A nice staycation away from the crowd”
I decided to give Movenpick a go since it was near to places of interest such as Mitsui Premium Outlet & Tadom Hills, where I wantef to take my kids for a short getaway within Selangor during CMCO period. I love that luxurious feel the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby with its cleanliness & breathtakinh archictural design. The room is spacious, the bed is super comfy with a nice pillow to sleep into. Ample of coffee/tea supplies/selections equipped with coffee machine! Thats just awesome. A warm personalized welcome with my name on it as I open my TV menu. To my surprise, room service food was really reasonably priceds where I ordered Kuay Teow Goreng and Nasi Goreng, it didnt disappoint. I would definitely visit again in the future enjoy the hotel services and facilities.

The hotel was great and the shuttles were on time. If you plan to take the shuttle from KLIA2 to the hotel, I suggest you wait at least 5mins before the appointed time. There's no sign that says "Movenpick Shuttle" outside the gate, so don't bother to look for one. Just watch the vans that pass by (step out to the outer driveway) and look for the one with the Movenpick sign (we almost missed the van because we were just waiting outside the gate). The staff were helpful and kind. They also speak perfect English. The rooms were also impeccable. You'll definitely just want to stay in there during a hot day. The aircon controls are just until 22.5 degrees celsius though, so I hope they can make it colder next time as I prefer my room cold. Definitely worth the money! 👍🏻👍🏻

Wow,wow, wow - where do I start?”
Totally blown away, seriously, this hotel is truly amazing. The lobby is immense with Islamic geometry at play in its design, it really is an impressive building. Room to die for, the features built into it are very very clever and creative. There's not enough space to compliment this hotel so I'll just say it is superb. Bathroom spectacular, beautiful rooftop pool. Magnificent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant - note though, there is no alcohol served anywhere in the hotel, not even a glass of red with dinner. The hotel is beside an impressive mosque which may explain that. I'd live here if I could, I doubt I'd tire of it. Complimentary airport shuttle every "2 hours"!

I booked a room with 2 single beds. The beds are wider than the normal single bed. I could say there are queen bed. So, 2 queen beds just wowww. And the room was nice n clean. Worth every penny. I hope the air conditioner is not set automatically by the hotel. I want to make the room cooler especially with Malaysian weather. The food was good and toilet was excellent.

I didn't stay so in fairness I gave it all excellent ratings, but I cannot recommend due to its shuttle service and confusing instructions on the website. The website lists pick up times from different levels and only runs once per hour. The airport signage is terrible, so it took forever after asking numerous staff there to find the pickup point. By the time I found it, I just missed the shuttle and would have to wait another hour. My flight was late, the hour was late, I had an early flight to catch in the morning and I was not going to miss another hour of potential sleep time. I saw there was a hotel connected to the airport so I just stayed there. The hotel needs to offer more frequent shuttles and have clear directions on how to walk to pick up points after clearing customs for international travelers.

This hotel is exceptionally big , clean and value for money, it’s a no brainier, the hotel is large and airy and is very convenient for access to the airport. We stayed as a stop over before going to langkawi. It was very quiet when we stayed and felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. It’s a hub for Haaj tours in July/ August when we went, the hotel is strict not to allow non residents into the building as the convention centre gets very busy with the tours. Staff were friendly but on reception seemed tired and did the basic, no real information was given about the hotel and amenities. Breakfast was great ver geared to the Asian market with more traditional foods, which was fine, although there didn’t seem to be any fruit. Checkout was easy but we ended up having to drag our own bags across the building as the concierge was nowhere to be seen. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the rooms are really nice, low staffing makes it feel abandoned. But it’s definitel value for money

The room is ok for three of us. It not that big, have some room to solat and kid play around in the room. The bathroom is spacious. The light in the hotel also nice. I dont feel suffocated compare to another hotel that i went. The food also delicious and in big portion. I park my car for three days at the hotel because i have some work at another city for rm30 per day. It good for me since klia/klia2 just 10 minutes from this hotel and you can use AA ride / grab to the airport.

Great location if you want to be near the airport. We didn’t have the energy to go downstairs and enjoy the restaurants they had to offer. Instead we ordered room service, food was delicious. Our room was very nice and clean. Loved our short stay here .

Hotel is goo value, Spotless clean , No Alcohol , Small shop for a few little travel essentials. Staff are professional and welcoming , Restaurant is great for evening meals and good value. Breakfast was a beautiful buffet with lots of choice. Location is 10 minutes away from Klia . Really loved everything about this hotel

It was a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, checking in was easy. The room was great. Breakfast was good. My only complain was the coffee machine in the room. It was not well looked after. The coffee capsule were unpalatable, and it was stuck in the machine.

The atmosphere was great...besides mosque and quite peaceful. The time we did check in there was system breakdown and we need wait the master key keeper at lobby to go to our room. Overall the staffs really hopeful. Swimming pool limit 45min/session actually not enough for kids. But they enjoy their quick swim activities. Shutter van got 2 times pick up time-9am & 6pm. Since our flight much early, we parked at klia2. Overall, we're enjoy our transit holiday @moven pick hotel.

Date of stayed on 06/04/2021 to 07/04/2021 Elegant Hotel upon check-in a girl at Reception is very kind and for a special reason had upgraded our room for free. During our visit we happen to met a gentlemen Mr.Shamir who is from F & B is preparing a special hall for guests to dine-in. At the Temasya Restaurant the breakfast buffet is not what we expected maybe due to pandemic the selection of choices are very less and more on local foods.

Perfect place to stay near KLIA, awesome breakfast”
We arrived in the middle of the night. After an exhausting flight, we were greeted by friendly staff and got upgraded to a bigger room (i think it’s a suite), for free. We even requested extra mineral water and the staff sent a few bottles promptly. Good and big selection of breakfast. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a place nearby KLIA. They provided free shuttle van to the airport too!

I love everything about this hotel; from the concept, to the spacious and practical bathroom. My kids enjoyed their time in bath tub. I like the idea of having water pipe; easy to take wudhuk. The only thing need to be improved is the foods. The breakfast buffet was quite limited and we had the chance to order in room service and the foods was just average. After all will choose this hotel again in the future.

Staff was friendly and helpful before and during checking. Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service was prompt and had a wide selection of food. My only gripe was that the shower handle was loose and kept falling off but minor inconvenience.

Very Beautiful hotel”
I stayed here for three nights and loved it. It is beautifully laid out with lots of comfortable seating areas with emphasis on water features. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The pool area was a peaceful haven. I would have liked a written booklet about amenities though. I did NOT APPRECIATE the automatic booking of a taxi to the hotel (£20). I was only in the car for less than 10 minutes and I discovered later that a free shuttle was available which I took for my return trip!
