Just perfect - location, clean, warm and reasonably priced hostel!”
I have no single complaint. The place is connected by elevator directly from the subway (3F), reception staff are welcoming and speak great English, the common area is not massive (around 30-40 seats I think?) but it’s comfortable, clean, free Netflix, and it’s easy to socialise. Basic toast (butter, jam etc) and hot drinks breakfast but that was good too! The room was great for me - a semi private, meaning a bed in a bunk which has own entrance, desk w/chair and locker. The entrance to the bottom bed was on the left, the entrance for the upper bed was on the right, in between it’s closed off by a wall, so you can’t see the other traveller. No door on the corridor, only curtains, if you have snorers around as I did, the hostel provides free ear plugs, excellent memory foam ones! Also, lights out 11pm-8am means real sleep for those who want to rest, but I went clubbing and came back at 2am and it was absolutely fine, just respect others and you won’t have trouble :))

Great stay, nice hostel”
The hostel is in the same building as a train station, as in, the same elevator for the hostel will take you to the subway. The facilities are clean but in the morning, during the free breakfast toast time, the dining area can be a bit cramped with all the people and the luggages stored by travellers who left their stuff after check-out and went out. There are a lot of convenience store choices nearby and you can walk to some tourist attractions from there. JR Namba station, though, is quite a walk but tolerable distance. Overall, we liked our stay here and will consider this hostel again when we are back in Osaka.

comfy hostel experience!”
Brings the luxury hotel experience to hostel style lodging. A really great location, near the Shikentatsu tower, and easy to get to from the subway, exit 1B, take the elevator right up into the hotel. The rooms are clean and quiet, everything seems new or in great condition, you have a curtain for privacy, and an outlet and light are provided as well. You also get your own locker. The bathrooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are wonderful, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast in the morning is a plus!

RECOMMENDED PLACE TO STAY”
Stayed here for six nights and it was a blast. Location of the hotel is perfect, just beside EBISUCHO subway and Den-den station. One kilometer away from Namba station and Dotombori station. Lots of convenience stores, restaurants, electronic shops, and arcade place just outside the hotel. It is very cheap considering we stayed here for six nights and very very clean especially the comfort rooms. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thanks, Qoo! You made our first time in Japan memorable!! 😭

I’ve stayed here way back 2018 and I think when I am in Osaka I will always book here. I love the private dorm rooms! Though I know you should limit noise at night, but couldn’t help it. We arrived late and was supposed to pay late check-in fee of ¥500, but they didn’t take mine (imagine I was running off in the cold hallways of train stations just to reach 10pm check-in). One thing I noticed though, last time I checked in way back 2018, the wash room for female has a looooot of stuffs! From ponytails, toner, moisturizers, comb, earbuds, etc they have it! So when I came back, I told myself they’d have it and I won’t bring any, but no. They only have no face masks and earplugs. :( but aside that everything was okay. Will definitely stay here again.

Paid an amazing amount of money to stay here (cheap, cheap, cheap!). It is located to some very nice parts of Osaka where you can go on the subway to some very good restaurants ; v; It is also kind of closely located to Daikoku Locker, another amazing shop in Osaka that takes in your luggage to store it away for some time for cheap!!!! (50 - 150 yen a day) The staff was very nice and friendly too ^^ Everybody seemed to have a good time.

AMAZING! I wish I stayed for more then a night to get to the airport. Lovely hostel, super clean, and great value. I love Osaka and it is a great and clean city, with amazing food. The hostel is close to the main shopping area, only about a 15 minute walk. Great price to get to the airport and only an hour by train.

Very very comfortable with superb location on Ebisucho station that you can access by the same elevator. Room is very clean and cozy. Toilet is on japanese standard. We love super market near hostel called 'Super Tamade' there have many ingredients with very cheap price that you can buy for your dinner (yes! you can use hostel's kitchen) Really love this place :))

Great social atmosphere ”
Everything was very clean and tidy. We had a small private area (which was just a curtain separating the rest of the hostel). The staff were helpful and friendly. We had to check in late but I emailed earlier so I didn't have to pay an extra fee. Online communication was fast. Free toast and coffee was really nice. The shower and bathroom was on the same floor which was handy.

Very nice hostel”
Location is outstanding. It stands right on top of the subway station. Facilities are complete and are enough. Basic toiletries are provided and the comfort rooms and lavatories are very clean. The dorms are clean and well-organized. Privacy is still provided even if it is a dorm-type hostel due to its nice setup. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It is very good, including staffs, a private room, katchan, location and so on. I just love it. But there is a point that can do it more well as my opinion. it is about languages, when I just arrived osaka and came to there to putting my suitcase in hotel. it was just putted beside the front account and it really made me keep worry about it. if it could be putted at inside, I would feel more safety.

It was a perfect hostel!”
No matter how many times I traveled abroad alone, I never hung out with people I've never seen before. But the staff working at the Qoo Hotel and the guests welcomed me together and made me realize that I was in a foreign country, having various conversations and drinking a little. I will stay until I get my house with a working holiday visa, but I really want to stay again when I visit Osaka after my visa ends.

With the location being literally attached to a subway station this location couldn't be better. Shin-sakae is a short walk away and is a really cool area with lots of great restaurants and bars and with the tsutenkaku tower in the middle, which makes for amazing pictures. I will likely return here.

The hostel would be one of my best experience in Osaka and it is suitable for single traveller. The location is right above the metro station and there is restaurant and Lawson store nearby. The bathroom and bed is clean and comfortable. Staff are nice and helpful. The free breakfast would be bread and fruit jam. I would choose this hostel once more if I travel to Osaka again.
