The staffs are very helpful. They even help us to carry our bags to the mini van. ”

The place is located at behind a noodle store. We have our breakfast there everyday. They can make up ur room when we requested. The staffs are also very careful on entering to our room. I brought down my rubbish bin to aak them to clear becos i didnt request to make up my room. The staff is sensitive enough leave the bin outside my room when i am out for shopping. I think it is very good. I will come back to stay again if i am in bangkok.

Hotel is within walking distance from Ratchaprarop Station, so you can take the Airport Rail Link, which is roughly just around 40 baht. Hotel is located behind Baiyoke Suite Hotel, pass through Baiyoke Suite's "side parking lot", and you will find the hotel in the alley right behind it.

Clean place in a good location”

Other than a slightly boo boo on their end where they overbooked on our first night there and we got placed in Cloud 9 Lodge beside (which isn't such a good place), everything was good. They compensated by upgrading our rooms for the subsequent nights there. Overall the staff were really friendly. Security was good there (you need a card to enter even the lobby area) and in a central place. A couple of small ants could be seen running across the table, but it wasn't something I would count against. Overall, had a good stay and would still choose to stay here again! 😊

Hotel was nice and pleasant but is still under renovating and painting, you are able to hear/wake up by the sound of the lift and when someone walking even with the door closing. Hotel reception check in is at next building which was very inconvenient if you do have lot of luggage.

Value for money”

I was travelling with 6 adults (inc me) plus a 9 month old baby . We booked 3 rooms and overall we had a pleasant stay . The receptionist is very friendly and help throughout our stay . However the hotel is located right at the end of an alley which might be quite inconvenient . I will recommend this hotel if you are travelling solo or as a couple but not in a large family .

Good location for shopping”

Everything was good, room was a bit small but acceptable. There was a medium sized cockroach in the toilet on the 3rd night but o erall the room and toilet is new and clean. There is no hair shampoo and conditioner provided. Wifi is decent, the room is not soundproofed. Located at a small alley, advised to walk in groups.

Although its located inside a small alley that's not accessible with taxi, it is close to Pratunam market by walking distance. It's quite dark at night to walk back but still manageable. Not recommended for small group of girls at night to walk back to hotel. Anyhow, the hotel is clean and value for its money as a budget hotel. Will be back again.

Nothing much to comment. Overall is good, just dislike the frontline didnot check properly and telling us here is not allowed to accommodate 3pax while we paid for 3pax.

Tidy and friendly staffs”

Hotel is located at the end of the road and corner, should put a hotel road sign for easier ref. Sound insulation not very good. Toilet drain may have linked to outside ditch, smelly sometime when enter into hotel’s toilet. Others are good, staffs are willing to assist with smiles.
