The room is very clean and have quite a Lot of space. The hotel is only few mins walk from Subway station and also have the coin washing machine located in front of hotel which are very convenience. Staff also very excellent service and kind. Over all love this place, worth the money.

The Place is clean,we enjoyed staying here.Very close to the train station and about 10minutes away from Universal Studios..we also found a good Ramen near by,close to family mart and has coon parking near by.

We had an amazing stay! Smooth and fast check in and out. Got all the things you need from towel, kitchen utensils and toiletries. 2 station away from USJ, train straight to Namba, Airport, Nara and osaka station.

A clean place in a great location”
New and clean. Great location. Direct train ride to many tourist attraction. Quiet and safe location. Awesome eateries and family marts around the apartment. Friendly staff and high tech equipments

Staff really nice! friendly and willing to assist. They let us check-in early in the morning that very helpful. Location is also good! Take just 5 minutes from the station. You can find supermarket and store around there. I’ll go back for this place for sure :)

Cosy and comfortable stay”
We arrived into Osaka on a late night flight; still the hotel was relatively easy to find with google map. The rooms were spacious and clean. One disappointment was the early check-out which was 10am. We asked for late check-out (11am) but they wanted us to pay extra.

Not the room online! ”
We liked this hotel for the photo of the room in the profile and for being close to the train station but it is not the room that we received. We booked a room for 4 people and for that reason we wanted two large beds, a note we made at the time of booking. When we arrived at the hotel they gave us a room with 3 twin beds and a sofa bed. Unpleasant to have to arrive tired from traveling with suitcases to have to organize a room that should be ready to get to rest. There is no one who comes by at least to take out the garbage daily or change towels. Basically there is no one in the hotel, the check in is by video and from then on there is no contact with anyone else.

Location is good, but apartment condition has a lot of room for improvement”
Location is good. Next to JR station and near Universal Studios Japan. But condition of apartment does not justify the high room price: 1. Bed frame is of poor quality with the edges chipping off. Gives a feeling of cheap accommodation. 2. Only a small round table is provided, and the table top is rather dirty with ink marks. 3. Side table top has a worn out look. 4. Entrance to apartment is in a backstreet, next to a laundry shop. Rather obscure. Even the taxi driver does not know the place. 5. There is no receptionist. Only a touch screen with remote staff for check-in via video call. 6. Overall the room does not match the impression that we have from the photos in Agoda. Avoid if you are not looking for apartment near Universal Studios Japan.

1) The hotel sign is small and not easy to see. 2) the apartment name is not familiar by locals. it took me time to find it. 3) The location is great. 4) the room is consider big compared to city center. I personal like it very much that the toilet /bathroom / kitchen are separate from bedroom. 5) The nishikujo subway station is not very heavy traffic station. it is also connected to Hanshin line. 6) the nearest convenient shop is Family Mart at opposite of the main road.

梅田にもユニバにも近く、飲み屋もたくさんある西九条。その中でも駅近のここは利便性◎でした。 オートロックが玄関と部屋の2箇所あるので、暗証番号覚える必要があります。ですが鍵持ち歩かなくていいのは楽でした。 ※複数人で宿泊の場合、代表者だけではなく泊まる全員分の身分証が必要なので注意してください。 ※連泊でもタオル1人1枚支給なのと、洗濯機が設置してあると記載していたのに部屋に洗濯機の設置がなかった点はマイナスです。 （コインランドリーは1階にあり、23:00まで営業でした）

睡眠不足”
宿泊したのが2階だったのもありますが 外で騒ぐ若者の声、 また廊下で騒ぐお隣のグループの声でほとんど寝れませんでした。 壁が薄いのか別の部屋の物音も聞こえていました。 隙間風あり、寒かったです。 子供が何度も起き、寝かせるのに苦労しました。 大人もやっと寝付いたのが6時ごろです。 若者のグループだとこんなことは気にならないのでしょうが、子連れでいくには難のある宿泊施設でした。 但し、UFJへのアクセスはとても良いです。 駅にも近いし乗り換えなしで行けます。 ご参考までに。
