to celebrate 3 years anniversary and I got surprise when I enter the room and they decorated our room so prettily. Very clean and they service staffs were friendly. There are free fruits (before 10am) and biscuits for us. Such a easy and convenience place as it is opposite platinum mall. Will stay with them again.

Short but Good Stay”
I only stayed for 1 night but it was a good one. The room was so clean, the staffs were so kind and their English was impressive! I chose this hotel since I needed to attend my prayer in the Indonesian Embassy and it is indeed near. I stayed with my friends and they enjoyed the stay. I also think that I'm more likely to have another stay there when I want to walk around Bangkok ^^

Pros: Friendly staff and room is exceptionally clean! Location is near Platinum Mall / Pratunam Market / 7-11 / McDonald etc! Cons: No toothbrush & toothpate, but can get it at 7-11! Personal Tips: Book your taxi through grab a few mins earlier before exiting your room. The jam along the main road can be quite bad. Suggestions to hotel staff: Would be helpful to have instructions on how to use the lift with the card assess :)

Clean and comfortable place”
The room is spacious and clean. It has everything that you require, drinking water and you can refill the water, rain shower, safe deposit box, bed room slipper and hair dryer. They also provide simple breakfast and some snacks when you are hungry. Even booking the room without window has very good ventilation. Love everything, well done 👍🏻

Great Place to Stay”
The facilities inside the room is great. The room is clean, spacious and very comfortable. I really love the shower! Sound proofing isn't that great. You can hear the shower water pressure from the other room. It kinda scary and noisy to hear them at night especially when your bed is next to it. Nevertheless, overall stay was great for me!

Stayed for 4 days 3 nights with a friend at this hotel, everything about this it is excellent! I couldn't asked more. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and spacious. They even make up the room everyday during our stay. Location is central. Amazing restaurants and shopping all around. Will come back again next time.

Leela Orchid Hotel situated at Pratunam very strategically. Just about 5min walking distance to Pratunam Market & Platinum Fashion Mall, which are heaven for shopping cheap clothes. Many restaurants also available near the hotel. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The complementary breakfast & snacks bar are good, can have some light refreshments any time during the stay. The bed is quite big and the room is cozy. We will definitely visit again next time in Bangkok!
