The staff were absolutely beautiful and extremely helpful. They were wonderful. The location was ok but in the middle of the 2 busy areas. Only a short walk though. I unfortunately had a couple of families with some very noisy kids that were very loud and overtook the pool playing ball games and yelling. Not the fault of the Parigata though. That was only for around 3 days. I would go back again. The pool was lovely and the room very clean and taken care of.

A fabulous place”
This is a great hotel. Near to beach, shopping, bars, restaurants. But the best part is the fantastic staff, there commitment to the guests. If we had a minor problem, it was immediately rectified. The spa was wonderful, rooms were clean and cleaned regularly. I cannot phrase this place enough

Location, Staff”
Excellent location. Sheets & towels good. Small friendly hotel, with exceptional staff. Breakfast good variety and fresh. Pool big enough and could always get a bed, even though the hotel was fairly full. Beach club offers beds on the beach. Can also use the other Parigata pool just ask. Shuttle service available free drop off anywhere in Sanur. Maybe rooms could get a fresher look with some paint. Shower is over the bath so be aware of that. The newer rooms have been renovated , the hotel will be excellent once all the rooms have been done. 3 floors , no lift , so be aware of that. Would definitely go back loved it.

Great big lovely room with balcony. Pool was amazing, location just a stones throw from the beach and ferries to Lembongan. Staff was so lovely and accommodating. Would def stay again if back in Sanur.

Loved the pool, area, great value”
Pros, loved the pool area, staff were friendly and helpful, room was clean, only a 2 minute walk to the beach, the food in the restaurant was good. Cons, our safe wouldn't work, breakfast wasn't included, there was no controller for the air conditioning.

Value for money”
Is in a great location in the middle of Sanur. Is old Bali with beautiful gardens, waterfalls and walkways. Rooms are a good size and have all basic amenities. The hotel is well looked after and could not fault anything during our 7 days here. Will stay again as is value for money in a great location.

Greeted at 1:45 am with a warm friendly smile with the efficiency to ensure check in was quick with understanding how tired you are. Amazing team run the front office & reception areas,and a happy caring team that run the restaurant,house keeping,grounds men and pool attendant. Rooms are large,clean and well ventilated with a good size balcony.Bathrooms are large. Neat,tropical colourful grounds in centre of complex that also surround the waterfall featured pool .Equal short distant to beach and main road ,with walk able path ways in both directions to cafe and restaurants.

Lovely stay”
A lovely small older style resort with beautifully manicured gardens. Almost beachfront, the resort is only 50m walk up the laneway to the beach but there isn’t any beach restaurants close by, it’s a bit of a walk down the beach which was the only negative. The resort food & cocktails were terrible but so many great restaurants within easy walking distance along the road. I loved this hotel, the pool area is fantastic & you can actually get a sun chair during the day, we never had an issue the 7 nights we were there. I loved the fact it was mainly just couples & not many families which made the pool area very relaxing. The block out curtains were fabulous & the rooms where nice, big & clean. Staff were so friendly, we had a great stay.

We had2 deluxe ground floor rooms, facing the pool. Enjoy swimming and breakfast delivered to our room if wanted. Good choice in the menu western and Indo meals available. Quiet and restaurants and bars short walk . 75mts walk down the gang to the beach where there’s also great options for meals. Beautiful beach

Pros: large family room Clean Great location Great staff Good selection at breakfast Con: Pool advertises it closes at 8pm which was abit early for us When it got dark at 6pm they turned the lights on but only one pool light worked so you couldn’t really see where you were swimming :(
